She only used trimmer but barely scissors, mainly did the side. The hair on the top like being chopped. Again, TWO MINS. For haircut like this, I don't need a barber but a trimmer. Even more fancy toys, decorations, screens cannot save the terrible service and attitude. I don't know how this salon got customers, maybe we just got treated differently (also hope I could check the Yelp reviews in advance, which now make sense to me, instead of the google review). Wish the owner can run a successful and sustainable business with such employees and service, after all I'm only a single customer and may not be their target.

The bottom floor of the salon is where Lourna was stationed. I was promptly greeted by the staff and taken back to meet Lourna. At first I felt a little weird because we were in the men's barber room and secluded so I didn't feel like I was apart of the salon, but I came to quickly enjoy the appointment because of Lourna. She explained all the products she was using on me from start to finish. I liked that this salon has two kinds of products, Bumble and bumble and kerestase. She used the Kerestase products on me and I really liked how it felt on my hair. Her hair washing skills were AMAZING. The scalp massage she gave me was 10/10. Throughout the whole appointment, I didn't even notice I was getting my haircut because she was so gentle, even when blowing out my hair. The haircut came out amazing and I am so happy with the results. Lourna really listened to what I wanted and I can't wait to see her again!
