I've had nothing but positive experiences with this laundry service. I am happy to have them in my neighborhood. I rarely use a dry cleaner, so maybe I don't know exactly how they would compare to their competitors, but I find that they have convenient hours and are prompt and courteous. I've even shown up a couple of minutes after closing (usually 7 p.m.) and the lone employee their has accommodated my tardiness. They've even chased my car when I absent-mindedly left a laundry basket behind. I consider that pretty good service. They've always been good about their turnaround times and have even had my clothes waiting for me earlier than promised (usually 4 p.m. the next day). I'm going to continue to use this place for my laundering and dry-cleaning needs, even though it is in a shopping center that has seen better days. It's in a strip mall on the SE corner of Alma School and Elliott. The shell of a former anchor store (Mervyn's) looms heavily. Several storefronts are empty and unrented. However, it seems that the beauty college, Burger King, and Chinese buffet aren't going anywhere soon. I constantly scratch my head to figure out why this intersection (on at least three of four corners) seems to be so sparsely populated with successful businesses. So far not so good.. I dropped off my king size, oversized comforter for laundry and 5 days later, I was told the laundry cannot locate it. At 10 days later, I was told it is still misplaced (the word lost will not be allowed to be said) and when I stated I will request reimbursement, I was told this is not how it works. If by some miracle they find it today, I will update this review but I can assure the reader, I will not return here. EDIT: Upgraded to 2. Apparently the 'tag' fell off my comforter and since I have been asking since last Thursday (today is Monday) where it is, they finally decided to call the laundry service and research where my comforter might be. The owner said after he gave a description, they found it. Sure. The owner has never seen it and I never gave a description. Just saying. Still no intention of ever going back to this place and only hope I get my 200.00 comforter back in good condition tomorrow as promised. UPDATE: The comforter was found and I have picked it up. ALTHOUGH, when I got it home to put it back on the bed..... IT WAS NOT LAUNDERED!!! Nothing was done. The entire reason I took it to be cleaned is still present on the bedspread. I wish I could give this place negative stars. I dropped off 5 or 6 dresses that I've had dry cleaned numerous times and today came to pick them up. The guy (Tom) brings one of my dresses out that was completely burned and ruined and tries to tell me it is a manufacturer issue. I've had this dress dry cleaned multiple times at different places and have never had an issue. I then ask for the owners info and he refuses to give t to me and says I can take him to court for it. He then refuses to even refund me for the invoice. Anyway I had to call the cops and have him deal with this but STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if you want your clothes to come out the way you brought them in. read more

Couldn't be more pleased with this place! I needed a quick press on a dress for a party. The interior is simple but neat and clean. I was greeted warmly and paid only 3 bucks for a press. The dress was ready with in hours and upon my return again, greeted warmly. Dress was pressed perfectly. I don't often dry clean or take things to be pressed but glad to know there is a reliable and honest place in my neighborhood. read more

They messed up my dress badly. They gave me dress back without even telling me! They would not return my call, or even answer the phone. When confronted, owner said, it was a manufacture defect because the label should have said, "do not dry clean" ! This dress had already been dry cleaned without incident. Worst cleaner ever, they damaged my jacket, valued at aprox. $85.00 usd, back in 01/15/2015, and up to date they have not reimbursed me for it. They have only contacted me twice in all that time and they claim that they can't find any info on the brand or model. And if so, they will only reimburse me a third of the value. Took my tree skirt here. It came back with stiff spots, not clean and full of white feathers that were not on it when I brought it in. I asked for it to be redone, since they had charged me $8.00 to clean it, which I thought was overpriced to start with....I left it there anyway since I was already there, but considering they advertise all items $2.50 should have been wary of the bait and switch and realized they were not ethical. The girl who worked there said she could not give my money back and did not think they would reclean it cause they "almost rejected it in the first place"....this is so not true. When I brought it in she called her manager and asked for a price. I have asked that the manager call me, and it has been a week and I have not heard from her. She allegedly is never in, and the staff can not give out her phone number, so they said I could just call them and they would relay my feelings to her...a lot of good that will do. I want my item back and I want a refund and would have liked it in time to have it back to use for Christmas...Obviously that is not happening either...I would never use this place again!!!!! read more

I would not recommend this cleaner to anyone. I typically put in a weeks worth of laundry and dry cleaning every week. I was a regular customer, and will never go back to this place again. The new girl that works there looks like she was just released from a halfway house. I am concerned that if she cannot even grasp the concept that her job is to go find the laundry and bring it to the customer that she will not make it there or anywhere. I love the price here and the customer service is excellent. The accidently ruined one of my dresses and when I came to pick it up they informed me of the accident and immediately gave me all the information to file a report with them. I received a insurance check within 2 weeks and the owner was very apologetic. read more
