I sent a few pictures to them and Andrew called me shortly after to talk through details and gave a quote over the phone. I recently moved into a new home and was having issues adjusting the hot water temperature on my tank. I contacted Bronco Water Heaters in the evening and they were able to send a technician out the next morning to take a look at the issue. The technician arrived on time and was extremely professional the entire time he was here. I showed him the location of the water heater, explained the issue I was having, and he promptly began looking at the water heater to diagnose the issue. After inspecting the water heater, he explained the cause of the issue and the parts/labor cost to fix the water heater. The cost was reasonable, and I appreciate the technician's ability to fix the issue and not unnecessarily push me towards replacing the entire unit. He had the parts in his vehicle to fix the issue on the spot and finished the repair work timely. Bronco Water Heaters was fantastic. I called at least 10 companies to get a quote for a relatively small water heater repair job. Bronco got back to me promptly, gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and stayed in contact with me continuously until our appointment a few days later. They even called to let me know they were going to be 15 minutes late. When they did show up, they were extremely careful about keeping our carpet clean (even though I told them we were getting them replaced soon.) The repair was done well from what I can tell and they were nice about letting me ask a bunch of questions. They are polite, courteous, responsive and reasonably priced. They either seemed too busy or irritated to have to take the time to explain the options we had and what different water heaters that would be available. Called and got right in with an appointment for the next day. I was stoked to find someone who actually specialises in water heaters. Mine stopped working that morning and theres no way i was taking a cold shower. They repaired it within 30 mins. Seemed like an easy swap out swap in type of job. These guys were nothing short of great!! I had a lot of questions about my water heater before I moved into my place in Denver. I wanted to make sure that my water heater was working good and there were a few things on the water heater that looked questionable. The technician I talked to was more than willing to help out. He even let me send him some photos so he could look over everything for me and didn't have to charge me for him just coming over. After he looked at my photos he called me back really quickly and said that the things I was concerned about weren't alarming. They were normal. These guys are good technicians and they know what they are doing. When I called, they got me in for an appointment even though it was the weekend. Not only was it easy to schedule out an appointment, but they made sure to be in and out of my place quickly. My water heater works again finally. My hot water went out, smack in the middle of winter ‍ I felt like I was only taking a showers just to stay warm. I figured a repair would take weeks, and tried to think of who I could stay with in the meantime, but they fixed my hot water heater the same day I called in! I explained that we really needed it replaced that day, as we had out of town company coming to stay with us that night. Because it was a Saturday, he said it would be hard to get their supply house open, but he would try anyways for me. He ended up making a special trip and talked them in to letting him in just for us so he could get the water heater and then do the installation that day. I'm not one for reviews, but these guys really out did themselves. Not only did they help repair my hot water heater, but they also helped me with my garbage disposal. During our small talk while their plummer was working, I had mentioned that my garbage disposal had quit working. He said typically he doesn't do that type of work anymore, but would look at it and see if he could help me get it fixed quickly. After he turned on my hot water, he looked at my disposal. Sure enough, he fixed it no problem. He did that part for free since it didn't take any parts or much time at all. Can't say thanks enough to this great company! despite having a really bad day and not having hot water (cold showers are the worst!) these guys helped turn it around. after trying to get someone to my house to fix my water heater I finally found them. it was hard finding people to work on my heater because it's so old but they were willing to do it. I just had to take the risk of it potentially not working but decided to go for it anyways. not only were they able to get my hot water back on and repaired for me but they also checked some other plumbing around the house! thankfully, everything else looked good.
