The existing wire system in my apartment was old so it took a long time for Sherman to work around and with the existing wire system but did so without complaint. He also came back 3 additional times after the initial installation just to adjust some minor issues (which wasn't his fault) and addressed all of them in a timely manner. He made sure that the job was completed - comprehensively. He won't let an issue go unresolved and he will make sure you're happy with the outcome. Jeff came at the exact time he said he would and quickly went to work. We decided to have the wires hidden behind the wall when he arrived. Just in case that was not possible, he had extra wire covers ready (we have a lot of wires connected to the TV from the two video game consoles, Sonos, etc).
