I was beyond happy that the pizza wasn't lacking in flavor or looks, very well done. If i could have devoured my pizza in one sitting i would have, but i had to bring it home. Such a cool little place with some of the best pizza ive ever had! I went there last week after going to the Starbucks a few doors down. This place is in a strip mall and you would never expect to find food like this here. I walked by and the first thing i noticed was the amazing display case with lots of yummy looking pizza and OMG the garlic knots are to die for! I was given one while i was waiting for my pizza and i couldnt have been more excited ! I was helped by a big guy who was obviously from NY. he was pretty funny to listen to and he and his brother own the place. I heard another customer comment that he had been there every day trying something new on the menu and hadnt been disappointed yet. I didnt look past the case to even notice they served other food lol. oh well i guess im going to have to go back again and again and....... Oh i forgot to mention that they have this really cool spray painted picture of the Brooklyn Bridge covering an entire wall. I actually found out about by asking to go to the restroom and i was told its just past the bridge, how funny! Go! Go! try this place, you wont be disappointed! read more

Sadly I am so disappointed at this place. After reading wonderful review my friends and I decided to go after our trip to Escondido. Anyways we order 4 pies and 8 drinks. While trying to pay the machine only gave us 3 answers for the tip 10%, 15%, and 20% WTF are you serious, there is no special service being provided. When I asked the cashier for the other option button since it wasn't taking it on the first place, he got upset. Anyways, in order for me to press "other" it took additional time and I had to swiped my card again. We tried "other" again but it wasn't taking it so I ended up paying 10% extra for the tip. Horrible if you are using your card, the option of NO TIP should be available without having to go through a horrible process. Anyways the tables on the back are unbalance, the tables were rocking all the time while we were eating. read more

Dan, one of the owners is Filipino too! Pinoy power haha. The vibe and ambiance here with the seated high bar has a little NY style feel to it along with the alley way set up of seating arrangements. I told the crew that buffalo, chicken ranch was my favorite slice which they didn't have showing and after I bought my first slice along with 3 chicken wings and a soda which is there $9 special. Highly recommend btw. The slightly salt taste on the wing batter is sooo good!! I'm a wing guy and these def past the the test. Just need more than 3 haha! Anyways, after about 10 min, guess what was smelling in the air and in the pie area. You better know it. Buffalo chicken ranch and with a little twist. My family and I recently moved from California due to my husband being in the military,But I just had to post a review about Brooklyn Boyz. We are originally from Chicago and of course the pizza(food) is amazing, Anyway we were getting homesick once and came across Brooklyn Boyz. Their pizza was delicious it completely reminded us of home. The pizza and the food there at Brooklyn boyz is a must try if you are in the area. I miss there food well pizza so much. My children were not big on pizza but when we came across brooklyn boyz and they had a slice lets just say we were stopping in a lot more. The service is wonderful as well. So if anyone is looking to get some amazing pizza I would highly recommend stopping here and trying a slice of pizza. read more

One of my favorite places for pizza in all of North County!! Heard about this place through a friend and went to check it out and was not disappointed. So good!!! I didn't get anything crazy, just ordered a large pizza and it came out pretty quick, staff were great and tasted amazing! But when some of my friends just found out we can now order it for lunch or dinner and get it delivered through a delivery company MyTown2Go North County (NorthCounty2Go.com) we were stoked! He wasn't being belligerent or acting "weird" and if the worker was serving other drunk customers, I wonder what the issue really was??? He has supported the business. He's just trying to buy a slice like everyone else there. If in fact the owner does know that his employee treats his customers this way and enables/excuses it, then sadly, that tells me he doesn't care about his customers .. hence, his business succeeding. Yeah... this pizza is not THAT good. Do better. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I still don't know of any place in Oceanside or Carlsbad that serves deep dish Chicago style pizza (other than Rosati's in Encinitas). Service was great. Calling ahead was a huge win because everything was ready the moment we walked in. Just had to buy some beers and pay the tab (~ $80-ish). I didn't get a receipt which I now wished I had. Beers were ice cold. Nice to see they have a whole bar in the back, though it's a bit strange. Most places would put the bar up-front by the entrance so you can see how packed or fun a place is without stepping in. We will most definitely be back to try other stuff now that we know how close they are. Can't wait to try happy hour.

Both pizzas were thin, lacked adequate cheese, sauce and for the pepperoni, yes pepperoni. These pizzas were so unremarkable and incredibly expensive considering the quality. We used a Clipp coupon so breaking it down, we paid $27. Full price would have been $42! No way would I pay that and regretted buying the coupon since I wouldn't pay $27. We have had great pizza just down the street and downtown. I just can't understand the high reviews for this place. Well, we gave it a try but never again.

Unfortunately my family and I found them just a little bland to our taste. I prefer a sauce with a little spice but this one didn't have much. I'm n not. Sure no will go back but a lot. The luscious lola comes with a garlic olive oil crust, vegan ricotta, chili flakes, oregano, fresh basil, vegan mozzarella, spinash, mushroon, zucchini, red onion, fresh rosemary, garlic chives, and lemon spritz. I asked for no basil and orderd a small pepperoni for my niece. I was kept updated on the cooking progress via text which was super helpful. When I arrived, the team was so friendly. We chatted about all the vegan options. I almost wanted to eat my pizze there due to the friendliness of the team. It's a small place inside but there's a couple of tables for a quick bite. There are some beer and wines option too. My pizza was amazing. One of the best vegan pizzas I have had. Kudos to Gianni's and if I'm back in Oceanside, I'm getting some more vegan pizzas.

I recent split the spicy Italian sandwich with my husband and the sandwich had no real kick but plenty of flavor with the use of their spices. Their house specialty red sauce made every bite come together. We had a Hawaiian pizza as well and their BBQ sauce, ham, and pineapple made the perfect combo. My husband and I both love pineapple on pizza, so this being delicious was no surprise to us. Their dough is really the star though, which you can taste that it was baked in a pizza oven. We even loved their fresh lemonade. Even better on a hot day. During our most recent visit, I did pick up a loaf of sourdough and couldn't have been happier. It was perfect in every bite.
