This was the absolute worst tanning place I have been to in all of my life I am so disappointed- I booked an appointment to get a spray tan at the Costa Mesa Newport location right away I got a text message the day of my appointment by someone asking if I could come in two hours earlier than I was planning- I said yes I am moving my schedule around and when I got there every single girl didn't even acknowledge me when I entered. they were so rude and every single girl was on her phone or either talking to each other I waited for five minutes until somebody took me in the back to spray me- Does spray was completely uneven and while I was standing there drying off one of the girls was pounding on the door asking me to hurry up!!!!!! Like are you joking me? I'm a paying customer and I'm getting rushed out of a salon in Newport Beach!?? The next day the manager texted me and asked me how my treatment went I sent her a picture of that ugly orange disgusting streaky spray tan and I told her how all the girls were snotty and rude to me all she did was say I please come in and I'll re-spray you !! And then when I went into the salon they said they didn't have an appointment booked for me absolute chaos this was the worst customer service and spray tan and business I have ever seen I was super disappointed because the bronze bunny and Sherman Oaks was a lot nicer and a lot cleaner I don't know if it's the same owner but if you can avoid this location I definitely recommend it If I'm paying over $100 to have a spray tan I'm not paying $100 to look like a six-year-old kid sprayed me with orange dye and I look like a tiger with streaks all over me. Loving my summer glow spray tan from STEPHANIE! Literally makes me feel 100xs better when I'm at the salon all day working in front of a mirror. I stay out of the sun for the most part to keep my skin healthy but I just need the tan! You have to go see Stephanie. She is so sweet and personable and has great customer service. No snotty attitude from her, just an awesome spirit about her that makes you feel so comfortable when you are dressing down to the nude! Lol this is my second time at bronzed bunny for a spray tan, first time was a couple years back before stagecoach. I'm Hawaiian and naturally have a darker skin tone, but ladies we all know what it's like to have uneven skin tone. ( my biggest peeve ) So alas I find myself here again for the natural, healthy glow. I've had spray tans from a few other places and they have been, orange, streaky, and have even missed spots on my body. So I was very impressed by how Stephanie was so thorough on her spraying. Took no more than 15-20 minutes for me to get undressed, sprayed and dried. I waited longer than 8 hours to shower... I hope that allowed the bronzer to set in more. Yayyy! I came here about 4 weeks ago for a test spray tan as it was my first time. I did the medium-light because I am pretty fair and the color lasted about 2.5 weeks. It was a little streaky under my arms but it could've been sweat (who knows...but the spray was light so it really wasn't noticeable). I have an event this weekend so I came in tonight for my 2nd spray tan. I was recommended Vanessa by a close friend and I thought she was great! Very thorough and attentive. She helped me through the scale of shades and I went with the medium-dark. I came home and I feel my spray tan is very even and exactly the color I wanted. Overall the salon is very clean. They have a little section with cute accessories and clothing for purchase. The staff is nice and they offer you drinks. I would definitely recommend giving it a try if you haven't. I went for the dark shade and although I looked like Tan Mom when I left, the next morning, post-shower, I looked like a golden goddess! I'd give zero stars if I could let me start by saying go elsewhere I didn't think it was fair to post a review without having another business to compare as I was a first timer here and had only gotten one spray tan once in my life years ago and it was amazing but I really couldn't remember details so upon my visit I waited in the lobby nobody was there to greet me finally a girl came out she said you here for a spray tan I said yes she put me in a room said put these on your feet don't touch the wall I'll be back there was so much tanner everywhere but you can't really tell I slipped I had to touch the wall or I would have cracked my head open when she came in I showed her I had tanner all over my hands and feet from falling she just handed me a wipe the aftermath of the fall left me with horrible coloring so she sprayed me didn't ask me anything about my color didn't offer me a hair net then she said dry yourself and handed me a blow dryer and walked out when I came out I asked if they had packages she didn't know she asked another girl she said we do but don't do it online bcuz the website sucks we have so many problems I believed that to be true bcuz I couldn't book my appointment I had to call I tried 3 days in a row I was offered no information at all before or after I did tell the girl it was my first time I got an organic rapid tan I showered after 3 hours once my tan came in it was a disaster it was july4 and my bday I was completely embarrassed as to what my tan looked like I provided pics to the manager she said she'd refund me I went round and round with her about this she lied the first time and said I will refund you it will take 3-5 business days and I'll spray tan you myself I ever received the refund after 2 weeks I kept emailing her she did not believe me I then asked for the owners email the owner never replied finally after weeks of no refund I went in to meet with the manager to get sprayed when I walked in she said dryly you want something to drink she named a few beverages she said come on back I had to say are you the manager I've been speaking to she said yes she didn't even introduce herself or apologize she again said well I refunded you I went as far as to show her my bank statement electronically to prove it she's like well I can cut you a check bottom line the communication and experience I had with the operations manager was horrendous and now i clearly see why the employee I came in contact with is the way she is it's a check to them they don't care she said I'm going to have a talk with my whole I know she never talked to anyone bcuz the girl that sprayed me was there and she said I remember you how was it I'm like I didn't have a very pleasant experience she was oblivious another lie I have nothing but negative things to say about this place nobody here is professional or cares I had streaks drips color blotches missed spots it was like I was someone's Guinea pig I can suggest an amazing experience at Sunless Rae in BREA on yelp or organic beach spray tans you can find on instagram these are both professional women who love and care about their business and customers and your color is beautifully sprayed on read more

