I first met Dr. Anthony Britton from his Muay Thai background and workouts. It was after years of back pain, wrist injuries, and ankle pain that I started seeking medical attention. When I found out Dr. Britton was a professional chiropractor, I had to give it a chance. If I could I would definitely gave 0 stars to this place, I gave out my insurance information on Friday, and they didn't get back to me until the following Wednesday, which I were supposed to have an appointment. At first they told me there is $25 dollars visit fees, I was surprised because I know my insurance covered 20 visits a year without any fees, and I insisted them to check again, they called me back in the afternoon saying there is 20% coinsurance, and I told them it maybe wrong, they were very impatient and told me : WE ARE DOING A FAVOR FOR YOU TO CHECK YOUR INSURANCE, You should check yourself! This is after already telling me different things the previous times. How can you have a front desk girl with that kind of attitude. Then apparently she goes and tells people i don't want to pay. Are you kidding me?? She has one job....either tell me what i need to pay and explain why they take took three tries over the span of almost a week to get me accurate information or just tell me they need more time to figure it out. What i don't want is for you to waste my time. Don't call me in and tell the doctor i don't want to pay. I got referred to come here when I don't need to until you get ur act together. But I guess everything this girl does for customers is considered a favor and not her job. No wonder she easily gives attitude. After I saw all of the positive reviews I decided to give them a try. I was able to get an appointment for the next day. I felt a huge improvement after just one visit. The Dr is very knowledgeable and took his time with me and answered all of my questions. They honored the Groupon rate without me purchasing it. I started out as a cash patient because I didn't want to hassle with my hmo to get a referral. On the way out I thought I would ask if they were in my medical network. They gladly took a copy of my card and by the time I got home, she called to tell me that they were in my network and I didn't need a referral. Been to a few chiropractic places this by far has been my least favorite of them all it was no help of relief. It all started when I turned to yelp when I was in need to find a good chiropractor around my area when I was in pain found this place filtering results by reviews got a deal where I would get to come in 3x for a fair price so I did just that first time I came in everything was goin fine chiropractor took down any necessary info about my concerns and injuries his methods in adjusting for relief I must say came down to two simple adjustments very quickly and your done a lower back adjustment in which was not effective in-fact I felt more pain as he applied force and was unsuccessful to get my back to crack I felt crushed second move was the neck now this was really strange as his method in cracking necks was very different from what I had experienced before with others i didn't like it in fact I got a headache almost instantly I left the place unsatisfied but I had already paid for 3 sessions and thought to myself maybe it was just a bad day for him idk so I decided to ride with it for eventual relief came back a second time this time it was way quicker basically I went in saw the chiropractor for like 10 seconds and I was out same two adjustments no relief and same headache again 3rd time I went in 1 lower back adjustment again and cringed when he was about to go for the neck and told him I rather him not as I been experiencing headaches from that he said ok easy not to do anything and left and that was my experience from this place I have no bad comments about receptionist or others who work there as they're nice and friendly though it's never the same people though in all 3 times I went there oh and they put you in like this automatic roller bed they do this for everyone I must say it really doesn't do anything for you read more

I'm glad my boyfriend and I found Dr. Britton, my boyfriend got a dislocated hip from playing basketball and we tried going to several other Chiros but not any seem to put the effort and dedication to help him feel better but once we went to Dr. Britton he gave us a piece of hope that he will be able to help out, after a talk with him I felt so much comfort, I really liked his way of explaining things and for his complete honesty. Bought a Groupon for this place to try it out. It's a cute place & the receptionist are friendly. That's why I gave it 2 stars. There are no rooms. I over heard him tell another patient the same thing he told me. Same reason why we were both there and what he was going to do to fix it. So made me question things. He doesn't have X-ray on spot. I mean, he's a chiropractor. It was weird to me. He pays more attention to people who are paying cash or insurance. I been to other chiropractors and I had a good experience. Here I wasn't all there. I came in because I heard Dr. Britton is great. Which if the review was based only on his care it would be a 5 stars review. When I came in I made it clear I only wanted to be seen by him, because my wife had mentioned they switched her without even asking her. I am the type of person