I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Service was awesome (so I thought), guys were really cool and the job got done speedy. However, my phone's screen now doesn't work. Hours after getting the phone fixed, I sent a message to the support email letting them know that my screen was super sensitive (I couldn't put my face on it while making a call because it would press buttons or hang up mid-conversation). I also let them know that the screen had popped up on the top-left corner and I had to push it back into place. Since I was traveling, I was unable to go back the next day (hence...the purpose of fixing the phone). Fast-forward to today, I've sent FOUR emails to the support email and it's been three weeks with no response at all. I went to fix my iPhone screen 2 days ago, gave them my phone, came back after 20 minutes, paid for it and let. When I got home I realized my phone was not responding to my touch and unusable. I went back and they said they would fix it in 20 minutes, maybe 30. I came back, it wasn't done, I kept waiting. Over an hour and a half later, my phone was fixed but still having some touch issues. I called the manager and calmly asked for a partial refund due to the time and issues my phone had. He said I was immature for even asking and implied I was crazy. I said that the timeliness of the fix was not what I was expecting and thought a partial refund was in order, he continued to call me names (despite me never raising my voice) and hung up on me. I had my iPhone screen repaired in early August. Ever since I've had it repaired, the keyboard (whether the original iPhone keyboard, Google keyboard, or any other add ins) freezes during typing. Pretty much any time you have to input space, it locks up. The keyboard will click like it's being pressed but nothing will be input. I have to completely close whichever app I'm in (let's say iMessage, WhatsApp, Messenger, or Safari/Chrome), reopen, and then it'll work for a bit. Service was fast and affordable ($89); however, pay the extra to go to Apple to ensure you have a screen that'll work flawlessly. Note: I have all new iOS updates installed as there was an issue with iOS 11 have unresponsive screens but that's been fixed. read more

The little booth is located right in front of the movie theater. It was only $70 and my phone was SHATTERED, pieces of glass falling off and in my thumb shattered. Definitely go see them if your iPhone glass is cracked. I went to Best Buy and they quoted $250 to fix my cracked screen. I stumbled upon "Broken we can fix it" while visiting the Grove. He fixed my screen in 20 min for my iPhone 8 Plus and it only cost $99. I had put this off for soooo long watching movies and using my phone with a really bad divitt and spidered crack. He was so kind and so smart because he let me know the whole procedure in the sense of resetting the battery and that since my storage was full - the phone might not respond to the touch screen... he said not to worry and wrote out the directions on a card to do a hard reset. Exactly as he said it stopped working the touch screen. I followed the directions on the card he gave me and it worked. He also told me if I clear space on my phone I won't have to worry about the screen freezing up again. That this is normal on older iPhones when storage is full and slows the battery down - fixing the screen could trip this up. But with the directions he gave me ...it is working great and I got a new screen and help for way less time and money by going to them instead of Best Buy - he made it a great experience cus he gave me all the info I needed just in case the screen locked cus my phone is ancient in iPhone time :). They installed new glass on my phone yesterday. After the install, the color was so dark and muted that I had to boost the brightness all the way up just to see my screen. Colors looked terrible! I had to have them take off the new screen and put my broken glass back on so I could take it elsewhere. As the guy was removing it, he tried to upsell me on the 'real glass' that I need for my phone. (That's crazy because I thought the $100 I paid was for the real glass!?) Anyway. Going here for past 4 yrs. Probably spent something to the tune of 1k+ at store, not including referrals from friends. Had LCD screen replaced here yesterday evening. Woke up this AM to a black screen and non-functioning iPhone. 1. When I went back to ask if they could investigate, was told repeatedly I'd dropped it due to a nick (not a scratch or crack) on the edge of the screen protector. A small enough nick on the plastic, mind you, to be caused by a fingernail. 2. Told it was it was not possible it might be related to the ONE thing we all agree on - my screen was replaced several hours earlier. Seems plausible that the cable that connects the LCD to the logic board became dislodged during screen replacement. 3. Offered a "discount" to replace screen (again). Haha. 4. Told they could/would not provide any contact information for manager or the business. Have no idea about the root cause with the phone, but I have a strong idea about the poor business practices and experience. I won't be back. And neither will anyone I know. Start coaching your customer service reps to be more worried about honoring your customers than avoiding honoring your warranties. Whatever the issue, the first statement from a customer service rep should never be "We won't fix that." read more

I recently purchased a screen protector and protective case that coast me almost $80. I was assuming I was getting premium protection for my phone.
