Been here multiple times and it is so filling and worth your money if youre looking for a healthier option. Their chicken quarter thigh is HUGE and seasoned perfectly. The meat is so tender and doesnt need any additional sauce. I did also try the half chicken option that included breast meat and that was too dry for me. I also enjoyed their MSG flavored chicken tenders. Had the perfect spice kick and the green onions on top made it even better. The one thing im not huge on is their sides. Doesnt seem like as much love is put into them. Sometimes the rice tastes and feels not as fresh, and the side salads arent my favorite flavor wise. I would just stick to the rice or fries!

This was a very good option to try. My sandwich was great and the fries were delicious. Some of the sauces are out of this world. The tenders were juicy.

Well kept spot that serves juicy chicken tenders and fries, sandwiches, salads. Vegetarian options available. You order through a kiosks and there is minimal contact with staff. . Ample seating for dine in. The disappointment here for me personally were the sauces, their most palatable was the honey mustard. Everything else to me was lacking flavor that was well balanced. They were all too strong in one flavor that overpowered the taste.

You have to be kidding me. Chicken breast meal. Look at the pics. No need to say more. Tiny breast and the piece of toast that came with it. WTAH. They should be embarrassed.

Stopped here for lunch & it was the juiciest chicken I've had in a while. Decided to order the New York Hot sandwich with grilled cole slaw as a side. Ordered my husband the MSG sandwich with a side of the blackened chili fries. I loved both sides and really enjoyed my sandwich. It was spicy but not too much where the spice overwhelms the whole flavor of the sandwich. Would recommend for lunch/dinner! They are also running a "Happy Hour" special from 3-5pm daily for $10 salads & bowls!

I wanted to stop by since I was in the area and had no intention of finishing what I ordered because I had dinner plans. Little did I know I would order a sandwich and finish it because it was too good. I ordered the MSG and it was great! A little spicy but more like a Korean style flavor. But note it's not a whole chicken on a bun but rather two thick tenders on a bun. So instead it really should be called a tender sandwich. I do think the bun to meat ratio could be better. You definitely need a thicker bigger bun. So I cannot give this a perfect 10/10 but rather a 9/10 which is still very solid. I would even say it's the best chicken sandwich I had on the East coast so far. Order the spiced fries as a side. The fries were amazing paired with the sauces. Favorite fries so far. I'd put it above five guys fries and I love five guys fries. Must try! Looking forward to my next trip back here.

It was tough to decide what it get at @brinechicken because everything sounded so good! The blackened chili garlic sauce was so flavorful and definitely I slathered it on everything! They have two locations-one in Chelsea NYC and one in Jersey. The chicken was so tender and flavorful. Their blackened chili rub is a 10/10. Super fast and cozy place with great food! The staff were so friendly and the service was super fast! Chicken-based food. Sandwiches, bowls, salads etc. I had the bowl. It's pretty good. Fried chicken has good flavor, not dry. It comes with rice and salad. Clean and modern inside. Staff is very nice.

A new restaurant in the area, serving chicken in many delicious ways. There's quarter, half and boneless chicken platters, couple of sandwiches and bunch of salad bowls. Loved the thigh and MSG sandwich. Chicken ate cooked so nicely, moist and juicy. MSG has the perfect layer of chili sauce to make the sandwich very enticing. The restaurant has a very modern look. Not a lot of space, enough for about 20-25 guests. Four self order stations available. Food comes out within minutes. They deliver the order to the table, but mostly it's self served. Very popular for take out orders. I'll happily come back here for my delicious chicken sandwich cravings.

This place is amazing in a world full of fast food and horrible options, this healthy alternative it's just a thing you need. No, don't go by me because I got Kadin fries and regular fries which were amazing. By the way you gotta try all the sauces... But they also have broccoli salad, beet salad, all types of healthy things. The owner is super friendly and attentive, gave me a little rundown of the place. And the decor is beautiful. I love all the plants everywhere! Even have kiosks there for ordering if you haven't been to brine, you have to now!

Not a bad place to try, the chicken tasted fresh and the sauce was flavorful. I ordered the Umami chicken "sandwich" and spiced fries, with 2 extremely small sauce cups. The pictures in the restaurant and online show actual normal sized chicken sandwiches but after opening the box I couldnt believe this order was $18....Its not a sandwich at all, it is more of a slider. The sauce cups pictured on the restaurant order screens are also 3x the size so dont waste your money on them either. The aïoli sauce that is supposed to be included w fries was forgotten with my order. Its not that the food was bad, but there is blatent mismarketing of their items. You can spend 1/3 of the money elsewhere for actual normal portion sizes.

Ok I'd like to start by saying this is more than just a "chicken place". I say that because they do so much with the bird that being considered a mere "chicken place" just doesn't do them menu justice. From the bowls to the salads and glorious fried chicken sandwiches (and more so the way they remix each sandwich), is just impressive to say the least. Today I had the spicy chicken salad, which caught me by surprise! I say this because, I welcome spice; to the umpteenth power, but this caught me by surprise. Both the chicken and the spicy fried onions came to play, and in a major way. Yet they weren't just hot but flavorful at the same time. The Cole slaw added a nice texture of crunch and coolness to calm each bite, and the raw kale also acted as a life raft in the sea of heat I found myself in; especially once I added the extra hot sauce that accompanied the dish. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Not only was the staff super friendly, inside of this spot was immaculate; from the touch screen order displays, to the seating area, and even the bathroom (I notice small things like this). I was glad I tried this spot, because there were a lot of eateries in the plaza and I wanted something different. Well boy were they different, and delicious; at the same damn time! Can't wait to return and suggest this spot to others!!

