Stopped by to get a drink on our way back to Los Angeles and I wish they open a spot in Cali. My drink left me wanting more. The inside was big and spacious, very clean. They had some cookies available. Service was very friendly and drinks came out within a few min. I ordered the broken cream roasted matcha. The cream was so good and blended well with the matcha.
Come on, with your ridiculous Iced Broken Cream Roasted Hojicha Latte!! It was quite surely the best hojicha latte cream top I've ever had. Game over for any other in my book. I've been waiting for a long time to visit Broken Coffee because I am a huge coffee lover. Not for the fancy, frosty, whipped cream, flavored (oreo/caramel/pumpkin spice latte) stuff. I mean real coffee, real espresso, pour overs, demitasse, einspanners, and just good coffees. And yet I ordered an iced tea latte as my first drink to try at this coffee place. Why? Because their menu says "Must Try". So, I took their word for it and tried it. Wow, best spontaneous order change I've ever made for a place that I've been wanting to get coffee at for so long, especially since I don't live in Nevada. The place is beautiful inside, the aesthetic is my vibe, and the service was great. Even their merch is cool. Wish we had time to hang out for a bit, but we only stopped by on our way home to California. I'm so glad they have several locations in the Vegas area to choose from. But I wish so badly that they open some in California. By the way, the lemon earl grey cookie was also fantastic! I was too late for the spam musubis and other breakfast pastries that sold out. It was only 9:30am and only cookies and a few pastries were left.
I stopped by this coffee shop on a Friday around 11 a.m. to check it out. The biggest downside was parking..it was pretty busy, and people were competing for spots near the entrance. There is additional parking available if you don't mind a short walk. I also noticed the drive-thru wasn't open during my visit because it was blocked off with a cone. Inside, the café had a lively atmosphere and was packed with customers. There was plenty of seating, including a bar-style counter where people were working on their laptops, and there was baked goods and merch for sale. While I was able to find a table to wait for my drink, this definitely isn't a quiet coffee shop. It's more of a social, upbeat space, so it may not be the best choice if you're looking for complete silence. The menu was easy to read, with large displays both when you walk in and near the register. Service was fast. I was helped as soon as I reached the counter, and my drink came out quickly. I ordered the Broken Cream Roasted Matcha Latte with almond milk. I enjoyed the roasted matcha flavor, and the drink almost reminded me of cereal milk in the best way. My only complaint was that it leaned a little too heavily on the cream. I personally prefer a stronger, earthier matcha flavor, so I would have liked a bit more matcha. That said, I still finished the entire drink. Overall, I had a good experience and would definitely come back. The shop has a clean, minimal design, and since it's a newer location, I'm excited to return and try more of the menu.
I love the broken coffee latte here with oat milk! I love they have a location near Henderson & GV area! I hope they continue to expand! But the ambience is great and the staff is always super friendly and kind!
On vacation with my family and was searching for a coffee spot. We came across this one and gave it a try. My husband ordered the matcha latte which looked more brown than green (it must've oxidized). I had the broken cream latte. The matcha latte tasted great aside from the looks of it. Great balance of sweetness and matcha. The broken cream latte was my favorite. Both drinks had a good ice ratio. I definitely recommend this spot.
Took a break from my Sunday Dutch Bros. run to head over to Broken Coffee. With other locations on Fort Apache and Spring Mountain, they recently opened another location, their fourth, on Silverado Ranch across the street from South Point, an acceptable distance for me. Even though I use Silverado Ranch to go to my LTP's house, I had just noticed a few days before my visit that this coffee shop was here. I think my brain has been more focused on the newly constructed Burger King that sits next door. It was really busy inside with almost all seats taken on a late Sunday morning in the middle of a holiday weekend. Nonetheless, the line was moving really quickly and the baristas were making sure that all drinks were coming out quickly for everyone waiting. They also have a variety of bakery items that you can pick up while standing in line, such as bread and cookies. Originally I wanted to go for their London Fog latte, but I decided on their mocha latte instead. It took a while for it to come out but it was worth the wait. This was pretty good; it had that bitter chocolate taste to it and it was also sprinkled with cocoa dust on top. I don't really like anything chocolate flavored anymore, but once in a while I'll enjoy a nice mocha here and there. Broken Coffee was well worth trying out and I'm happy to have a location fairly close to me. I'll have to come back again and try out some of their signature drinks.
Broken Coffee is a welcome addition on this busy corner. When we came it was packed, on a Sunday late afternoon. Love the clean lines and simplicity inside. There is parking here although it can get tight in this location. We thoroughly enjoyed the yuzu refresher and iced maple vanilla latte! So fresh especially since it is hot outside. Great place, super nice employees as well.
Broken Coffee has a new location on Silverado Ranch and Las Vegas Blvd. You'll find them at Silverado Promenade in the former spot of Black Rock Coffee Bar. They're across from South Point Hotel Casino, next to Chevron Gas Station, with plenty of parking around the building. Inside is spacious, bright, and clean with good seating and great background music. Atmosphere is chill and laid back, a great place to study or for remote work. Menu offers a nice selection of latte signature, broken signature, drink special, and hand made desserts. I ordered Broken Cream Orange Latte ($6), very delicious! Latte comes with whole milk and I requested no syrup, orange juice has a light sweetness, espresso is strong, it's a unique blend of orange and coffee, and very appealing! Also had Organic Roasted Matcha Latte ($6) with whole milk, unsweetened, it's strong and smooth, I love it! I tried Broken Cream Matcha Latte as well, and it's good too! This one has a delightful sweetness from the cream, isn't overwhelmingly sweet, and quite enjoyable! Somehow my second drink was made incorrectly and the manager Ryan quickly remedied the discrepancy which is greatly appreciated! I love the attention to detail on the drinks and the staff members are incredibly nice and accommodating. Service is excellent! Ryan and Raymond did a fantastic job making the drinks, they're very kind, courteous, welcoming, attentive, and friendly! Thank you for a pleasant experience!
Back from Europe and I finally made it to Broken Coffee! This Korean-based coffee spot has several locations around Las Vegas, and when I walked in, there was already a long line of patrons waiting to order. Luckily, the line moved quickly and the service was great. After checking out the menu, I went with their signature Broken Coffee Latte espresso topped with a rich blend of cream and milk. My partner ordered the Hazelnut Oat Milk Latte and the Matcha Yuzu Tonic, and both were equally impressive. Needless to say, I've found another coffee shop to add to my favorites list. Great drinks, efficient service, and definitely worth the stop. So glad I finally checked it out!
Coffee is soooooooooo good. The perfect amount of sweetness and jhiezel was so sweet and friendly. The coffee shop is full of amazing vibes!!!!!
I've heard so much hype about Broken Coffee, but the other locations were just a little far from me! When I saw there was a new location in Silverado, I knew I had to check it out. Do not let the long lines deter you. They handled orders quickly and we did not have to wait very long. I ordered the iced vanilla maple latte and a piece of salted bread. My best friend got the toasted matcha. Everything was of the highest quality. I've become quite the coffee snob ever since I started making my own at home, and this one was perfect. I'm also not normally a big matcha fan, but I had a few sips of my friend's and it was 10/10. Lastly, the bread was also amazing -- I was very impressed by the softness and cloud like texture. Overall, I highly recommend checking Broken Coffee out. It's still a bit of a drive for me, but I'll definitely be back!
I'm a big fan of Broken Coffee and their newest location is the biggest one. Lots of seating in a cool setting. There were plenty of people the day that I went with the line almost to the door. My go-to is the Broken Cream Orange Latte and I usually get the salt bread of they have some. I did order those two things and they were a great combo, as usual. I'll definitely be back here when I'm on this side of town.

