As a rec league hooper/softball player, I was miserable and considering retirement. I had never experienced chiropractic care, so I was a bit skeptical but willing to try anything. After the course of about 4 months and maybe 6-8 adjustments (sorry I can't remember exactly) and I have been practically pain free. Now disclaimer: doc is absolutely amazing and emailed me some great stretches that I still routinely do to keep my sciatica away or minimal so managing my pain has been a long term commitment that I am happy to do. Fast forward to 2025, I've since picked up golf which comes with a whole new set of aches/pains and I revisited Chirosport due to some nagging neck and shoulder numbness/pain that I couldn't shake. aAfter a few sessions and I am pain free (well, as much as an active 43 year old can be) and I've now incorporated a monthly visit for wellness care. *Bonus- book a pressure point massage after your adjustment that is offered on site on select days with Mike!
