Do not use the kiosk im century city mall, go to apple who does it properly. This guy is a hack and the customer service is useless. They replaced my screen and then by putting my phone in my back pocket to drive it didn't crack or chip but screen came loose and the green bars came up on the sides rendering the phone useless. He insisted i dropped it which I didn't but even so if apple had done the repair this never would've happened. Poor quality workmanship. They offered no remedy other than full Price replacement for what they had juat replaced. Run don't walk to the apple store. Side note they bring you in saying the glass is tempered. That means nothing except that if it breaks it won't shatter. I-phones doesn't shatter either. Scam scam scam. read more

I was hanging out at century city mall when I saw this kiosk and a promise of "20 min iPhone repair." My selfie camera had been pretty blurry for awhile .. combo of dust and me dropping it in water once (!). So I decided to give these guys a try. They were super nice and professional, and got to work right away. It's incredible how they were able to work with the tiny screws ... within 3 minutes my iPhone was disassembled, all pieces carefully placed in an organizer. They then cleaned the camera with air puffs, and then reassembled the whole thing. Under 10 minutes flat and my camera was back to new. It was amazing ... saved me getting a new phone! Been here many times for both cases and phone repair. Never had a problem until now. I recently bought a $25 case and a $15 ring (for the case) for my daughter's iPhone. The employee had to remove something off the back of the case in order to attach the stick-on-ring, which made a small hole...no problem...the ring would cover it anyway... Within a day, the ring fell off. I returned right away and was told they have a very strict NO RETURNS policy, so he tried reattaching the ring with more sticky tape. Lasted a day! I returned again and they still WOULD NOT reimburse me. OK...they gave me a different ring to try. Again, within two days, the second ring fell off. I called to let them know, and ask what the next step would be. I was told there are no returns and nothing else I could do for a $15 ring (and a $25 case). So, they left me with a brand new case--now--with a small hole in the back, and no ring. If you have a NO RETURNS policy, that is fine, BUT when you sell a product that doesn't work to begin with, how can you not take it back? Forget the $15. It's the principle. Stand behind your products! When I told the employee over the phone that I wouldn't be shopping here again, he snidely responded "Thank you for your past business." Nice, huh? read more

Phone broke right after (72 hours) and the guy peeled off and cracked my phone screen shield to see damage so I could get quote and didn't offer to replace screen shield unless I gave him $90 to fix my screen again. I came here to fix my Iphone10 Max with a broken backplate. First off, they were not upfront in explaining how to schedule the repair. Already a bad start. I had to come back 2 times to actually get it fixed. To their credit, they fixed it in under 2 hours... BUT within 2 days, the phone was cracked again! No fault of mine. No drop, impact or other issue. And it was in a tech21 case. I called them hoping they could fix it again but because they called it 'physical damage' they said they couldn't do anything other than charge me again!! What a joke! I wasted $160 on nothing. The best they offered me was $100 for the second fix! And it's clear the break in the repair was THEIR FAULT. I could upgrade to a whole new 12 phone for that price. Steer clear!. read more

I didn't want to write this review but I feel like I wasted my money and didn't get what I was promised. I got my phone screen replaced here and the guy who was working there was very nice, customer service was great, and it was cheaper than at Apple so I left very happy. Unfortunately when I got home I realized that my screen was acting weird and when I press on it some bottoms didn't respond at all or respond with a delay. So it was very annoying to text someone because some letters wouldn't press or to take pictures and press on it 5 times to just take 1 picture. Also my phone screen sometimes looked weird, like the colors were glitching (I have attached the picture below). So I contacted the guy who replaced my screen and he was super nice and told me to come back so he would redo it. So I went there two more times after that and got my screen replaced again and again but it was still not working properly. I feel like for the money I paid I should've gotten a better quality screen. If I knew from the beginning that it would be like this I would've paid a little extra and would have done it at Apple. I contacted the company twice by sending them an email explaining my situation but I never heard back from them so I decided to write this review so that people would know what quality work they are getting. I'm really upset because every day I have to deal with a slow working screen, misspelled messages and other problems because I got my screen replaced at this place. My suggestion would be: pay extra for better quality by getting it done at Apple and DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. read more

I would have given them 0 star if I could. I took my phone to their kiosk and the technician suggested to change the screen to fix the problem with my iPhone. I asked him what if the problem is something else and changing the screen does not help? He responded that their service has a warranty and I can go back to them. After changing the screen, my phone kept restarting every minute. The technician suggested that I take the phone home, fully charge it, and then the problem will be resolved. It didn't, so I went back to them the day after. However, the technician did not accept to refund my money. He said his boss will be mad at him if he does. I argued with him for half an hour and finally returned the screen WITHOUT RECEIVING MY MONEY BACK. My advice: Stay away from these guys, otherwise you end up losing your money without having your iPhone fixed. read more

Started out at the Apple Store, but was early for my appointment. They said I had to wait until my appointment time, also their $30 battery replacement ended and they are now charging $49/battery. So I Yelped and found Broken We Can Fix It! They answered my call right away, was a short walk down from the Apple store (by Zara in the Century City Mall). They said they could do my battery for $35 in 20 minutes flat with a 6 month warranty! Way better than the 1.5 hour wait at apple for $49 and a 3 month warranty.
