Admittedly, when it comes to pizza, I am very easy to please. However, this pizza sauce is the best sauce I've ever had. It's not too sweet, not too salty. The atmosphere is best for pick up/ DoorDash with very limited, if any, indoor seating. Me and my family have loved Brooklyn's Pizza for a while now, it has been an absolute need in our family. We love everything that they have to offer, everybody talks about the expensive prices, but if i'm being honest, it is worth it, your getting fresh pizza, salad, and wings. Pizza is great; wings are edible but not good, salads are an overpriced joke. I'd add a photo, but I tossed the entire thing when I noticed the rotting tomato (the remainder of the salad was unwashed iceberg, one sad old pepperoncini pepper, red onion, feta, and cheddar- weird addition, I know)....they didn't have Greek dressing or any vinaigrettes, so we settled with oil & vinegar. $9 is pretty steep for a small side salad with no meat or real greens. Probably the best pizza I've even had! Huge pizza with thin crust, that's not crisp. You know that kind of pizza that you can fold? Yeah, that's this kind of pizza! Their sauce is delicious and so is there cheese! They use the good cheese! I can tell. You know the REAL mozzarella! Like whole milk 100% mozzarella. The expensive kind. I've also have their chef salad which was ridiculous. But in a good way! Pinwheel of sliced meat all over that thing! These people DO NoT mess around! They feed you!! After trying most pizza places in the area and being disappointed, I read the reviews for this place on yelp and decided to give it a try. I ordered a small cheese pizza pie and the garlic knots with mozzarella cheese on top. Delivery was within the 45 minute time frame and excellent. I use to eat at this place a lot one day I went and got food saw they were hiring decided to give it a try as a delivery driver I worked at this place for a few months got treated terrible along with other employees you'll see that there hiring a lot we'll that's because the employees there quit after dealing with the employer and his girlfriend and daughter as they cuss at you as if your not getting food cooked or delivered fast enough I was forced to pay for a meal one night after the order was canceled as I was on the road with it and didn't get there fast enough after delivering to 2-3 other places all in different towns not only are they terrible to there employees but talk down on there customers that call in I have recently had there food as I was at my parents for dinner we had a bbq chicken pizza and wings that were cold and hard if I could rate this place lower I would read more

I will say that this is the best thin crust pizza I have had in a long time. I could not find a place that did not over cook or under cook the crust. Well hold the phone this place does it right. My daughter had the past and again not over cooked it was perfect. My wife had the chicken parm roll and she stated it was great. You get more than you can eat and the price is perfect. Went to this place when they first opened because they had an amazing lunch special. We get in there and they had such a huge variety of pizza on display for lunch, the staff was very friendly and the place was clean. To start off I'm from Chicago so I won't publically recognize any pizza other than deep dish while comparing everything to tavern style thin crust. And so many places around here have soggy and greasy pizza which is good on a job site or it you in Manhattan but is nasty up here...so I, with skepticism, walked into this place. I kept hearing rave reviews about them at the Thunder games...and I stared at their display case. There are so many good things in there but I came for the pizza so I can't get them too. But so many choices. Well let's do the slices so I can try a couple varieties. I mean you don't want a whole pizza if it isn't good. So two slices it is. They were lovingly prepared and piping hot for me to eat. The crust was not hard but flexible and not soggy. It didn't drip of grease which is good. But what did it taste liked? One bite and you can tell the quality and love that went into it. Buttery smooth crust with delicious sauce and toppings. And, well, cooked to perfection. Might be dangerous though. This place needs to be known! I am currently staying in Hudson Falls with my girlfriend's family for the Thanksgiving holiday. Tonight everyone decided on ordering pizza instead of having even more leftovers. My girlfriend and I went to pick up the pizza and we were greeted right away by the woman working the register. Our order was rather large and the man working the front of the store came right over to us and started talking to us. In today's world, you really need to appreciate kind, personable people. After paying I picked up the boxes and he told us to wait, he wanted us to try his cheesecake. I was thrilled as I love cheesecake. I thanked them a million times, they wished us a good night and we were on our way. Now being from Jersey, I know what good pizza tastes like. I was not expecting the pizza to be as good as it was! Delicious is an understatement!! The best part of the whole meal??? THE CHEESECAKE. That man was right, he makes a KILLER cheesecake! I'm disappointed I am only visiting! Hands Down Best Pizza and knots in the surrounding area. I go at least once a week with my daughter and never leave disappointed. If you're looking for something besides a traditional pizza try one of their pizza rolls or sandwich wraps (one of the very few places I have been that can properly roll up a wrap) The only thing better than the food (if that's even possible) are the owners and their always friendly staff. You can always hear them asking their customers how their meal was which shows how much pride they take in their food. The Restaurant is always nice and clean. I would give Brooklyn Pizza and Pasta more than 5 stars if that was possible. My husband, son and I are visiting the area and happened upon this place while looking for some kind of pizza/Italian place for dinner. We were quickly greeted and told we could sit anywhere we wanted. The place was empty but the staff looked very busy with take out orders for pick up and delivery. My husband and son ordered a cheese pie and I got the eggplant parm hero. The pizza came out way ahead of my meal but it wasn't significant enough to bother me. Except I was drooling over the pizza. I grew up on NY pizza but have been living in MA for many years. This pizza looked perfect! I took some bites and we all loved it. My eggplant was also delicious. The sauce was very tasty and the eggplant was cooked perfectly. It was a huge sandwich so half came back with me. To top it off, the owner was very apologetic about the delay of the hero and offered each of us our choice of a dessert.
