Bowman then charged $2400.00 for a circuit board and more Freon!!! Only reason I'm having them come out again is we have one more maintenance call due & paid for Which is needed since system totally not working due to a power surge a day ago. BUT! Some technical friends tried to help me Saturday afternoon (it had stopped raining early) by replacing the capacitor. I shared that information with him. He said something strange about 'probably' calling Monday. For context: it was in the middle of a brutal heat wave, and I have 2 kids and a dog. I left a msg and texted on Monday and was . . . GHOSTED. No response at all. It would have been (somewhat) professional to just tell me they couldn't help at that point, but to ghost a potential customer was unbelievably unprofessional.