Love the vibe in here! The focus in this team working behind the scenes to bring you the best sip of your favorite coffee or tea awaits! Nicely priced $6-10 daily drinks and fresh cookies on certain days are the perfect combo. Also--very cute merch sprinkled around the cafe.. T-shirts, bags, hats, coffee for home and more. Very fresh -- must try at the corner or Silverado Ranch just before Las Vegas Blvd. :)

I got the broken matcha and mocha latte and I gotta say it's really good! The matcha has a rich/creamy taste to it, and I like how it balances with the sweetness not too overpowering just right. For the mocha latte tasted sweet and strong from coffee flavor but overall delicious. Also the staff were really sweet, kind and very efficient just the whole environment felt welcoming. Definitely recommend for new drink spot especially since it's nearby read more

It had a really good vibe and general aesthetic to it. It was bustling with plenty of people, and despite that, the atmosphere was calm and casual. The employees were very nice and kept a decent time on when your order would come out despite the amount of customers. As for the coffee, although it was a little more bitter than what I usually get at other places, I think it was a nice and balanced vanilla latte. read more

BROKEN COFFEE in Silverado Ranch is finally here and IMO this cafe is the best one yet (this is their 4th location)!!! It's sooooo pretty and very spacious!!! We are WINNING!!!! Thank you, Broken Coffee, for opening in our neighborhood. We will not disappoint you!!! My usual: Broken Cream Orange Latte, Organic Roasted Matcha Latte, plus Fig Bun, Salted Bun, and now...their Spam Musubi!!!! Breakfast of champions! Hehe! Their merch is simple and perfect. Service is always friendly and patient. Plus, they'll have a drive thru running after soft opening!! There are a couple of large round tables with 5-6 chairs, benches, 4-seater tables, and a few close to outlets. I can see myself working here. I love Broken Coffee!!!! Come and check them out across from South Point Casino....conveniently close to the freeway!!! read more

