FANTASTIC! Andrey came late at night because I wasn't home during normal hours because of a long work commute. He was so nice and polite. He took his shoes off before entering my living room without even being asked to. He made great recommendations to me because the bracket I had didn't fit the TV I wanted to mount. He offered me one he sold, but I wanted to use my mount, so he saw a small TV I had in the corner of the room and he suggested we mount that. I told him I was getting a larger TV, but this was to just have something on the wall in time to watch the ball drop for NYE. The mount is perfect and strong. Andrey did an amazing job hanging my TV. It looks neat, is dead straight, and means we don't have to worry about our kids pulling the TV on top of themselves. It was $200.00 all in to mount a 37" TV and hide the cables behind a strip. Andrey was right on time, took his shoes off on entering (without my having to ask), and was polite and courteous throughout, explaining what he was doing and making helpful suggestions. Andre did an amazing job mounting my 55" on a full motion bracket, installing my home theater system in the living room, and mounting my 46" on a tilting bracket in the bedroom. Andre is a super polite and professional tv installer he came my apartment in Tribeca last night around 8:30pm and did amazing mounting of my new tv with his own bracket for only 200$ much cheaper than Best buy, they wanted to charge me 450$ for the same installation. We had a great experience with Andrey. He was easy to communicate with via email and text. He texted to confirm the appt the morning of and was on time (early, really!).
