I was excited to try these bagels since we have really crappy bagels in Socal. We were staying in Marco so we ventured into Naples for the grand opening. I'm really sorry to say, it was a hot mess. I waited almost 30 minutes for a bagel with NOTHING on it. Just an everything bagel. I was told they were waiting on my order, then I was told they were coming out of the oven. The bagel was bad, really bad and to top it off, 2 bucks for a bagel is RIDICULOUS. Bagels in Beverly Hills, CA are not even that expensive. A bagel in Marco Island is 1.25. If it was an amazing bagel, I would have been happy to pay the 2.00, but it was so doughy and floppy and just gross. I feel bad because I want them to succeed. The owner and I exchanged emails about my experience and she did apologize, although she didn't address the price. 20 bucks for a dozen is RIDICULOUS. Its flour, water and yeast!! read more

I really love the bagels here. However since the business has been bought a year or 2 ago, the quantity has gone down and the price has gone up. If you are going to charge $9 for a pork roll, egg and cheese, I expect more than a slice of pork roll. That sandwich should be packed no matter the meat choice for that price. The $4 bagel with cream cheese should also be layered. I shouldn't have wonder where the cream cheese is or what I am paying for? It's a great bagel and worth it if you want a good one. I recommend you buy some and fix them up yourself. It's not worth it to let them do it for you. read more

We stopped over at Brooklyn Dough with Hole on our way back to Tampa, where we live. My fiance and I loved this place last year before the previous owners took over. Don't get me wrong, it was still good, and I will still go back when in Naples. We came up to the restaurant and there was an extensive line out the door. We hurried in line to ensure we got bagels, as we heard that they sold out quickly. Once it was my turn to order - I ordered two bacon, egg, and cheese everything bagels, two iced coffees, and 6 assortment donuts to bring back with us. To my surprise, our bill was literally $40. I almost fainted. That was pretty high compared to what I was used to paying. I was also saddened to learn that they do not carry salmon with lox, like I would normally order from the previous owners. It took quite a while for our order to be ready, but that was okay because we realized they were quite busy. Once we received my order, I stood and waited for a friend (who ordered before us) to get theirs. The sandwiches were actually very large and delicious. We will likely be back, as this bagel place is one we used to look forward to coming down to when in Naples. read more

Best bagels in naples! We always stop here last minute decision and I forget to take pics or check in! They have a great selection and menu. They even take orders ahead so you don't have to wait or take a chance of them running out of your favorites!