I'm so damn happy this place just opened a week ago! Been to the spring mountain location last month and fell in love immediately when I first sipped that orange creme latte. It was definitely love at 1st sip! Today I'm trying the strawberry creme (no espresso latte) but added an espresso shot on the side to make my own strawberry creme latte Man, that espresso is strong and I like it that way. And, the drinks aren't heavily sweet at all. The combo with the strawberry and espresso was nice but I think I like the broken cream orange latte better and it's a couple bucks less since the cream strawberry latte does not contain any espresso whatsoever normally and had to add a shot of it separately Service is on point, the guy working there looks just like from a K-drama show and super nice. They ladies are just as sweet The place is such a serene modernly naturalist style that makes u feel like you are in a upscale coffee joint in Asia This place doesn't do seasonal fuffy drinks but they're menu is already superb so I'm happy to come back try another different drink next time They're giving away the cutest stickers with a review but I was already gonna review this place anyways like I did with the other location. This is definitely 1 of my top coffee shops in Vegas read more
Beautiful cafe and excellent location! Lots of seating for meetings, or study or working remote.. definitely will come more often. Staff was friendly and got drinks pretty quick. I tried their broken cream roasted matcha latte and 8/10 (a lot of ice than I'd like but overall taste was good) and the others tried the matcha latte and they enjoyed it. read more
Thank you so much for opening on Silverado! Easily the top choice for Matcha on this side of town. And the best part for those that live on this side of town is not having to all the way down to Summerlin or Chinatown! Love the space and interior! Excellent service. Small parking area in front tho. But this location will have a drive through which is a huge plus. Finally got to try the salt bread. And while it's a bit pricey it is pretty good! They have the best strawberry matcha in Vegas. And their signature cream is top tier read more
Finallyyyy close to Henderson! I honestly was like pondering last weekend while I was at their southwest location when they will open one near Henderson! And now it's here!!! I love this coffee shop! It's my new fav lately. I'd go to Chinatown or southwest just to get this but now I don't! I love thier Matcha, Hojicha, and pastries. When I crave cookies, thier cookies hit the spot! Especially that biscoff cookie! You cannot miss that. The salt bread is also a staple for them! I cannot get enough of that salt bread. Please do one with a caramel filling lol. It would go so well together. Anyhoooo they have a soft opening going on right now. The new location is near south point casino. Pretty spacious! Great study area. Service was quick! So excited to have a Broken location closer to me and this one did not disappoint. The location provides a good amount of open parking regardless of sharing the plaza with other businesses. Inside, I was welcomed by staff and found plenty of seating. They have tables across the wall and in the middle for smaller groups. If you plan on studying, they do have outlets near the tables which is a plus. The overall vibe and aesthetic is what makes me want to come back. Music is tasteful and the setup add cohesion with the other locations. I ordered their Signature Broken Matcha Latte. It was fairly sweet and the matcha flavor was smooth and came through nicely. The foam was slightly overpowering of the matcha and made it overly sweet. Personally, that is just a preference, and I did still enjoy it. Definitely returning, recommending, and once again SO glad that this location has opened. read more
What a beautiful coffee shop on Silverado ranch blvd. This was my first time at the broken yolk coffee shop and I am impressed with the modern aesthetics. It has grey wall with cute seating areas. On top of that, the menu is limited but quality with focus on coffee and matcha selections. They also offer pastries . I ordered the broken yolk coffee with cream and orange juice and the financier. The fanancier is a lil tough tho maybe it was a lil overcooked. However, the coffee is amazing, the broken yolk coffee with orange juice is so good. I highly recommend the coffee for all coffee lover. Also, this is a beautiful place to hang out. :) read more

Broken Cream Coffee was a great experience! The shop is spacious, welcoming, and has a really cool selection of merch, including hats and shirts. My wife ordered the Broken Cream Latte, and she gave it a 5/5. After trying it myself, I completely agree--it was delicious. I ordered the Roasted Matcha, and it was absolutely amazing. It had a rich, smooth flavor and was one of the best matcha drinks I've had. If you're looking for a great coffee shop with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent drinks, I definitely recommend checking out Broken Cream Coffee! read more

