Easy five stars for their amazing pizza, wings, and cocktails. This has been my go to pizza spot for while now. I have not found a better place For pizza. At most places I never eat the crust. At this place I eat the whole pie. Oh and there's also a cool music venue upstairs. Come here for dinner then upstairs to see some cools bands. Although the staff was nice, our waitress did forget my drink - diet coke - and not once did she come to our table to see if we needed anything. The food was top notch, though. My wife and I got the dinner for two meal which included a salad, pizza, and wine. We had the pep pizza with fresh basil, and ricotta. The pizza is perfect for two people to share, it's just the right serving size. The pizza isn't new york style, more neopolitan, but great nevertheless. We got the ceaser salad which was one of the highlights. The dressing they mixed the greens with was amazing ; second bear salad I ever had. The buffalo sauce wings were fried and perfectly sauced. We also ordered the garlic fries which I enjoyed. The fries had the right amount of garlic and some lemon zest to them. We got there at 6:15 and were able to choose our seats. It wasn't overly loud not too quiet. Perfect for a date night or to watch a game as they have multiple TV's to watch. I went on a Sunday around 3:30pm! Found parking in the front! It was meant to be! I went with a friend we both ordered an Aguas and both were refreshing the mix of flavors was great! We both got a slice of pizza which was just ideal! It was fresh and well made! We shared the Caesar Salad and I want to say assume they make their ranchero cheese in house because it was so fresh and delicious ! We shared the chorizo papas which was delectable and filling. I ordered the 3 mole wings which were perfectly crispy and coated with an amazing sauce. I can only imagine how good it tastes on a pizza! 5 Stars ! This restaurant is a must. From the minute you walk in the vibes are just modern, cozy and welcoming. The staff are great, fast and always on it. Our drinks kept coming and our food came out fresh and fast. Now, I highly recommend trying the Hot Cheetos wings with the drizzle of nacho cheese. I know, weird right?! But THEE best wings I have ever had. They are soo flavorful. The pizza is on a whole other level...the sausage has a distinctly great flavor. The sauce is amazing. It's wood-fired pizza. Let the pictures speak for themselves is what I shall say. This place is phenomenal. 10/10 pizza and surprisingly the wings were just as great. The pizza was light and airy with a little crunch. Not too oily. The sauce is what makes it. It's sweet and not too acidic. The crust. The crust is soft and chewy. The crispy burnt bubbles on the pizza actually enhance the flavor. The wings were huge. So flavorful. The service was quick. Waited about 15 mins to take out. The seating itself was plentiful and it was a nice relaxing space. The only downside is the parking. Price wise it wasn't too bad. Wish I could get a pizza bigger than the 12 inches but honestly those are minuscule compared to the overall experience. I will be back. Terrible gluten free pizza. Ordered it to go via delivery. I was so disappointed opening the box. There was no safety sticker or seal on the pizza box. But the quality of the pizza, ingredients and presentation was terrible. I couldn't even eat more than 1 slice. The ingredients were just dropped on the pizza in globs , there was no mixed flavors or anything how a pizza would be. I think the pepperonis were added after the pizza cooked because the had no flavor. Very disappointed and waste of money, and I had high hopes. read more

This place is known to have New York style sourdough pizza and let me tell you it hits the right spots. If you're looking for a pizza that's different and has that char feel to it this is the spot to go. I came in with my friends and we split 2 pizzas between each other (4 ppl) and the price was not that bad. The options here are super diverse ranging from a Mole pizza to a classic pepperoni it really gets you into trying new things. Brooklyn Avenue Pizza used to be one of my favorite pizza spots. Unfortunately, as they've gotten more popular, the quality has gone downhill while the prices have stayed high. A typical order for my family is $60-$140 if we add wings, so I expect much better. I've been sent the wrong order multiple times, the toppings are often burnt, and the pizza is consistently undercooked in the middle while only the crust is done. I keep giving them another chance, hoping for the amazing pizza they used to make, but I leave disappointed every time. At these prices, there's no excuse for this level of inconsistency. It's a shame to see a once-great pizza place lose what made it special. read more

