Conveniently located on 43 near 18, Brimfield Bread Oven has so many delicious items to feast on! Always friendly. Always clean. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Great parking. Get there early to get first dibs!

Oh my, it does smell heavenly when you walk in. Fresh baked bread. I had originally wanted to try their pizza, and come to find out they do it from four to eight on Saturday's only. They do have some that you can just pop in the oven, but that wouldn't have worked in our situation. We did take a couple of the baked goods. A blueberry cream cheese Danish, a pretzel, an almond scone, and a Sea Salt Foccacia bread. Everything was delicious! With the exception of the pretzel. Oh, that Foccacia bread, it saved our lives for two nights that we were in Canton. I would most certainly return if we are ever in the area again. I know we will, too. Must try more of their baked goods and the pizza!!

Food (bread) smells the best since it's baked fresh daily in the store. Service is extremely polite & efficient.

My favorite bakery in Northeast Ohio! Incredibly friendly staff and absolutely delicious wood fired breads, sweets, and pizzas. It's incredible that this small bakery has some of the best pizza I've ever had, despite only serving it once a week (Saturday). If you want their pizza, call on a Saturday and place the order. I think the pizza pick up and dine in area (not open at the moment) is open from 4-8pm. They have a small but great selection of pizzas with the option to create your own. The quality of the dough is amazing. It's doughy but also airy and crunchy at the same. Their red sauce and white sauce are light and delicious. The cheese doesn't look super melted in the photo I've attached but that's just because I picked it up a little late. If you are in the same boat just reheat it a little in your home oven. They also have a seasonal pizza, ask them about it when you call! It's a hidden gem, and I recommend it to anyone looking for some quality baked goods. Check it out :)

Well I couldn't stay away for long..and I'm sure I never will. I swung by Sunday after church to try to snag a croissant and was pleasantly surprised to see there were still a few pastry options available so I grabbed a few different ones to try. THEY WERE ALL PHENOMENAL!! I'm a huger sucker for any type of croissant so of course I loved both the raspberry/chocolate and plain chocolate. They were the flakiest most delectable croissants I've ever tasted. What I was super surprised with was the raspberry danish. The large pieces of sugar really made a nice touch! The flavors were just on point with everything! The chocolate chip cookie was pretty standard. I usually like mine underdone but this was still a great cookie. The prices are very reasonable for the level of skill that it must take to make these beautiful pastries. If you want to try any of these make sure you get your butt there early because they WILL run out fast. Or you can utilize their online order service and order ahead the night before! I thought that was a super helpful tool to make sure you can get what you're wanting without risking it not being there. Next on the list to try is some fresh baked bread!

I have only been here once at the recommendation of my daughter. I've tried 2 kinds of focaccia, a raspberry danish, and a pretzel croissant. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that everything they bake here is delicious. Absolutely, positively delicious. They bake in a wood fired oven and that must be why it's so good. If you ever find yourself in Kent, Ohio... you need to stop here.

What I Ordered; a large pizza with one half pepperoni and the other half sausage. Also ordered a SMALL white sauce pizza with chicken, bacon, black olives, fresh tomatoes, and an order of cheesy bread VS What I got; a large pizza with virtually ZERO sauce (it was sooo dry) with half cheese and the other half was BOTH pepperoni and sausage...a large (not small) white pizza with no white sauce to speak of (it looked like it might have been brushed with olive oil or garlic butter, but definitely not Alfredo sauce) these toppings were correct but the chicken was flavorless and the pizza was undercooked. Cold.. Cheese, what there was of it, wasn't even melted. The cheesy bread was correct. HOWEVER despite our picking our order up the instant it came out of the oven (we were in the parking lot) the pizzas were underdone/undercooked and we're cold in the middle. We live LITERALLY 6 minutes away. No way a pie can cool that quickly. Not sure if they were having a bad night or I'm a PICKY bitch ‍ but no way this was 5 stars consistently. HOW?? Maybe since it's across from the University the drunk college kids have no taste buds. It's a no from me sorry. I'm still in search of a really GOOD pizza place.

The ambiance was delightful. The perfect first date or place to clear your head. The drink menu had fall favorites, and I chose a boozy salted caramel apple cocktail that looked like it belonged on the cover of Food & Wine. But the taste managed to surpass presentation. It wasn't too heavy or strong. It was the perfect drink for the first night out in weeks. Other options were the Lemon Drop Martini or the spiced pumpkin latte martini, with plenty of beers on tap or soft drinks for the under 21 crowd. I had a hard time choosing between spaghetti or the armed Italian sandwich. Luckily, spaghetti or fries could be served as a side for the Italian sandwich, so I enjoyed the best of both worlds. The presentation was not at all what I was expecting, given that I've only ordered a bucket of spaghetti for take-out from Belleria in Kent. But this felt different. I felt fancier and spoiled by the kindness of the server, with lighthearted jokes and kindness. With each plate, the smells were even more exciting than the presentation. But the food was delicious and I wouldn't change anything. The temperature was just right. The bread on the Italian sandwich was crispy and never soggy. It smells fresh, fluffy, with a crisp outside that will definitely bring me back again. Thursday nights, there's a special for pizza, a pitcher of beer, or a carafe of house wine with two salads. The perfect chance to give it a try for less than $30. Highly recommended.
