A few years ago some guy was walking around our neighborhood selling Pepperoni coupon books. I bought one as I believe in supporting local merchants as long as they honor their customers. Over the next few weeks, we ordered different foods from Pepperoni's to give it a try. The food is ok, not anything to brag about but ok during Home remodel projects when food is not your main focus. After about 3 months we decided to place an order and were refused the use of the coupons we bought. We asked for a manager and some lady came on and reiterated that they would not accept the coupons they issued. Ok. Bye Pepperoni's. You will never see another $ from us. read more

We ordered pick up from this place the other day and its kinda a sad place now...there wasn't a single customer in there and the staff was just sitting around, I know that this place is part of a chain but it sure seems like this one is going downhill. The pizza isn't bad. I don't think it's better than a frozen pizza u get at the store though. We believe that they use the same amount of dough no mater which size you order. My median pizza had a huge crust while my parents large barely had any. I think they need to try something new at this location or it may end up closing. Looked up only to find a disgruntled cook complaining to the cashier that he should not have allowed us to order and dine since they would be closing in 20 minutes. Do not order from here. My boyfriend has been begging for months to order from here instead of Papa Johns. So, tonight I gave in. I ordered through yelp (big mistake.) I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and a side of mozzarella sticks. For some reason, I took a picture of my order just in case something happened. The pizza arrived quickly, but wrong. The pizza was right, but instead of mozzarella sticks, I got burnt breadsticks. Normally, in these situations I wouldn't mind eating the breadsticks, but they were not edible. I called the establishment back and the girl on the phone told me I entered the order in wrong (ha!) Well I took a picture so jokes on you! She put me on a brief hold and talked to the manager and said , "I'm sorry you were right, the manager put the order in wrong." So, the driver brought us fresh breadsticks. After eating the pizza, my boyfriend and I were discussing the tip. I'm glad we did! I said babe? Where's the receipt? He said I didn't get one, I handed the guy cash and that's it. I said what?! I already paid for the pizza and tipped them online! Basically, we paid for the pizza twice. How in the world did this happen?! I immediately called them back (they knew my name now) and complained that my boyfriend and I both paid for order. The manager rudely blamed it on the driver. He also did not do anything to rectify the situation other than have the driver return the cash and tell us that if we wanted to order from him in the future, to call him directly and order. I'm shocked looking through these other reviews...this is my ALL TIME favorite pizza place! The staff is always kind and efficient, and the food is simply outstanding. Everything is scratch-made and you can tell. The dough (for both pizza and sandwiches) is amazing, and I've never had anything like it anywhere else. Everything is distinctly Pepperoni's own -- it has a unique quality to it that makes it really stand out. Also, they're always more than happy to make you anything custom you'd like, and they have vegetarian and gluten-free options. They have a great lunch special where you choose a side salad that comes out first (fresh and very generously sized), and a personal pizza (or sub sandwich), plus a drink. It's probably the best lunch deal in town. My favorite items are the Greek salad and the Margherita pizza, but I've never branched out and regretted it. The sandwiches are just excellent too, particularly the Eggplant Parmesan! Honestly, I've never met someone in my neighborhood who doesn't absolutely love this place...I don't usually review anything on here, but I had to stand up for Pepperoni's. It's amazing! If I could put no stars I would. We were quoted 30-40 minutes for our order to be delivered. An hour and 10 minutes later still no order so I call to see where my order is, the girl tells me it's going in the oven, and proceeds to tell me because they are backed up on orders. I tell her she shouldn't have quoted me 30-40 minutes if they were backed up. I have been going there for years because I liked the pizza and the young folks working there were alway nice . I previously would go a couple times a month. Then once a month. Then every few months. Now I just have to quit going at all. It is all about the terrible service from one person. The gal that is behind the counter during the day most of the time has less personality thant the pizza. Besides being sloppy she is curt at best though she usually says NOTHING at all when she takes your order and then drops, and I mean DROPS your food on the table. She walks around with a scowl on her face and looks like she hates being there. I guess she wants the customers to hate being there too! Yesterday was the last straw. I ordered a personal pizza with a salad. The walnuts on the salad were bordering on being burnt. It was dropped on the table with no comment. Then the pizza arrived and it was undercooked (dropped, not set down of course). When I took it back to the counter and told her, she took it without saying a word and later returned the pizza, the same pizza with a bite missing, now cooked a bit more but still not where it should be. Did she say sorry it was not right, or is it OK now, or anything else? Of course not. Just DROPPED it on the table and shuffled off. So now you can get crappy pizza to go with crappy service. I am sure her being there has infected the whole staff causing the poor performacne in the kitchen. I do know I mentioned her behavior to one of the other counter people on an evening when she was not there.The young lady rolled here eyes and said they hear about her all the time and have passed the information up the line. I cannot conceive of having someone like this rerpesent your business (family member maybe?). P.S. I would have contacted the home office about this but there is no contact info on their site.