We wanted to try somewhere new and so glad we chose this place! We ordered the vodka pizza with shrimp and a slice of cheese. It's not easy to find a good pizza with shrimp and this one didn't disappoint. It has a good spice to it too. I like that they sell by the slice as well. I will say the sauce on the cheese was a little sweeter than what I typically prefer. Also, i found this place to be very well priced for the food. The pizza had that perfect balance of sauce, cheese, and crust. Very strange experience. We haven't been for a year or so (used to come weekly). It used to be packed, would have to wait for a seat. It was absolutely empty. They were blaring a SpongeBob episode over the speakers. We were brought an odd number of plates and even less utensils and couldn't get anyone's attention so just got up and found the extras ourselves. The staff spent our whole time there crowded in one area of the bar watching SpongeBob on one of the TVs. My only complaint is the lack of parking around the area, but what can you expect from Boyle Heights. I wish there was more sauce and definitely need to try their mole pizza next time. The ingredients on La Bianca was all fresh - the topping mix had a good blandness as in not overly salty. By far the best pizza and wings I've had in LA. The only thing better than the food is their outstanding customer service. I mentioned on my previous review that I ordered Lemon Pepper wings, the first time they were seasoned perfectly, the next two times they arrived with no seasoning. I spoke with one of the managers, a couple of days later I was contacted by the AGM via text message. He offered to make things right with my next order. I contacted him and he went the extra mile, today, May 4th is his off day. He called to let me know he was going to BAPC to make sure my order was correct, and I should proceed with placing my order. Talk about going above and beyond. I placed my order for the pizza, he gave me 12 wings, no charge. He also sent extra Lemon Pepper seasoning and Blue Cheese dressing. BAPC must have taken a course on how to provide excellent customer service without sacrificing the taste and quality of the food. If they did take a course, class mastered! I'm a fan. I almost forgot to mention that not only was it the AGM's day off, he also wasn't feeling well. Thank you again BAPC for the delicious food and excellent customer service. I came here with my husband and daughter after the beach we considered eating out in Santa Monica but I convinced him to drive us closer to home because this place looked great. We arrived were seating and our server was polite. Then she disappeared , maybe she went home because it was late but no one came to check on us. I ordered the house salad and it was like a salad soup, gross. I called over a server and told her about the salad and she said next time get the dressing on side but she was rude about it. When it came time to pay, the girl who brought the check didn't even look at us she just dropped off the check and swept off the table without saying a word. There was about 8 workers and two tables. I've ordered slices from here twice and both times the order took over 30 minutes to heat up 2 slices. I wouldn't mind if the pizza was mind blowing but it's not. It's barely average. The sauce, cheese or toppings stood out. The only thing I appreciated was the charred crust. The waiting staff aren't that great either. They're either on their phones or joking around. went here for the dine LA special! of course, i had to try the special monthly special pizza -- carnitas pizza. it was so good. a bit spicy and did give my sensitive stomach a tummy ache, but i think it was still super delicious and worth the heartache lol. sometimes life be like that. you want the spicy pizza because it's delicious but it gives you some health problems... anyway, the wings and french fries are pretty good here too. i liked the flavor of the buffalo sauce and the skin on the wings was still pretty crisp. the fries were so flavorful with this unique salty and peppery seasoning and they were so so crispy and crunchy while maintaining a soft inside. amazing. we also had the cesar chavez salad which had a unique flavor to it unlike any other i've had before. came here to celebrate an anniversary and it wasn't really a romantic vibe haha, kinda loud and sports vibe, but we still enjoyed it anyway. i personally was obsessed with the pizza so alls well that ends well ;) read more

Amazing food - the service is horrible! Consistently the worst servers. We love coming here but we know to expect bad service. This place could really skyrocket with a better server crew. They never even ask if you want another beer, dessert, etc. So much lost revenue! They take forever to take your order, stuff is wrong often, and you'll see them only once more when you have to flag them down for a check. Either way, we are here at least once a month. And every time, we cross our fingers for a new server. Will still support because food is always good. read more

Let's start off with... Service: The staff seemed young and inexperienced to hospitality and service when it comes to customers and that is always coachable. Would rate the service 7.6/10 needs work. The inside of the place is pretty modern and nice. TVs all around with an open concept, which gives you eyesight of the cooks. Also, they had a UFC poster for an upcoming fight. 9/10 rating Food: we had the original pepperoni and it was delicious! Crust was nicely crisp, the undercarriage of the pizza might need a little more time to cook but overall GREAT pizza. We had the buffalo wings as well. In my opinion, the sauce seemed like they just poured it out of a bottle. Didn't seemed home made and was just a basic buffalo sauce. Nothing like a good quality pizza, bonus for the fusion flavors like mole and esquite! The marg was really yummy but the mole pizza will forever be seared into my brain. I'm not sure what prompted the change in how you order and the service you get but i don't think it benefits the customers or the workers. Before, you got seated, order, enjoy, pay and tip. Now you have to pay before you sit, so know what you want before you get there. If not then you have to stand there in line, in the way, until you figure out what you want. Making people pay before sitting is weird/annoying for a restaurant. Then that affects the workers tip. People don't like tipping before they get the service. At least I don't. Especially if my waiter is great. I like to give a good tip for those. I don't understand how this benefits business for them. Also, since you pay at the beginning, they don't even wait on you while you're there eating. They are no longer coming by your table to make sure you're straight or need anything. It's like you don't exist and you have to wave them down or walk up to the bar to get assistance. We had to ask the waiter to give us napkins and forks for our pizza and Caesar salads. Also had to ask for water for our table. And the waitress looked sad and annoyed by our requests. I would think those things are standard. But I guess now since they implemented this new way it isn't? ‍ Food is still good and I love it so I will continue to be a regular, but I wish they would go back to how it was before. read more

The pizza here is delicious, I love their dough and I'm pretty certain it's sourdough. It's absolutely amazing, the dough has a perfect, tangy undertone to it and the sauce is robust with flavor. The cheese and cup pepperonis are perfectly done, with a slight tinge of grease that makes the pizza fantastic. I will say this... the employees need better attitudes and I find the pizza a bit overpriced for the size. Tried this place again and it's still ! Quickly becoming a favorite spot for pizzas. Today we made a reservation and were sat down immediately upon arriving. Service was friendly and attentive. We noticed some specials that we had to try! So we got the Tapatio Wings and the Madre Tlayuda Pizza along with The Sinner, swapping chicken for bacon. The wings were so crispy just like I like em! The Tapatio dust was nice and it's served with lime so you know it was bussin! The tlayuda was so unique! Never seen such a plate in my life. I was hesitant at first but the flavors grew on me after each bite. This place has a great ability to mesh Latin flavors with the classic pizza parlor style. Come try it out soon! read more
