I have come here a handful of times for a spray tan and twice now for sugaring - I have the sugaring membership. The tan: I really love their tanning formula. I'm not sure what it is about this place, but it's super dark but still looks incredibly natural. The sugaring: really love sugaring in comparison to waxing. My skin feels a lot healthier after, the process doesn't seem as rough, it's fairly quick and definitely worth it. I didn't notice growth for a REALLY long time. I've only sugared with Raychell and I would definitely recommend her! She's great to talk to which makes the appointment fly by (important when you're in a little bit of pain) and always does a great job. Had an awesome experience with the organic rapid tan. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Very efficient process. I was told that the tan would last 7-10 days, it lasted right at 7 for me. I was always left with random hairs. It's like they don't actually take the time to make sure you're actually "bare" and they take about 10 min for the whole service. Whenever I would call the front desk for any questions they honestly all sound like it's their first day working and have no clue what they're talking about. I had to come to come here after my friend told me where she got her perfect tan. Lauryn gave me my first airbrush tan and I loved it! I didn't know what to expect at first since I've only tanned in beds but I ended with a beautiful golden bronze color! The staff here is great and friendly, they even offered us peach bellinis the moment we walked in :D. Lauryn explained how the airbrush tan works and gave us after-care instructions (moisturizing everyday made mine last an entire week). This is my new go to spot for the summer! read more

My daughters experience at Bronzed Bunny was not a good one. She is 14 and tanning is not the most comfortable experience for a young teen. She is a ballet dancer and needed the tan for a competition. Once undressed she had to move to another room due to power issues. It is a chilly day and she had no heat when being tanned because the heaters are broken. Then she had to stand in front of a freezing fan to dry. We had to return to the salon because she had big globs of tanner on one arm. They removed the tan and resprayed her and she has two circles on her left arm. I should have been offered a big discount for all of this. Not happy. Update after she rinsed off the rapid tan her hands were orange, especially around her thumbs. read more

I'm getting married in September and thought I would try out a spray tan now to see if I liked it before my big day. I was super nervous coming in but the front office staff, Cheyenne, was so nice it put me immediately at ease. The lobby/waiting area is cutely decorated you don't mind waiting if you have to. They also offer you a glass of champagne which helps with nerves. When it was time of my spray tan I was super happy Cheyenne would be the one helping me. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole experience and the results were impeccable! I even ended up signing up for membership and coming in to get sugared! Two weeks ago I visited bronzed bunny. Tan was uneven and hands wrists, knuckles and knees were orange. Sloppy work. She didn't seem to care. I could have done it better out of a bottle. Well they don't answer the phone and literally took a few hours for a call back. Which they did hence the three stars. Since it took so long to call back I called sugared + bronzed on PCH in Newport Beach. They answered my call right away and had me scheduled in no time. I know Bronzed bunny has an online scheduling system but the scheduling system does not answer ones questions. When you're a new client you want to feel comfortable with the services and it's a shame because they have so many great sounding services and so excited to try many of them and perhaps find a go to beauty parlor. I stopped in just for some information about services offered (really just about sugaring). I have never been waxed and or sugared so needless to say I was apprehensive. However, the front desk associate (Cheyenne) was super informative and helpful. Not only did she reassure me that sugaring was more natural than waxing (better for the skin) but she also informed me about the products they sell to help ease any pain from a sugaring session. I would give less than 1 star. I came here with high hopes, this would be my second time coming here. I had such a great experience the first time I've recommended multiple friends. I scheduled a spray tan tonight prebooked a week in advance. I got a text today from someone asking if I could come in earlier, I said I would try but I wasn't sure if I could leave my work early to make it. I got here at my scheduled appointment, drove 45 minutes to get here, rearranged my night only to find out that whoever was closing here decided to leave 30 minutes early. I'm honestly so upset and appalled at the customer service. I confirmed I was coming, if whoever was working there wanted to leave early instead of just sneaking out early, a courtesy call would have been nice so I could have coordinated with a more professional tanning salon. I leave for a trip tomorrow and wanted a spray tan for my anniversary. Now, it's too late to go anywhere else. Do not put your faith in bronzed bunny, when appointments booked clearly mean nothing and the staff member that was scheduled on Friday night would rather leave work early, which by the way should be fired for losing a long term customer. read more

