I didn't go into the establishment myself as I was working. But my GF said the line was out the door. We're from NY so we know a bagel or two!! The variety from what I saw was impressive!!! Different bagel flavors and shmears and spreads. We tried the cinnamon butter which is really good!! We had a variety of bagels and tried the plain and egg bagels. Very flavorful. Not quite a NY chewy bagel, but more light and airy on the inside. We're far from home so any place that makes a decent bagel is fine in my book!!! Worth a try!!! Definitely a good bagel!!! read more

This is a medium sized café, just off the main road; parking spots in front. There's a few tables off to the left once you walk in and baskets titled with each type of bagel. Bagels are $1.99 each, or $20 for a bakers dozen. Went in here on a Saturday at at 11:30am and unfortunately most bagels were sold out. Staff were friendly. read more

An outstanding and authentic Bagel Store locally owned here in Naples. The two local founding owners have built a strong business; excellent bagels, strong selections, terrific sandwiches & accompaniments. Haven't been since Season started. So the reply I got was total crap. The young guy serving me refused to serve me and was cleanly embarrassed about the fact that I could not get bagels at a bagel store. The owner said in front of the employee in FRONT of me that they would rather sell a sandwich then just a plain. bagel. The guy behind me also got refused. We have mutual friend in common by the way so I dislike writing such negativity but what a way to treat customers. I literally begged him to sell me three bagels because my kids were starving. . Ask anyone behind me. read more

Unless you go early, they might run out of bagels even though they're variety of choices is good. It's better if you call in your order because of the wait was over 45 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. You're better off calling in and picking up there were a lot of regulars, that knew how it worked and got served quicker read more

I haven't decided if this establishments name is absolutely terrible or if it is a great marketing ploy. When I saw the name "Brooklyn Dough with a Hole," I knew immediately that this was a bagel shop. So, while I am not crazy about the name, it definitely conveyed what this business offers. So, let's touch upon what they offer. Bagels. Not only bagels, but good bagels. Oh, and, of course, they have cream cheese. It is also good. So when you take a good bagel and good cream cheese, you get a magical combination of doughy perfection with a wonderfully creamy twist to only enhance this culinary wonder. People love to use the term "peanut butter and jelly" when they compare two things that perfectly go together, but I would consider going before whichever court deemed this the perfect comparison and petition that the term "bagel and cream cheese" replace that long used term. A bagel and cream cheese is truly a wondrous thing and the bagels with cream cheese available at this business with a weird name that perfectly describes its product offering has very good bagels. My go-to bagel is an everything bagel with cream cheese and here it is very good. I would definitely recommend this establishment. Whether I like the business name or not, I cannot argue that they produce an amazing product. read more

Yup that burning smell? It's your bagel. Check your "toasted" bagels before you leave the store. They be unabashedly burning bagels and wrapping it to go. I'm so glad I found this place! I'm not sure why its so hard to find a good bagel place in Southwest FL, but it is! We came on a Thursday an hour after they opened- there was no line, but they definitely had a rush recently since many bagels were out. Nonetheless, I got a Nova Lox, Sausage & Cheese, and a few rainbow and blueberry bagels. The family loved them, the kids loved the bright colors of the rainbow bagel & the Nova Lox was yummy. Visiting Naples for the holidays, and stopped by this bagel joint after volunteering for the annual Turkey Trot! It was a perfect spot to grab brunch, as I'm a huge lover of bagels and breakfast/brunch foods. I got the Everything Bagel with cream cheese! There was a lot of people in the café that day, so the wait was a little long, but the bagel was amazing. Yummy cream cheese was already spread into the bagel so the experience was convenient and oh so delicious! Love the fresh taste and how soft the bagel was. 10/10 if you're in the area you must try! Ever since the bagel craze started on TikTok I've been drying to try one that wasn't from Dunkin Donuts lol. Unfortunately, I don't have any good bagel shops in my area so when I found this spot on my recent trip to Florida I knew I had to stop by! The staff here were so kind, and it was awesome watching how quick they got everyone's orders out. The vibe of the shop was really cool too, with awesome artwork on the walls. Found our perfect bagel in Naples after 8 years of searching. They were light on the inside and crispy on the outside. Both pumpernickel and poppy flavors were tasty. The "smear" of jalepeno cream cheese was light and flavorful and pork roll, egg and cheese excellent. Staff were caring and personable. It was great to see a mix of ages in the customers also. Ever since this place has opened their doors; they've been busy. Always a line out the door most mornings. The bagels are all so delicious. I prefer a spicy everything bagel with pastrami & don't forget the "schmear" of your choice. They sell out of the popular stuff fairly quickly so get there early. At 7:35 PM, ninety minutes after placing a three-item order, nothing was ready. I asked the staff why they were still quoting 20-minute turnarounds when the reality was 90+ minutes. I suggested they pause online ordering to let the kitchen recover. They told me the owner, Jared Grifoni, has instructed them to keep online orders on and to continue telling customers 20 minutes, despite knowing the kitchen is nowhere close to meeting that timeline. That's not a bad night. That's a policy decision to mislead customers for the sake of revenue. I requested a refund. As it was being processed, two of my three items finally came out. When the staff asked the kitchen about the last item, the answer was: "I have no idea when we'll get to that." I left at 7:46 PM, one hour and forty-one minutes after ordering. To be clear: the staff on the floor that night are not to blame. They were put in a no-win situation and handled it as well as anyone could. The issue is ownership making a conscious choice to overload the kitchen, deceive customers about wait times, and let the staff absorb the fallout. When I arrived, the restaurant was nearly full. When I left, it was almost empty. I won't be adding myself to either count again.

I asked for what their top sellers were and they directed me towards "The Twang". Which was sliced chicken breast with honey mustard, onions, American cheese and crushed bbq chips. It was a good sandwich or hoagie but I'm not sure if maybe I'm spoiled from living in Miami but crushing chips and putting it on a sandwich is not what I would consider creative. And I thought $15 for a 12 inch without a soda or a side seemed a bit much. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. And hats off to whoever calibrated the soda machine. It was perfect balance of syrup and gas. Overall it's a good spot but nothing I would rave about.
