Javi's looks like a cool, old Mexican restaurant but once you step inside you'll find yourself in the middle of a Las Vegas style sports bar. Loud music and gigantic screens with various sports and a restaurant that wraps around the bar. There's booths along the walls but the rest is tall boy bar seating. Fortunately the menu is large and the food is good, though our chips were stale. The service is good too. No, actually the service was great. We loved the food too. Classic Mexican American food just the way we like it.

They bring chips and salsa AND bean dip, which is greatly appreciated. My wife's chili verde was delicious, with big chunks of pork, and a fabulous salsa verde sauce. My carne asada was okay, tasty, but a little lacking on the carne to be honest, but good rice and beans. I wanted this to be one of those great finds, but the obnoxiously blasting music and ubiquitous big screens knock it down a bit.

Their chips and salsa are complimentary and ask for the green sauce because it's delicious not spicy at all. I had the carne asada and ranchera style shrimp with a side of rice and beans the beans and rice were delicious as well. Total spent was around 20ish bucks. They have a bar with cocktails and beers. They have an electronic menu, they will give you a QR code. The bartenders was very attentive and so was the waitress. We were there during the week so it wasn't busy. Parking lot is big so no issues with that. They do have tv's in case you want to catch a game.