By far the best experience I've had getting a spray tan. I got the pleasure of getting sprayed by Corey and she was absolutely amazing! She made me feel comfortable and was informative throughout our session. She even used a blow dryer on me the entire time so I didn't get cold from the spray solution and dried super quick. We both know I haven't sent a text or email to ANY of your employees since I sent an apology and a request for your manager to be honest about what actually happened several weeks ago. As far as your response.. It's was mean spirited and full of accusations as well as excuses as to why it was ok for Whitney to treat me the way she did. It is NEVER acceptable to be rude and humiliate your client regardless of the situation. There were no other people around except Erica and Whitney and the five year old that was sitting behind the desk and there was no one at the adjacent business you are referring to as the door was closed. YOU WERE NOT THERE so you don't know what happened. You are going on information provided by employees trying to cover their asses. Then again if you need a five year old to add credibility to your story that says a lot about you and your judgement. I have NO reason to lie.. I blatantly told the truth and accepted my behavior as rude in my review which I apologized for but I will not accept any excuses for the way Whitney treated me and I didn't trash your business. As for your accusations about me being '86'd' from 2 Pilates studios.. If it makes you feel better to deflect the situation by being dishonest and trying to make me look bad that again says a lot about your character so I won't dignify that with a response as we both know it's not true but something your manager contrived into another lie. I simply wanted the truth about how you treat clients to be posted and I was completely honest. I even stated that the quality of your tanning services are the best in the OC. You stand behind your employees because they are your friends and you party and vacation with them on a regular basis. Her perception, my perception and the actual situation minus the emotions. If I had been a problem for so long then why did your manager text me out of the blue in a PANIC and ask me for a good review because she had just received a bad one? I have the text to prove it.. Oh and then on top of it ask me to post several more so my review was credible. We both made mistakes in how the situation unfolded and I admit that..but instead of taking responsibility for her mistakes like I did your manager lied to you about it. As far as the "witnesses" they work for you so that's obvious that the blame would be placed entirely on me. I told the truth about my experience without disparaging the quality of your services, but reading recent reviews I'm not the only one who was treated poorly by your staff. The way I see it is that your manager was so busy with her own agenda of getting her lashes done and she had also been tanned so I'm assuming she was getting ready for her weekend..that she was inconvenienced by being on time for her paying client and when I told her I was upset she lost her temper. Either way it was unprofessional and she knew you'd believe her over me so she lied about it. If you don't think your other employees are going to back her up then you live in a fantasy world.. They want to keep their jobs so you figure it out. How sad that you have to attack your clients for telling the truth.. And as for asking me not to patronize your business.. Went here to get my first spray tan ever and was SUPER nervous. I'm really, really pale and have never been able to tan -- I burn the second I step outside, so I have to be really careful. I wanted to see what I would look like with a tan, but was always nervous about the idea of looking orange. Bronzed Bunny was awesome, and I am definitely NOT orange haha. It was really laid back and the woman working was friendly and professional. She explained the process to me and advised that I get the lightest color to test it out. This place is seriously the best! I went in for an airbrush for the first time about a week ago. Kasha did an amazing job and I couldn't be any happier! I was a bridesmaid for my friend's wedding and Kasha gave me the perfect natural glow. I'm naturally tan so it's easy for people to go overboard. I'm pretty particular when it comes to tanning since I used to work in the tanning industry, but Kasha did a flawless job! This place totally exceeded my expectations. I never experienced and spotting or blotches with my spray tan and still see it showing after a week of it being on even with multiple showers. I was never too brown or orange. I read all the Yelp reviews before I even scheduled an appointment (I'm pretty picky) and my expectations were still exceeded when I went in. There is lots of parking and it was pretty easy for me to find, but I can see how you might find it difficult if you aren't familiar with the area. Just keep in mind it's up the stairs on the left. Don't forget to step on the good luck step : ) Walked in and was offered a bellini right away (so awesome and definitely puts you at ease) and then looked around the boutique while Ryan set up. I wanted to buy everything in there but somehow resisted. Tons of cute rings, earrings and bathing suits though. Ryan was AMAZING! I got the Bare Naked (Brazilian) sugaring and was kind of nervous after my last traumatizing experience at getting a wax 1+ years ago at a different place. I have to say the sugaring is way less painful than waxing, or maybe it was just that Ryan was that good. She talked the whole time, was super funny and a perfectionist which is awesome. Got my brows done by Brittany she was kind and professional, she did a fantastic job. I will be coming back to her. 5 stars for Brittany! Do not get a tan from Micaela. Right off the bat she didn't introduce herself, she didn't even know what service i made an appointment for. I let all that go immediately, got sprayed by her with no heater on it was freezing she didn't buff anything in on spots that needed to be blended, she rushed the tan and quickly left giving no post instructions. Mind you, I also told her prior to treatment that i had a very big event that i was speaking at. I got the rapid tan it was my first time i washed off after 2 hrs, the next morning i saw that my tan didn't go well, my finger creases and wrists didn't get sprayed at all and my neck and face was completely splotchy as well as my feet chest and arms basicly my entire body and i also looked orangey. i calmly stopped by bronze bunny to ask what their suggestions were to blend in the other areas. Guess who helped me Micaela again she was immediately rude asked for my name when i walked in, i told her she had sprayed me the pervious night and i need help or suggestions with a few areas that are not blended and sprayed. she was immediately unapologetic dismissive and unprofessional. she told me i should go home and exfoliate or buy this body mouse 20% off since " I was unhappy" I said thank you for advice I will go home and exfoliate. i came back after i exfoliated because the tan didn't improve. i came in to express my concern about having to be in a huge event and before i could finish Micaela cut me off and kept asking for my number with a tone over and over.. instead of hearing me out and giving me options she was just going to respray me! she made an appointment for 30 mins told me to go home and change. i felt worried it might look worse and i expressed that so she went and got her manager i did not ask to speak with her i thought it was strange. Then the manager was kind and provided options like to respray only missing parts instead of respraying my whole body again she told me to think about it and to call to let them know what i decided. i decided to only spray missing parts i was worried about looking orange. the manager explained to me that sometimes the rapid can look orangey for certain skin tones totally understand. i got sprayed in the missing spots by the assistant manager she was very kind, but my tan still didn't look blended. so i just had to do my event looking like that. this happened a week ago and i've debated writing a review but i could not stand the mistreatment by Micaela , set this all aside i still love bronze bunny and will go again but will never again make an appointment with Micaela. read more
