Paid for a $6 car wash and that's exactly what I got. The wash included tire shine but don't know if I actually got them shined. For that reason they got 2 stars. Lieing to customers is the worst thing you could do as a business. I live 5 minutes from the car wash and probably won't go there. Will be my last place on my list to go for a wash. read more

My wife and youngest daughter have been going here frequently over the past two years. I've been a few times and have been satisfied. Today I took our old Suburban for a wash in preparation for pictures to sell it. The wash missed a stripe down the center of the vehicle, from the hood, up the windshield, and along the top - completely filthy. I parked and went to the office, a boy came out and looked, and then said "Unfortunately we don't allow rewashes with the $6.00 wash." I told him "Unfortunately I won't be back again". 0 stars! I went through this car was and it scratched up my new car! The car wash shut down when my car entered the soap/brush area. Two min. later, the tire rollers turned on and was pulling my car in with nothing running. When the brushes finally started spinning, there was no soap or water! Scratched my car all over the hood and sides! A few deep scratches and many, many, superficial scratches all around the car! I waited 3 days to speak with General Manager Frank Sartori. He said, he reviewed the video tape and the car wash couldn't have scratched my car. He also said my car was scratched up BEFORE entering the wash. Then offered me a $50 gift card for free wash's! Unbelievable! Even with proof on the video they still lied and denied any liability. And I'm out a few hundred dollars for repair! This was an unbelievable, surreal experience. My family and I will never patronize this place again. By the way they treat customers, they don't deserve your business either! DO NOT use this wash if you value your car!! read more

Never went here until they install the automated car wash. It does a very good job (misses a few spots like all automatic ones do, but still, very good) and is affordable considering it's about the same as a gas station wash, but does a much better job. I read someone's review about doing the monthly deal during the winter - nice idea, I may try that this winter. There are a lot of free vacuums and they work very well - a really nice added bonus. read more

Saw that nobody has done a review in quite some time. This place used to be great when it was renovated a few years back, but lately it is terrible. It was a brand new carwash, but they have done absolutely nothing to maintain it in the past 2 or 3 years. The dryers don't dry, they don't use enough water to rinse the car, and the scrubbers are filthy. But for 3 dollars thats what you would expect, right. with all the money they make(the place is always slammed), you would think they would invest a little back into the business. read more

Nice place to come for an exterior was. The problem is if your looking for an entire car wash there's no interior cleaning unless you want to do it yourself. There are vacumes available after your wash. read more

The location is incredibly convenient, so much so that there tends to be a traffic jam at the entrance because of the great prices. I got a coupon in the mail for a free top of the line wash a long time ago and decided a spring cleaning was in order. When I pulled in they had bays with free vacuums, these bad boys had serious suction power, there was no jenky clogged vacuums here. Another part of those that I liked is there is one overhead for each side of the car. After my interior was vacuumed I queued up for my turn through the main wash. I typed in my code, it worked flawlessly. Bing bang boom about 4 minutes later I was done. Clean car ready for the first day of spring! The drying leaves a bit to be desired as I had some soapy residue on the car. Luckily they had a great open area at the end, I was able to pull out of the way and do the detailing wipe down with a towel I had in the back. Leaving the parking lot was a bit difficult because of the direction I was heading but that's not their fault. My wash was $12 if I had paid and their cheapest base wash is $3 Protip: they have monthly washing plans if you're as obsessed with a clean vehicle as I am! read more

I have going here for the auto wash for several years and the wash has always been satisfactory. But the last couple of months the quality of the wash has been subpar. Today I went for the $6 wash and it was terrible. Bad enough that I went inside the building and asked the employee to look at the front end of my minivan to show him the dirt it had missed. He looked at it and said that their brushes can't get there to get the dirt off and sarcastically said " did I expect the brushes to bend to hit that surface". Well apparently the brushes were able "to bend" to clean that area before. He offered no apology or anything to remedy the problem. Will never go back. It's not really a car wash if it doesn't wash your car properly. read more

The Brookfield Express Car Wash recently reopened after a several month renovation and it is wonderful! The cheapest wash is only $3 and they go up to $12. The wash itself is now at least twice as long as before and vacuums are always free. The staff is always friendly and my car is always clean. read more

