I bought a complete handmade bedroom set, six door dresser, two nightstands and a queen made out of white oak. Which was delivered by the party delivery dtivers, they damaged the dresser which cost $3000. They tried to fix it with a furniture marker. The dresser was eventually remade and re-shipped. It's September 2025. I bought a Complete furniture set for my downstairs condo after my partner committed suicide. The designer knew the reason I was buying this furniture because this was supposed to be our home together. The furniture was made perfectly originally the couch was delivered and damaged by a third-party delivery system. I was not given an option for replacement. I was only told that it could be repaired. Which would take well over a month plus. They provided me with a replacement loaner couch for the time being. When the fixed original sofa was re-delivered the nail heads were off Center uneven and there was a piece of metal sticking out the side of the sofa. Which could've injured one of my nieces or one of my dogs. The couch was refused to set back. Today after two months, I received a freshly built sofa that is not in 100% pristine condition like the one I was originally made and delivered in December. This is a $3000 couch which I have already paid off and continue to pay on other items. I do not recommend buying furniture from them. Their corporate representative that contacted me today was rude offered no solution on the corporate entities behalf other than taking the sofa back and not making any sort of refund and or compensation for buying a couch in September 2025 it only sitting on it for less than a month. Their Craft has been shipped is mediocre at best. I do understand that these are hand built so they are not going to be perfect. But given the fact that this company has built my furniture three times and delivered it three times damaged. I do not recommend them at all.

How many psychiatrist's does it take to change a light bulb?…read more Only one...but the light bulb must be willing to change. :) If you are on the hunt for a chandelier to swing from, a lamp for that corner of your mind, a mirror to gaze at longingly, a ceiling fan to blow your skirt up, or just a lamp shade to put on and wear, you've arrived! Plus they have light bulbs for that shining idea that hit your head. This tremendous place has terrific service and quality items for every need in your light life. Miss Jaime was wonderful and patient accommodating us with questions, sifting through inventory, and coming up with marvelous sale items. Please make note to spend plenty of time as the extensive inventory is lit! No really, the lights are "on" allowing most floor samples to be viewed. How bright is that?! Apparently Pine isn't the sturdiness option for us desert dwellers. Other things that sparked my interest here were the cushy, Amish made mattresses and the handmade, wood dining sets. Their furniture is clearly top quality with reasonable pricing. Additionally but as importantly, their sales personnel and store managers are clearly highly trained and extremely helpful in assisting customers in choosing the best furniture to completely satisfy the customer's needs...and wants. Our most recent purchase, as were our earlier ones, has resulted in our total satisfaction. Our salesperson, Karen Ust-Grothmann, was wonderfully friendly and fully proficient in explaining all the features of various pieces we were considering, and was most helpful in sorting through the available choices of upholstery.
