I purchased a Heritage Luxe Firm mattress on 2/26 from Brooklyn Bedding (Raintree location). It began to sag ( see attached pics) so I contacted BB requesting an assessment for a replacement. On 6/26/26, two delivery employees arrived to take pictures and measure for my complaint. I was told the foundation was upside down and contributing to the sagging mattress. I stated I have not moved the foundation since it was installed as I am not physically able to do so. I waited one week with no response from BB regarding my complaint. I was informed today, 7/3, by a Camelback location employee BB will not honor my warranty and will not consider any other options to resolve my complaint. The best bed I've ever owned! I bought my bed in 2014. It has remained just as firm as when I first bought it. Usually, by nine years I would see sagging. Not my Brooklyn Bedding Bed. Purchased an Elite Queen mattress less than 2 years ago. I had heard great things about Brooklyn and love supporting local businesses so we gave them a try. Mattress started to "dip" and became very uncomfortable about 4 months ago, rotated it an additional time and called the store and spoke to Steve. 2 guys came out today to measure the mattress and now they're saying there's nothing they can do, despite advertising their 10 year guarantee all over their website and advertising. We looked all over the valley for a mattress- stopping at several chains such as mattress firm & tuft & needle and werent sold on anything. We found several mattresses we liked that were ridiculously expensive and then several that were obviously cheap an low quality that I wouldnt expect to last even a few years. On a recommendation from a friend, we ended up at R & S. They mostly sell locally made Brooklyn Beds if you want to look at their return & warranty policies on their website prior to visiting a store. They also had a limited selection of sertas when we dropped in. We found a mattress set were happy with (their "bed in a box" in medium firmness), reasonable price, nice return policy and warranty, free delivery and haul off, and- best of all- there were no annoying sales people. I will update my review if for some reason we become unhappy with the mattress, but so far were very happy. read more

Liz at Brooklyn Bedding was so helpful! I had an unusual problem of needing a full XL, which is very hard to find. After checking many stores I had almost resigned myself to buying something online sight unseen, but one call to Brooklyn Bedding changed that. Liz said they could manufacture the full XL for me! In addition, I had a twin bed I'd purchased previously from Brooklyn Bedding called the Brooklyn Plush that I really liked the softness of (or firmness, however you look at it), and although they had just discontinued that model, she was able to have them use one of the queen mattresses still left to cut to the size of a full XL for me. Perfect! I later called back and asked if I could also order a low profile foundation in full XL, and Liz ordered that for me as well. The prices for both items were incredibly affordable, even lower than many online prices, and I didn't have to wait long for them to be manufactured and delivered to my home. That said, within seconds of walking in the door I knew I had made the right decision by going there. R & S Mattress is the local retail store for Brooklyn Bedding mattresses. Brooklyn Bedding is a local mattress manufacturer. After doing our research we discovered that the quality of mattress you get from a local manufacturer is far beyond what you would get from a national manufacturer. The salesman Colin was a wealth of information on the different mattress types and what they layers in each mattress were comprised of. After laying on a bunch of different mattresses we picked one we thought we liked. They were able to deliver it the next day, however after attempting to sleep on it, tossing and turning all night and waking up sore we realized that we had made a mistake in purchasing this mattress. We went back to the store and explained that there was no way this mattress was going to work for us. We spent another hour in the store trying all the mattresses again. Colin was super patient and helped us get into the correct mattress this time. Once we had a new one picked out we were able to exchange the first one for the new one and we only paid the difference. Colin even gave us a temporary mattress to sleep on for the week that it was going to take to produce the new mattress. The new mattress got here last week and we are beyond happy and comfortable on it. If you need a good quality mattress, at a great price, with excellent service, look no further. read more

We had been told by a few people to go here and get our mattresses. I had called the store and had gotten a quote for a set and then sent my husband in to look at it. A couple weeks went by and a living social deal popped up $39 for a $200 voucher. It sounded to good to be true-right? Well it was! I purchased the voucher and headed over a couple days later to get a bed. When I got there the sales guy told me that he already reduced all the beds $200 ( voucher-can't be used with any other sales) and that basically the living social deal is no good. Hmmmm that sounded a little unethical to me. He basically went into a contract with living social and then turned around and said he reduced everything so therefore the voucher is void! The funny thing is he quoted me prices weeks before the living social deal and had NOT changed his pricing from then???? Don't get me wrong his prices are decent I just wasn't impressed on the fact that he did the living social deal just to get people in the door. I went home and contacted living social and they refunded my $$$ and said that if this is what he did then he broke his contract with them and these are not the businesses they want to work with. Again decent prices just didn't like how this deal was handled. read more

Customer service is decent, brief but friendly. Overall a good experience however their delivery scheduling is terrible. They want you to have all day open and can not give any sort of a window for delivery. Very inconvenient if you can not wait at home all day. We had been looking to replace our mattress. A friend had mentioned she had bought her mattress at R&S and was quite happy . So last Sunday, my husband and I decided to check out R&S Mattress. We walked in, and I wanted to walk out, however the salesman Colin Gee came up and asked if he could help answer any questions, I asked him MANY questions, he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly & helpful. We narrowed it down to 3 mattress but couldn't decide. Colin came up to us and said, do your self a favor go home and think it over, you don't have to decide today. I cannot remember the last time ANY sales person let someone go away like that. We talked it over, called him back with more questions, and decided that we were ready to purchase the mattress. I purchased a mattress from them 2 years ago and called them about a possible warranty repair/replacement due to the bed sagging. I set up an appointment the next day, which required me to work from home, taking time away from the office. They never showed up. I called and they said they didn't have the right information for me, however, I provided all of the updated information to them. They rescheduled for the next day. Again, no show. I called down to the corporate office and they finally were able to get in touch with the driver to show up to look at the mattress. They did the inspection and was told that I would hear something in two days, which was a Friday. The following Wednesday, still nothing. I had to call again, and come to find out, the drive didn't provide the information to the manager to review. I was told I would get a call on Thursday by noon. Again, no call. I called the next day and finally spoke with someone. Again, they had the wrong information and could not get in touch with me. Unfortunately, they couldn't do anything to fix my mattress, unless I wanted to pay for it. Initially, I used to refer people to this store, but I will never do so again. This was the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I will NEVER do business here again, nor refer ANYONE to this store. read more