The little things like good customer service, a drink to calm the nerves & cute decor really make a difference to me. It felt like more of a spa vibe& gave off a really good impression. This is the only place I will ever go for a spray tan and I drive past a ton of other places to get here. They are so sweet and make me feel really comfortable standing there naked in front of them. I am still recovering from how cold it was in the store. I walked in and the staff were in parkas!! I commented and thought maybe I would leave but, I had a wedding in Cabo this week and did not want to go pasty white. Standing naked in a freezing room then getting sprayed with a cold product was torture. I was literally shaking. I will not return unless they put on the heater! I went here for my first time about a week ago. I had never been waxed or sugars so honestly i thought i could handle it but omg is it painful. Luckily i was with Katelyn whom made me feel very comfortable. I went in planning to get rid of all my hair down there... but i could only do the bikini line area basically haha. Katelyn recommended buying the numbing spray so i did. I have a lot of tattoos and I'm familiar with numbing spray so i knew it would work. Flash forward a few days later.. i came back. I scheduled another appointment with Katelyn and I'm so glad i did. I followed her instructions and put the numbing spray on about 15-20 mins before my appointment and then again when i arrived. This time i was able to go full bare and finish. It wasn't the easiest but the numbing spray helped a good amount. Honestly, Katelyn helped me a lot too. She's soooo sweet! I can't imagine going to anyone else now. She made me feel comfortable, encouraged me to keep going and not quit! But she was also respectful of my needs if i needed to take a break. I screamed a little but then i would laugh and she would laugh too which made me feel really comfortable. She was also talkative which helped keep my mind off of the pain. I already scheduled a follow up session for February and I'm so excited to go back! I feel so soft!! It's a lot different than shaving and i truly love it. I'm not one for body hair on myself so this was a great decision. I'm even considering getting my armpits done next because i hate razor burn and that is no longer an issue thanks to bronzed bunny!! I went to Bronzed Bunny today for the first time...and it was also my first time getting a spray tan. Finally growing up! I walked in and instantly wanted to stay forever because it's absolutely beautiful and charming inside. Really chic, modern decor. It's so inviting. Upon arrival, the front desk (Steph and Cheyenne are so friendly and match the interior space so well, sophisticated and professional) will check you in and ask if you want water or a Bellini...yes please! Once that very important part is taken care of, they walk you over to the spray room. The room itself is also super chic and sexy. A+ for decor. They have you change out of your clothes (you can wear underwear or go nude) and then come back in and get to spraying! The spray takes about 2-3 minutes...it's pretty quick and easy! Then you'll dry off in front of a fan for a few minutes and then voila! you're done! They'll then explain the rinsing process and how long the tan will take to develop depending on which type you got. Truly a very easy and enjoyable process and I cannot wait to come back for more tans and other treatments (they do tanning, sugaring, and other body treatments like scrubs, so fun)! read more

I've been coming to bronzed bunny every time I need a tan and have always had a great experience. Recently, my friend Caylie and I both came in last week at closing for our spray tan appointments. This was her first time here so I reassured her because I've only had great experiences. We both had 8:45pm appointments, but felt we were rushed during the whole tanning process. My friend left with streaks all over her body which she was told by the employee it was totally fine and will dry normal. I didn't question it because I've only had good experiences here. Next morning we both shower, and the tan is almost completely gone. We got the dark tan and slept 8+ hours with it on and rinsed with only water, yet it looked like it was the light shade. Didn't think much as we were leaving on a trip, but the next day it looked like our tan was completely splotchy and uneven. We both exfoliated prior and followed all directions, so we were shocked to notice it look super patchy and faded the next day. We both use tanning mouse regularly, so we were shocked as this has never happened to us before. Super disappointed in this experience. read more

While my love affair with The Bunny started bc of a spray-tan, I stayed for the sugaring and BB Sculpt! I have never had a bad tan here, I have yet to try their newest formula (supposed to smell amazing), but I have no doubt it's next level. I've read some people complaining that they were cold...I mean...you're naked and being sprayed with a very fine mist... I've had a different girl spray me every time and each one is as friendly and professional as the last. Ok, now on to my faves! Sugaring keeps me coming in every month! Is it pain free? You are ripping hair out of your body, so no...but it is NOTHING like waxing! And it is true what they say - it gets better and easier each time you go. Sarah and Dominque are my faves! Very detailed and quick! No one wants sugaring to last forever, but you also wasn't to get what you paid for - and they know how to do it!! BB-Sculpt! OMG!! This is aaaaamazing! I've always been a smaller woman, but getting back to my pre-baby weight, my body just wasn't the same. I wasn't sure if something like this would work for me, but gave it a shot anyway....and I LOVED the results! Smoother legs, smaller tummy! Kim is an absolute miracle worker (although I'm sure all the other girls are great, I just can't go to anyone else now!) and so fun to chat with during the procedure. I'm not gonna lie, this one can get cold and uncomfortable, but it's 1000% worth it! This place is lovely! I chose to have my Mother's Day present here instead of a traditional spa bc it's fun, relaxing, and the stuff you get done here shows instant results!! Heads up, I could see how some people could get a little intimidated by this place at first...after all, it is run by some of the sweetest bad betch beauties in town...but don't be!!