Outdoor seating available, but large windows, which were open last night. We were seated promptly at a window seat and Diana came by pretty quickly to take our order. You have to try their Focaccia bread. They do a little something special that makes it so crispy outside, but fluffy and buttery on the inside. My wife ordered the "The Clam Jam" (beer-braised littlenecks, Calabrian chili, house sausage and Espelette Butter). She love the dish, as did I the one clam she allowed. I ordered the Hamachi Crudo (Organic cherry ponzu, lime, jalapeño, shiro dashi, pistachio gremolata and red onion.) This is a very fancy ceviche, with cherries and all the fixins' which I would gladly order again... My wife's entrée was the Goffle Road farm half chicken (crispy fingerling potatoes, herb butter & roast chicken jus). Gotta say, they Lula's does a great job with this chicken. I stop by Goffle Road farm and the chicken is superior to pretty much anything else, but this came out with such a light crispy skin and so juicy and tender. Excellent! My entrée was the Elite Prime Grass-Fed Coulotte steak (Pomme puree, crispy sunchokes & black garlic jus.) The steak was done to perfection and the potatoes puree were so very creamy and good. No dessert tonight... just a couple cups of coffee and a little walk around Ridgewood. Busy place! Lula is a BYO!

The hospitality was incredible. We went there for my birthday. All the staff knew it was my birthday and they also knew that I was eight months pregnant and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. The food was exceptional. The wait staff was so nice and provided recommendations while not pushing any one dish. We got the focaccia, softshell crab, Peking duck and chicken liver for appetizers. The softshell crab was the best I've ever had, and I would come back to this restaurant for this alone. The Peking duck was juicy and tender with the most incredible slaw type salad underneath it. The focaccia with the butter was also phenomenal, the owner actually brought it out to us and we had a nice conversation with him and you can tell he just poured his heart and soul into this restaurant. The focaccia is definitely not an appetizer to be overlooked just because it is bread. While I couldn't have any of the chicken liver mousse, it looked stunning, and my husband said that it was incredible and so light and fluffy, and it was a massive portion. I look forward to when we come back when I'm not pregnant and I can eat it. For dinner I got the Arctic char, and my husband got the pork. The Arctic char was unbelievable. It was piping hot and literally just melted in my mouth with each bite and the side that came with it was a mix of asparagus, mushrooms, farro and I don't know what else, but it was fantastic if I could have that side on its own as well, I would order more. My husband's pork was crispy and delicious with another incredible slaw topping, and it was so massive he has to take home like a third of it for dessert. We had the lemon meringue tart for dessert, which was also incredible and so refreshing for a dessert. All of the food was outrageously fresh and just outstanding. This restaurant is our new favorite place and on the way out we even made a reservation for three weeks from now to come back. This is probably the best restaurant that I've eaten at in Ridgewood hands down and I'm so glad that they are in the area. The restaurant adds a new vibe with food that is so phenomenal to match. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in the area as a MUST try. Of course me and my husband will be going back in a few weeks and we can't wait.

Nice buzz in one of the well-appointed rooms. The hostess, Heddy (the chef/owner's mother), sat us, and was pleasant and friendly... and, it turns out, lives in the same town as us. We brought a bottle of Prosecco, and our waitress brought two flutes and removed the red wine glasses from the table. We were each brought a small dinner roll and a bowl of a green chimichurri-type dipping sauce. The roll was crisp on the outside and soft inside. Sauce was very tasty. We ordered a Caesar salad, gnocchi (listed as an appetizer) , Portobella parmigiana, and truffle parmigiana fries to split. Salad was excellent, with a nice creamy dressing. Our waitress, thoughtfully split the salad on two plates for us. The mushrooms (2) were smaller, just right, size, with a nice tomato sauce and sautéed zucchini. I think shredded parmigiana on the top would have been better than what seemed like a thin sliced bit. Observation, not a complaint. The gnocchi were on the large side, the way that I make them at home. Soft, and not gummy at all, they were really great. The sauce was tasty with a nice helping of fresh corn. We thought the portion was huge for an appetizer. The fries were also very good. Very crisp with a generous dusting of cheese, and a distinct truffle flavor, which is usually missing. The only two (minor) complaints are that the mushroom dish came to the table luke warm, not cold, but definitely not hot. Also, it turns out that the reason the gnocchi dish was so large, is that they gave us an entree-size portion, instead of the appetizer, at just under double the appetizer price. These were (relatively) minor problems, and we didn't bring up either one to the waitress. Overall, a great meal in a comfortable restaurant. Will be returning soon.

He was a big help in answering any question I had. Our party was roughly 25 people and we reserved the back room for the party. The back room was big enough for all of us to fit comfortably without it feeling cramped. We ordered the apps ahead of time and were told that they would be ready at 5:30. Sure enough, at 5:30 all of the apps came out and they were a big hit. Everything was fantastic. We got some large pizzas, nachos, mozzarella sticks, potstickers, and calamari. There was practically nothing left. The entree's were great and came without delay. I didn't hear a single complaint from any of the guests. I'd be remiss if I didn't talk about our waiter for the night, Alan. I don't think I've ever seen someone be so on top of things before. He handled the whole room essentially by himself and somehow it never seemed like there was a single hiccup the whole night. He was beyond excellent. He was such a good communicator and kept me in the loop with timelines and was overall very organized. He played a significant role in the night going as well as it did. My whole family, and most importantly my mom, had such a wonderful night. And I have Bob, Alan, and the rest of the staff to thank for that.
