This Repair shop is crooked! They received money from my insurance company to fix my car and only did surface fixing. The damage was still present inside the car, with the inner car frame, etc. I WOULD NOT TRUST THIS SHOP TO REPAIR YOUR CAR. They will take your money and do half the job. They will only fix what the naked eye can see and not the actual true issue... even though they get paid to fix the full job. Warning!!!! Do Not Use This Company!! The worst experience ever! The owners John and Peter aka Pete are scammers, dishonest and sneaky. My car was wracked in a accident and their two guy picked it up; which wasn't authorized by me. However, by the way I was treated caused me to distrust them, I felt really uncomfortable. Therefore, I had my car removed from their shop. Before they released my car over to my tow company, they stole parts off my car. I confronted Peter about the parts missing from my car. He stated "you just noticed the missing parts." He gave me all sorts of excuses until I showed him proof that he was lying. He proceeds to say to me that "its not that serious, I can just report the missing parts to DMV." All of them in the shop are liars! I had two accidents in two months. Both times, the car came back looking brand new - great body work, fully detailed. The owner sent his tow truck to pick up the car, arranged a loaner & had it dropped off. When the car was ready, they dropped it off & picked up the loaner. I never saw the shop. I never had to. Take 3 mins to read this and save yourself a headache STAY AWAY!!!! Tons of promises and deliver on NONE!!! On a saturday morning geting ready to drive to work, I find my car was side swiped overnight. A tow truck that was parked on the corner comes up to me and says "hey we saw the whole thing, we'll take you to the precinct to get the police report". We go, I get the report. The tow truck driver tells me I cant take it to my shop, we'll waive your deductible and get you a rental. So before going to the shop we stop at some random house to pick up his dad and a buddy. Then we go to the shop, they have me call geico, sign a permission slip to work on my car. Then we go to the rental company abouut 5 mins away. Super nice during that beginning process. Heres when it changes....... about 3 days later I get an email from geico saying the repairs should take 14 days, and they are paying a 12k claim. 14 days go by, and the car isnt ready. Then 21 days go by, still not ready. then 28 days, and when I call they make it seem as if I'm some burden to them. and they assure me dont worry we'll cover your rental after the 30th day. long story short 34 days go by. after day 31 they kept saying "we are buffing the car,or we are lining up the car, or we had to take it to honda to reset the dashboard lights" (there was no airbag deployed, theres nothing to reset) In the end, a 14day repair took them 34 days. I ended up paying half of the additional 4 days for the rental AND $250 from what i was promised was going to be a waived deductible) ANd i told John (the owner) his tow truck driver said my deductible would be waived, his response was "that driver doesnt work for us, he's a 3rd party, I dont know why he would tell you that" STAY AWAY read more

my Jeep Patriot 2009 was in need of a new driver door... a car took off the door while drunk and speeding down the street. I brought the car to Bronx County Collision (was towed there). I was assured they would put on a factory door. The door they put on was pure tin crap... and NOT a factory door. Now one year later the door locks do not work and the alarm does not work. I had called Peter about 2 weeks after the work to complain about the door and was told it is fixed and I should be happy. I would if the door was a solid factory door and not a piece of tin that when you close the door you can even hear the difference of a hollow tin noise. Very poor work. Would not recommend. DON'T GO HERE IF YOU NEED YOUR CAR IN A HURRY. My boyfriend got into car accident on the 10th of June and the tow truck driver promised us that the deductible would be waived and it would be a speedy fix. Mind you the accident wasn't that bad, just a mediocre fender bender. They promised us the car would be done in 2 weeks. 16 days later we called and the car still wasn't ready. 20 days passed no car. July 5th rolls around and they say it has to be detailed and will be done by the next day. We called the next morning and it STILL wasn't done. They said they would call me by 3pm to come to pick up the car.. no call. He had to actually go to the store to figure out what was going on. When he get their the owner along with his desk employees are giving him a hard time making it seem like he was the problem because he kept calling to find out what was going on with HIS car. Then when he's there they tell him that my car was finished. I don't understand why we weren't called to pick up HIS finished car. These people stretch out the time of repair for your car so the insurance company can continue to pay them their storage fee. I will never return here for any work on any of our cars. I DO NOT recommend this shop to any one. read more

I will never take my car here again or recommend it to anybody. Same experience one of the other reviewers had... if I had read this before hand I would not have gone through the headache. I had the same exact experience with being lied to about the deductible. They told me the day of they would help me out but when the time came they only removed half. It also took them 3 weeks n 3 days to give me my car back after I was told it would only take a week by my insurance. They had an attitude anytime i would call about my car. Most of the cost was based on a week's worth of work. In that whole time they did the work in only 2 days. They didn't have to charge me anything. Thank to someone's advice I will be contacting the dmv, federal trade commission and other agency's because I was truly ripped off. What sucks for bronx county is that I am in charge of 30 vans that are in shops regularly and need somewhere to get body work done but it will not be with them. They came to me at the scene of the accident and treated me unfairly. NEVER AGAIN! read more

I said I cant trust them and went somewhere else This is a place to AVOID!... After I went somewhere else the things I couldn't easily see under the car, they didn't do either. It cost me another 1250.00 to do the things they didn't yet they got paid for it.
