Unfortunately, this morning...my wife and I visited Broadway for some breakfast. There was a HAIR in her eggs. A little black hair, maybe nose hair, maybe an eyelash, or eyebrow?? But regardless it was DISGUSTING. This tells me those preparing the food don't wear hair nets or gloves. In a restaurant, this cannot happen. We called the waiter over, showed it to her, and she did take that meal off of our bill. But naturally, we both lost our appetite. Won't be coming back. And it is unfortunate bc we had been there a few times before, and it was pretty good. But having a hair in her eggs is unacceptable. read more

We went here a while ago but I forgot to review it. Mostly we came here because I was in Endicott at the DMV and I heard they had good eggs benedict. The eggs benedict were in fact good, but it was my first time having them so I can't compare. I can't remember now what my wife got but I remember liking it. Service was good and prices are good. I saw a review that someone was asked to leave because of their kid. We had out baby with us and she woke up and gig hungry and cried while I ran to the car for the bottle and no one even glanced our way. So if that is holding anyone back, don't let it. I would like to go back and try some more breakfast staples and see how they rate. read more

This is mine and my husband's first choice of local diners when we head out for breakfast. If we need to get in and out quickly, they never keep us waiting. Their staff are friendly and always quick with refills. Their and home fries are the best. I do prefer the Skylark's Belgian waffle, however. read more

Greatest place to eat in Endwell. I've been here countless times and never had an issue or seen the owners have any issues with any customers. As a member of the military I'm not always home in Endwell, but when I go home I make it a point to always go there a few times. Whichever owner is working gives me a sincere thank you for coming in and asks how I have been as they ring me out. The service is great, the prices are good and I suggest anyone who has never been to go and enjoy this wonderful place. The Broadway is by far my favorite area diner. Breakfast, lunch or dinner; this is a good choice. The service is friendly and the food is always good. The place has that "everyone knows your name" kind of feel to it. One of the few places we enjoy taking the kids to (2 years old). The waitresses are always so helpful and friendly. i've been here a few times now, and when i first had breakfast here i felt that it was definitely an above average diner, but then i had some other meals here that were average and then below average. i'll start off on a positive note, the breakfast. overall i felt it was very good, nothing amazing, but still better than average, a solid 4 stars. the bacon had an ok texture and it also had a really good smokey flavor. the home fries were really good, they seemed fresh. the scrambled eggs were good but average, and the pancakes were good, i liked the texture but the flavor was ruined by the syrup they used. i've had that syrup before at other places that had good pancakes (Route 12 Diner, Elsie's Diner) but those too were ruined by the syrup, it kinda wanna say it has a fruitiness to it. the lunch i had was alright, i got the deluxe bacon cheeseburger. the bread was ok, the burger meat was decent, but i didn't really like the lettuce they used on it, it didn't have the nice crispness that iceberg would have had. there were no condiments on the burger either, the only thing that gave the burger flavor was the bacon on it, but if it had some mayo on it then that would have made it better, next time i'll know to request it. the fries that came with it were a style of fry that i like, but i feel like they could have been cooked a little longer. the dinner i had here was the real downfall. it started off fine with an average salad, then the sides i got with it were good. i got the mashed potatoes and gravy. the mashed potatoes seemed like they actually used real potatoes, so it had a good flavor but they could have been a little creamier, and they kinda skimped on the gravy. then i ate the stuffing that also came with it, and that was good, seemed homemade. then i got to the main part of the meal, the roasted chicken. you ever smell a wet dog? well, that's how this chicken tasted. disgusting. i couldn't eat it. and unlike a wet dog, this chicken was also very dry. i dunno how they managed to pull that one off but really, don't get the chicken here, it's the only bad thing about this place, and if it weren't for the chicken i'd have given them a 4 star review. they have a very good looking dessert display here. i tried the baklava, and it was just alright, but their other desserts looked much better, and the pie crusts look homemade. my biggest regret is that i didn't try the pie. a lot of places will kinda phone in the desserts, but it doesn't look like Broadway does. as for the feel and service, the people here seem friendly and i've never had bad service. they have a movie star theme and there's a few athletes mixed in as well. it's a typical bright diner that seems clean. my booth seemed a little cramped though, but other than that it was a decent dining experience. the one bad thing though is that every time i go there's only one or 2 parking spots left when i get there, so keep that in mind. so overall, you can get a good meal here if you stay away from the chicken. the only other diner in this area that i can think of is Nadius, and compared to them, they both have very good breakfast, but i think Nadius is better when it comes to lunch and dinner. read more