Originally, I had given this place 4 stars. I have not downgraded it to 2 stars. I think it is a great deal, but last time I went my car must not have been situated correctly and my valve stem was ripped off my front right tire. The teenager wearing headphones waving me through the car wash didn't offer much help aligning the car. My flat only appeared as I was in the middle of Ogden. My 10 dollar car wash ended up costing me 65 dollars to repair the valve stem. I haven't been back there since, and most likely won't return. read more

I've been going here ever since the reopened, and honestly, really liked it until today. The day of their Grand Opening I bought the so called Unlimited Pass. 29.95 per month. While one would assume Unlimited would mean well, Unlimited, I found out that is not so. The wash I received today was subpar, so I brought my car back around to get a re-wash and take advantage of my unlimited wash privilege. The owner came out after the machine had told me that I already had my car washed today, and refused to let me through again. I explained that I had the unlimited wash package. This is laughable, he said that the unlimited wash package is limited to once a day, but unlimited during the month. (I know, that makes no sense). So in reality, unlimited really means 365 washes for the year, and not truly unlimited in the sense of the word. Looks like I will be cancelling the 29.95 not so unlimited wash package. read more

I would not recommend this place. I took my car recently. My vehicle was real dirty. I took it through the machine and it did not clean it properly. My hood looked like it wasn't even touched, bumper was also very dirty. After inspecting my vehicle I realized it had two large scratches on my hatch and bumper. I took my vehicle back to the car wash and I advised them that my car had two big scratches. The attendant reviewed the video and we confirmed that my vehicle did not have these scratches prior to me going through the car wash. I filed a report with the attendant and he advised me that the owner would contact me. After waiting for a few hours the owner calls to tell me that he reviewed the video and that the scratches were there prior to me going through the car wash. This man lied straight in my face. I explained to him that we have it on video and that those scratches were not on my vehicle. I advised him I was going to file a police report and he hung up on me. I'm also going to report this to the better business bureau. I drive a BMW and scratches or dings in my car are very expensive to fix. Needless to say, I was very disappointed with the service and how they treated me. If you drive an expensive luxury vehicle - DO NOT COME HERE!!! The machine will damage your vehicle. read more

Only place I used to go for the last year or so, then just last week they scratched up the clearcoating on my car REALLY BAD on the back section. Now it looks like someone ran a scouring pad all over the back of my car. If you go home and wax it yourself, I guess it doesn't matter. But otherwise, beware. Scratches are forever. read more

I took my chevy suburban thru there today, bought the most expencive wash, it left residue all over my truck!!! i took it home since all the pull over areas were full and when i got out OMG!!! my hood was totaly scratched and ruined! I had HUGE scratches 12 inch by 12 inch where the brushes rolled over the hood too long! I took it back and talked to the manager who said " oh no thats not from us its from some kind of box!!!" refused to do anything about it!!!! NEVER GO THERE!!!!!! they damage your car big time!!!!! so not worth the 12 bucks now its going to cost me over 500 in damages!!!!!! read more

After showing the damage to my car to the powers at be at the car wash, they paid for the damage to be taken care of at a local body shop. The damage was fixed but it took several days out of my schedule. I would've never expected so much work to be done because of a simple car wash. read more

Don't bother. My SUV never gets very clean, especially the back right bumper. They told me the equipment is calibrated for smaller cars, not SUV's so it will never get it done completely right! Why don't they tell you that before you pay your money. I'll stick to DIY. read more

Took car in for a wash and after we got out my wife noticed scratches on the passenger side front and rear doors. I brought this to the attention of the manager and he told me it was normal wear and tear and that his insurance would laugh if he submitted a claim for such minor scratches as compared to other scratch damages his car wash recently did to another car! My car is five months old and it is parked in my garage and away from other cars in a parking lot. I am extremely upset and am thinking about suing this place in small claims court. This was my favorite car wash and now I will never return. Beware of this car wash if you go through the automatic wash. The spinning side cleaners are not cloth like the top cleaners and if a rock gets in there from a prior car (as the manager made an excuse) then your car will be scratched on one if not both sides. You're better off at a touchless car wash or do it yourself. read more
