Bronze Tan is by far the best tanning salon I've ever been to, and I've been to a lot! The staff is always friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. Their memberships and tanning packages are well-priced and worth what you receive in exchange. Additionally, they almost always have some sort of special going on whether it applies to members or new clients. Their beds are up-to-date and high-end, and their spray booths provide an even and natural looking tan, which I can hardly say about many other tanning salons I've been to. Added bonus: they play great music and you have the option to control the volume of the music if necessarily. Personally, I think this place deserves more than 5 stars! read more

I received a custom spray tan from Jessie this morning. She is such a professional in her technique! I felt very comfortable. Jessie gave me all of the information that I needed to care for my skin after the spray tan. I am extremely happy with the color of the tan. Looks natural. The web-site FAQS are extremely helpful in what to do prior to a spray tan, and what your experience will be once you enter their store. New to St. Louis. Tried this place because of a groupon. This was my first time spray tanning and I was extremely nervous. One of their employees "Ashleigh" took the extra time to explain the entire process to me. She made me feel super comfortable with the experience. I went in for a custom airbrush tan today. I had been trying to get in for a couple of days, but had to keep moving my appointment due to my crazy schedule. They could not have been nicer! I believe Jessie was the employee I spoke to and who did my tan. She was fabulous! I had my son with me, and the owner (and Jessie) were so nice to him. It is really rare to find good customer service anywhere nowadays. Jessie was professional, knowledgable, personable, and friendly! She assured me they would be more than happy to spot correct anything I wasn't happy with. I haven't had that problem, but it made me feel better about taking the plunge on a dark tan. I had a great experience at Bronze Tan. I have never been to a tanning salon before but decided to try the automatic spray tan after seeing their Groupon online. The online booking makes it so easy to book an appointment--I actually had to call and push mine back at the last minute, but the employee on the phone (Amber) was really nice about it and helpful. Everyone was so friendly and took the time to show me around and explain the tanning process to me, which I was really impressed with. Everything looked really well-maintained and clean. I'll never get a spray tan anywhere else! Once you use the Norvel sunless tanning products you'll never go back to mystics or versaspa. I get the Venetian express and it gives me the perfect olive glow without any orange hues, it looks so natural. 100% worth the price! read more

I purchased a Groupon and the owner did not honor it. His employee said while we were waiting 30 min. for him to return said he has done it before, but he wants you to be in the new calendar year. (2 weeks) no,problem I thought, I'll just buy a single spray tan for the price they advertise on the desk. That too, was first time clients. So when you read the fine print on Groupon, which all he did was complain about, it reads one per customer, and SHOULD read first time client only. He tried to say Groupon won't change that verbiage! Don't believe it. Really poor customer service. I'm trying to save others from the agony of going through this. He tried to sell me a monthly package which I had no interest in. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Stay away! read more

Amazing team! I called with a last minute need to help my winter white legs out of desperation. Going to an event in less than 24 hours and my dress, doesn't look good, at all...all you could see were my white legs. I called Bronze Tan and talked with Eric and Katie, they took the time to talk with me and explain everything. Gave me directions for aftercare and even offered 50% off my first spray tan. The experience was perfect! I didn't feel weird since I didn't know what I was doing, Katie was patient and explained everything perfectly. This place is by far my favorite tanning salon. The staff is always welcoming. The beds are new and NICE! Have only gotten tan there never burnt. This trip makes my third trip to Bronze Tan and it certainly won't be my last! I'm naturally very very pale and when I go to the beach with my family every year, I come here to get a natural glow. The airbrush tan is fantastic and totally affordable ! I've had three different technicians and they've all been incredibly kind and component, and not to mention patient - every time I come in with new questions and they're nothing but helpful. My tan is always even and never looks orange. Also, the selection of products that they have to help maintain your tan is great - I have the cleanser and moisturizer and they've helped me keep up my tan throughout my 10-day long beach vacation! The facilities are new and clean, and the technicians work with you to make sure you get exactly the tan you envisioned. I was in town for a wedding and really needed a little color. After checking reviews, I decided to try it out. The spray tan I received was a great color (not orange at ALL) and was really evenly applied. I'm on day 5 and it hasn't rubbed off (except a tiny bit where I wore closed toed shoes).