This new Silverado Ranch location is a vibe. Straight off from entering the place is huge compared to Fort Apache. Large sitting area and I loved that the furniture is not a "one style" type of furniture. Staff is always welcoming and pleasant. Not once have I entered this establishment and got turned off from the staff. The drinks were always spot on. My favorite is the Broken Coffee Roasted Matcha and my wife loves the Broken Coffee latte and the Maple Vanilla Latte, iced, & with added signature cream. The pastries are always a plus. Their match salt bread is a winner but if you just want regular salt bread they got loads of them. I went there in the afternoon once and they had no pastries available, they sell out quick. So if you are there and debating on getting a pastry, just get it. They also have rewards system for those rainy days. read more

Had to try it out a few times first and I'm happy to share that they're pretty consistent with their lattes! Depending on the time of the day, there could be a line by the door but they're pretty quick and your drinks won't be rushed. There's seating and tables for groups or individuals trying to do work. It's still pretty new and there's still excitement from the hype, so I'd wait it out first if you're looking for a quiet work place lol. There will be a drive-thru soon. They also have some pastries like salted bread and variety of cookies like s'mores and biscoff. The staff did inform me that they usually sell those out by 10am, so come early if you want to try those. read more
Very spacious and clean inside the common area with plenty of seating, making it a great place to hang out or get some work done. The broken matcha latte was nicely balanced but the mocha latte was a bit bland and had too much cocoa powder which did not compliment the drink. The cream foam was absolutely delicious though. Unfortunately they fill ice too the brim so there is very little fluid in the drinks and I was done after just a few sips. The bathrooms are reasonably clean. Staff was nice, though most specialty coffee shops in the valley are more welcoming. read more

My girl is a serial coffee drinker and we love the Broken Coffee in Chinatown so we were really excited when this one opened in the area. The vibe is great, but unfortunately our experience didn't quite match the other locations. The coffee took a while to come out (probably due to how busy it is in the mornings especially and staffing), and it just wasn't as good as what we expected. We ordered the London Fog, but it was missing the signature Earl Grey flavor and mostly tasted like cold milk. The Iced Maple Vanilla Latte also had a bitter taste with a hint of maple that wasn't very enjoyable. We're not sure if the coffee was slightly over-extracted or if it was just an off day. We went a few times just to make sure it wasn't just our picks or the day we came in. We'll probably stick to the Spring Mountain location but I'm sure this place will catch their footing since it is still brand new! read more

Friends recommended I try Broken Coffee, so I decided to see what the buzz was about. The café has a trendy atmosphere with a great vibe, so expect a line during peak hours. The latte itself had good flavor and was served at the right temperature. My biggest surprise, however, was the size. I paid about $7 for a hot latte, and the cup was smaller than my hand, and no, I'm not a giant. It was one of the clearest examples of "shrinkflation" I've experienced. While the coffee was good, it wasn't distinctive enough to justify the price per ounce compared to other local coffee shops. The atmosphere is enjoyable, but many competitors offer a similar experience with larger drinks for the same or lower price. If you're nearby, it's worth trying once. But if you have a quality coffee shop closer to home, I wouldn't go out of my way just for the value proposition. read more
I usually come to Broken Coffee for their Onyx Coffee Shake because it's been consistently delicious, and honestly, Onyx Coffee beans are absolute elite-tier non-local beans in the valley. I've visited every branch except this new one, so of course I had to check out their Silverado Ranch soft opening especially when it's less than three minutes away from me. But Broken Coffee, I owe you an apology. I wasn't really familiar with your game... especially your matcha game. I almost always order the Onyx Shake, and I've been pretty iffy about matcha around here since I find most places a bit mid (sorry, but no one has topped Airoma for me). After trying their Cream Matcha Latte, though, I had to do a double take. It's giving Airoma's Matcha Einspanner, but call it its lovely little sister. Not quite the same, but still genuinely delicious, especially if you're like me and love a thick, creamy top paired with good matcha. If I'm not getting an Onyx Shake, I'm definitely coming back for this. Oddly enough, they also sell Spam musubi for a little over $4. It was such a random but welcome surprise while walking up to the register. Their merch was cute too! I was dangerously close to buying one of their oversized shirts to throw over my Pilates outfit. Service was friendly, helpful, and as prompt as they could be during a soft opening. I noticed the owners and management were also helping out their trainees, which was nice to see. The interior strikes a balance between modern and industrial with plenty of open, spacious seating. The crowd coming in and out was nothing short of baddies, with a handful of people posted up on their laptops for coworking and studying. It's a pretty diverse crowd too. Sadly, I forgot to check the Wi-Fi situation. I'd definitely come back for my usual Onyx Shake, that Cream Matcha Latte, and a study session away from home. read more
