Lol.. however they have a card machine where you get a laundry card and load with money using whatever debit or credit card. Tons of washers and dryers available of various sizes for residential and commercial size use. I was amazed. The place was clean, an attendant on duty. I was able to fill up my water bottles at the water store while my shoes were washing. Felt safe while there also considering some laundromat's tend to have shady characters hanging around in certain neighborhoods.Glad I found the place because i was worried about finding laundry in ahwatukee. It's only a few miles or so away so this is perfect.

The phone was picked up, I heard some fumbling and a "hold on" that was clearly directed at someone else in the shop, and then the call was ended within about three seconds. I never got a chance to say a word. Thinking it might have been an accident, I called right back. That call was declined immediately. I attempted a third call but canceled it myself, figuring there was no point. I understand the end of the day gets busy, but hanging up on a paying customer who is actively trying to be respectful of your time isn't acceptable. A simple "sorry, we're closing in a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Won't be returning.

As a customer and business owner, I realized that dry cleaning prices are not fixed and there are many challenges and complexities within the business. Not all stains will lift and not all materials are susceptible for cleaning. With that said, we all need to take ownership of how we care for the garment and be more well informed and educated of whether the item can be cleaned (i.e., read the labels, can you clean it and if so, dry clean or can it be laundered?) It humors me reading a complaint about buying an antique dress for $50 and being quoted $450 for steaming and spot treating. A place across the street can provide the same service for $15! The context of the review doesn't even make logical sense as I have never heard a place charging $450 to press a dress. Yet, what place across the street can do it for $15 and still both are in business? Don't even get me started on calculating the math on the difference in mark up as the information provided is absurd. Reviews are to help businesses connect with the community and share their thoughts not to slander a business or cause defamation.

Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!
