My wife had been to Gallagher's Pub in Sea Cliff the previous night with her girlfriends and thought they had great food. We walked in to a quaint Irish pub and were greeted by Marcus. He smiled and remembered my wife from the night before. We sat down and viewed the menu. Nice selection of food and drinks. We ordered some drinks. My wife had a soda and I had Smithwick beer. A good Irish ale. We decided on the French onion soup. It was served hot and was delicious! We ate and talked and some of our friends came in and visited with them. Good times. My wife was full after the soup , so she ordered some French fries. I ordered a buffalo chicken burger with onion rings. I thought I try something different the chicken burger was great and the onion rings were perfect. We enjoy our meal and visiting with our friends. Marcus gave us a tray for our leftover with a note on the cover. See the photos. It seems Marcus adds a special note to his customers. This was a nice and unexpected surprise. We enjoyed our time at Gallagher's. The wait service was excellent, the food was great and the atmosphere was friendly. I strongly recommend Gallagher's Pub. If you're in Sea Cliff on the north shore of Long Island stop by Gallagher's for a drink and some great food. Travel safe and keep healthy. All the best to you all.

I finally had an opportunity to visit with my KIwanis club for a lunch. Nothing too fancy but I'm finally coming here. This shop is located right on Main Street with plenty of parking I got a very close spot. This is beautiful shop with a very focused staff. Our lunch group was sitting in a smaller side area by a window which gave us a lot of light and definitely brightened the mood. We had our own special price fix lunch menu so it was not an experience where we would get a chnace to sample different foods. I had the Turkey Burger special which which came with a loaded burger and fries. Simple and very tasty, cooked according to my instructions. They don't serve food but they will put out a plate of snacks for you and the bartender we dealt with that night was very generous in refilling the snacks for my two friends. They will also allow you to order food in which is nice. Overall it's an okay scene it just wasn't lively enough for my liking. Maybe I went on an off night.