that likes to stick to the person i feel comfortable with and that I've come to know. Today I drove 35 minutes to be told I would not be seen by Dr. Britton. That it's a bit frustrating. Also I have not had the best experience with their receptionists, every time I visit here it's a different person and for the most part they are just all over the place. I came in initially because I drove my wife here. I overheard someone say they take kaiser and asked if they would take my plan, as I am with kaiser. The receptionist told me I had to call and ask kaiser myself. When I asked if she would be able to find out she seemed bother, but went ahead and checked and told me that I was covered. I scheduled my appointment and asked for the new patient paperwork. She told me I also had to complete a computer intake the day of my appointment. The day of my appointment I came in returned the completed paperwork asked about my copayments and if I needed to complete anything else. The girl said thanks and just told me to sit down the dr. Will be right with me. About 10 minutes went by and she informed me that I hadn't paid my copayments; I got up and paid it. Another 10 minutes or so, she gets up and tells me I have to complete a computer intake. At this point I'm already frustrated I was here early so I can get all that done, and now that it's my appointment time she wants me to do, what I had already inquired about and she had told me I didn't need to do. GET IT TOGETHER! my second appointment there was another receptionists. They did not have me in the schedule, even though I scheduled an appointment. Also, my wife asked her if she could check if she had benefits for inserts for her shoes. At which point she informed us that we have to call that she couldn't find that out. So i asked her "don't you have access to that information" she said no. We sat down and after a few minutes she said that we didn't have coverage. I just feel like these receptionists have a problem with doing their jobs. It is not that hard! I've worked in that field before. Take a little pride in your work ethics ladies. And lastly today's appointment I went in I told the receptionist my name(which by the way was a different receptionist from the other 3 days) I then sat down. My wife went in for her appointment 10 minutes went by. I got up to ask her if the Dr. Knew I was here. She had no idea I had an appointment. We got my copay paid. And then I was informed I would not be seen by my regular chiropractor. I love Dr. Britton, but I'm questioning coming back to this place with all this mishaps. read more

Everytime I come here they treat me like family, right when I walk through the front door. If you call them to make an appointment, Chyna usually picks up and takes care of scheduling and insurance details and is a super friendly person. For your first visit, they'll have you fill out some details on what's wrong, but this is easily done on a computer they have set up at one of the waiting room seats. Once you've been squared away, Dr. Britton opens the door to his side of the clinic, with a friendly smile, and consults with you to find out what's wrong and goes over his treatment. It's important to note that he is extremely easy to get along with and is very understanding and compassionate by nature. As for my experience, I was diagnosed (via an MRI prescribed by my Orthopedic Surgeon) with two bulging cervical discs in my neck. My quality of life suffered immensely, and if left untreated would have jeopardized my immediate health/life. I had tingling and numbness with occasional extreme nerve pain shooting down the entire right arm. I was in bad shape across the board - unable to sleep through the night due to the searing nerve pain, look straight up, or use my right arm with any effectiveness. My doctors, an orthopedist, a neurologist and a family physician, all prescribed me medications (muscle relaxants, NSAIDs, vicodin, anti-convulsants) but they were completely ineffective. They mentioned physical therapy/chiropractic care may or may not help, and really only pointed to surgery to resolve my affliction. The surgery they suggested was a procedure in which they trim off a portion of the bulging discs, and effectively fuse three of my vertebrae together at two locations (C4 to C5, and C5 to C6). Then they said I'd have to restrict my mobility for a minimum of 2 weeks and it would then take a few months to fully recover. To top it all off they said they would need to enter my neck from the front, and move my esophagus to the side in order to conduct the work. Can you say no thanks? I of course elected to receive chiropractic care/physical therapy, and selected Dr. Britton. Dr. Britton took an evolutionary approach to my treatment, starting off with baby step adjustments, manual traction, and e-stim therapy, which over the course of a few weeks developed into numerous more advanced sports therapy techniques to make real progress. He worked -with- me, like a teammate (this is extremely rare and should not be undervalued), to see how my symptoms were faring, and helped me understand what was going on with my nerves so that I could be aware of how to do some of my own therapy at home. All of the pain/tingling, and most of the numbness are now gone, and I can now be as active as I was prior to this injury - all without surgery! read more