Really bad Decor but it's old school so I won't hold it against them. Food is ok and ridiculously over priced. It's a dinner! 2 eggs should be no more then 4 bucks. The service is good and quick. If you go when it's busy half your order will be cold. Another example of rediculouse prices... Side of corned beef hash is$4.90!!!!!!!! Absolutly crazy for this area. Acropolis or pantheon are much better choices. They are one of he only places that serve disco fries though. read more

This place is awesome. All the food is so good. They have great specials and they have all been equally as good. The staff are all really nice and welcoming. After a night out we always head here for some good comfort food. The soups are amazing. They also have iced coffee which is a plus. This is a solid diner and I highly recommend it. read more

I've gone here often for breakfast. The omelets are excellent. However, recently I tried the challah French Toast and was disappointed. I've baked challah bread before, and this didn't resemble what I created--what they use is more like if challah bread and Wonder Bread got together and had a kid. And it wasn't even warm when I got it. This might have been because I showed up at 7:00 p.m. and still ordered breakfast. But if a diner is going to offer breakfast it should be consistent throughout the day. I suspect my French Toast had been cooked that morning, kept in the frig, and then tossed in the microwave before I received it. Otherwise, I've always been pleased with this place. read more

Grrreat place for breakfasts!! After church on Sun. can get a tad crowded...but they're open!! Good food, efficient service, fair prices. It's not white table-cloth, but you'd pay a LOT more for that...I also enjoy it for a quick lunch on the run...they've been a good family restaraunt for many years. We stopped here on our way to Allentown after checking Yelp reviews. It was our daughter's birthday and we wanted someplace special. It did not disappoint!! Food was fantastic and service was outstanding. Most importantly, our server, Sheena Sophia, was accommodating, funny, and efficient. What more could you want from a server? We had specialty chocolate waffles, delicious Eggs Benedict, and perfect Greek omelette (there were 7 of us). This is our go to for breakfast. I see some people posting about prices, but I couldn't disagree more. I can take a family of four for breakfast for under $20. It used to be a given that you would have to wait in line to get a table here, and that speaks to how good the place is. They have remodeled and expanded, now the wait isn't nearly as long, but the place is always full. Someone else mentioned the red oak diner.....stear clear unless you have a carry permit. read more

I adore Broadway Diner. It's our go-to for great food at a good price, whether it be for breakfast, lunch or diner. The staff is absolutely fantastic and very personable, which is something I always appreciate with diners. They create a warm atmosphere. The variety is quite nice and for the most part the dishes are well priced. And it's just generally quite nice inside. Even if you're getting your food to go, it's fun to sit around, chatting with people while sipping on coffee inside. My favorite things are definitely the breakfast items. Delicious! Great home-fries. Good eggs and bacon. And pancakes to kill for. A lot of times, I end up doing breakfast for diner when I go. And the last time I got breakfast to take home, the server actually drew a cartoon breakfast on the to-go box for my eggs and bacon (so I'd know what was inside) and wrote "Homies" on my home-fries container, which was just hilarious and was a really funny treat to find when I opened our bag up. I just love the people there. They're so much fun! Great atmosphere. Phenomenal staff. Excellent food. What more could you want? read more

A go to breakfast stop in the Binghamton area. A family run business that they take pride in. This place is clean and the waitstaff, hostesses etc are great! Love going here for breakfast. They serve you right away and the food is consistently good. The place is very busy on the weekends especially with the after church crowd, but service never lacks. My friends and I journeyed over to this quaint little diner in Endwell and we're treated to a pleasant meal. The food was good and the service was as well. The waitress had no problems dividing all of our checks and it was a painless in and out process. However, I did not give the Broadway Diner 5 stars because of a pesky beer sign that was crooked on the wall. It drove me bananas the whole time I was eating. I grew up going to this place and always enjoyed it. I have had many different meals here and have always been satisfied. My favorite is their turkey club. Made with real turkey not some processed deli meat. Very few people who live in the Endicott/Endwell area have not been here. It is a great and well known place. The food is not that good and has come out cold and many different occasions! Their desserts are not that good and very over priced! They put cherries on them that taste and feel like plastic and they tell u to eat them!!! Service is not always pleasant, pretty slow and forgetful. Very disappointed in the meat loaf dinner. Mashed potatoes were lumpy and barely warm. The butternut squash was loaded with what tasted like cinnamon. That as well was not hot. Family owned and operated for at least 2 generations. They have great food and a very friendly atmosphere. I eat there at least once a week. The owners always make me feel welcome and are great supporters of the community. With all of their children and grandchildren in the area, they know that their business is very important to our area. I go out of my way to eat there in the summer months when I am not usually in town. I crave Broadway breakfast!!! read more
