Upon purchase they failed to provide me with the basic paperwork necessary to register the trailer. I went to five different auto tag places and they all said in order to register the trailer I would need a bill of sale from the company I purchased it from. I drove to tractor supply twice in Bordentown. Twice because I tried to find another more reasonable manager to speak to the second time. Tractor supply at bordentown stubbornly and adamantly refused to provide me with the basic paperwork so that I can use the trailer and get it registered. I've included a picture to show what the bill of sale looks like. I purchased another trailer the same day and they easily provided me with all the adequate paperwork. I typed up the bill of sale myself and brought it to the managers at bordentown tractor supply and said all you have to do is sign here and write the date and as a matter of principal they refused to help me out. Unfortunately I will have to return the trailer I purchased from tractor supply all because they refused to provide me with the basic paperwork that comes along with the trailer. I wasted a lot of time and effort driving back and forth to bordentown and several auto tag places because they simply refused to do something basic and simple that all other companies do. The managers at bordentown tractor supply would rather have an argument for 20 minutes then simply give me the paperwork that takes them 3 minutes just to make things difficult on me. Instead of simply providing the trailer paperwork they told me to call customer support which I did. I've included the emails from customer support. Instead of providing me with the necessary paperwork on the trailer customer support wrote me back an email telling me to call the manufacturer that they bought it from!! It's unreal, how disgustingly disrespectful this company is to its customers. I need the paperwork from tractor supply that is who I purchased it from, the manufacturer they bought it from does not have and can not provide me the paperwork for me to register the trailer. I've shopped at tractor supply for 12 years, be assured that I will never spend another cent here or walk in their store after all the trouble they gave me over something so basic, easy and simple.
