-Honest. -Family Business. -Comfortable Buying Experience. I had a great experience with Ian and John at Brooks Biddle last month when purchasing my pre-owned Honda Pilot from them. It is a multi-generation, local business that sells many Makes and Models. (I'm making this distinction as they have a Suzuki sign currently out front.) They are currently doing some front office renovations (some by themselves DIY). I had done a lot of research on this model prior to arriving, so knew what to look for. I specifically asked to see this car from their online listing, as it was competitively priced in the market. You know how you traditionally expect to haggle and be bullied by car salesmen? It wasn't like this at all! With their one-price model, I didn't have to sweat through the haggling hassle that I expected of a normal car dealership. They were honest, and treated me with respect throughout the whole process. They weren't pushy about the sale, and they made me feel at ease the whole time. I felt like we could have chatted all day! They don't charge bogus fees (doc fee in WA state at the time of writing this review is $150). The car was in great condition (as listed), they gave it a car wash before I drove off the lot, and Ian went the extra mile to fix a key fab battery at no extra cost. I'll be going back if I ever need another car in the future! They earned my business! They work with local credit unions if you're going to finance. I was given no money or incentive for this review. You can call me to verify any of my story and I'll prove it. Matt at SEVEN15-307-703SIX.

Only posting 1/5 stars because it would not allow a zero. DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealer. I tried to wait to see if they would try to make this right with me, but we have been thrown through the ringer of excuses. In April, I bought a vehicle from this dealership and paid with a cashier's check. I purchased a full bumper to bumper warranty(5 years or 100k miles). I flew in from CA to Seattle, took a Lyft to the dealership, paid and started the drive home. THE SAME DAY, while we were on I-5 in Oregon, almost to the CA border, the car immediately ignited in flames, barely allowing time for my boyfriend and I to get out. Luckily, we didn't lose a lot of items that cannot be replaced but the items lost still cost money as they were things like sunglasses, a ring, yeti water jugs, clothing etc. It was almost dark and we were stranded on side of road and had to ride in a tow truck to the next town which was Grants Pass, OR and super sketch! Family had to come save us as we were 6 hours from home, plus the dealership was now closed and I wasn't able to notify til Monday. When I notified on Monday, I was given the run around about warranty not being submitted yet and to just contact warranty, they were sorry and glad we were okay. They were beyond insensitive to what we had just gone through. We had to walk to a gas station to purchase a phone charger to contact family for a ride and merely figure out our next steps. I have simply asked the dealership to reimburse cost for travel such as flight, Uber and hotel. As a business I feel it was the least they could do for an incident you usually don't see happen everyday. They have continued to just relay my request to management and have provided no help in this matter whatsoever. They have tried to put the blame on the warranty company and my insurance company. I understand Insurance processes take awhile but I'm out a few thousands from the trip out there and items lost. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIFIC! I am warning you in case you have to deal with something wrong after purchasing your vehicle, they will not help guide you or help make it right for you! As a small town business who prides themselves on customer service, they should be ashamed and embarrassed. They have had a chance to redeem themselves and have chosen not to!

I purchased an Acura TL from this dealership back in March. Not long after purchasing this vehicle, I found my brakes/steering wheel to be very shaky while driving, I contact the dealership, the salesman that sold me the vehicle, Oz, was of very little help, as he just passed me to his boss, the owner of the company...the owner calls me back by the end of the day, after explaining what was happening, he proceeds to tell me that it sounded like the rotors were warped, and that the brakes were changed prior to selling the vehicle...he was absolutely not interested in trying to diagnose or resolve the matter, so I took my car down to my mechanic the following day...I attached a picture of his diagnosis. I spent over 2K dollars total, on top of 10K when purchasing this vehicle for repairs (which also includes timing belt, alignment, tie rods), so this leads me to believe they have extremely shady sales tactics to get you to bring the car back to them to "fix it" or they're mechanics are not properly trained and complete incompetent on how to do they're job. This is the exact reason why I should not have purchased anything at a used dealer...and to bring attention to they're horrible repair shop, please do yourself a favor and avoid these people. I just want to finally mention, when I did speak to the owner about the problems with the car, he insinuated it was my fault the brakes were going bad by slamming on them causing them to warp...bottom line, I don't expect these people to even respond, they certainly didn't try to rectify the situation when they had the chance, and even going so far as to blame me. Yall suck.

My cool truck from Brooks Biddle on the way to the dump!
    Capitalist B.

I found a truck I liked on their website. By the way, their website is great and their mobile site is the best in the Seattle area (that I could find anyway). Anyway, I got hooked up with Jack, one of their salesmen, and he was awesome to work with. I have next to no time in my schedule for this type of thing and Jack made the whole thing easy! We were able to work out almost all the details via email due to Jack being so sharp, flexible, and responsive. For instance, I wanted to upgrade my wheels and sent Jack a little snippet of some wheels I liked. He went so far as to find those very wheels and get them installed on my truck! He also noticed that there was an issue with the radio ... and ordered a new one without me having to notice or ask. Overall, if you want a quality used car for a fair price I recommend Biddle and Jack in particular.

This was my first experience buying a car from a lot. It seemed like maybe there should have been another person there as Jimmy and Anthony were balancing a lot of different people and transactions. After deciding we wanted to vehicle, my husband and I went with the financing through Global Federal CU. The interest rate was good. There were a bunch of papers to sign. I wouldn't call Jimmy the most organized, however, everything was almost signed. He did have to send me an email asking me to sign a form that was missed. I think the whole experience was around 2-3 hours. Overall, the monthly payments for a 20K vehicle is what I expected and isn't breaking the bank. If we have to use the warranties, I'll update the review. Random FYIs: Our license plates were delayed due to some miscommunication. I can't recall exactly why. Our temporary plates were expired when we drove out to get the plates. That is also when we got the spare key which was at the other lot location. This doesn't impact the overall experience for me, stuff happens. But just FYI for those who are more particular.

The pricing hit me a little hard as I'm a student, but this is where you come to get the job done right, not done cheaply. There was no high pressure up-sales like I've dealt with at previous shops, they pointed out a few small issues and recommended a few overdue services, with a simple "It's logged in our system, feel free to swing by any time and we'd be happy to get that taken care of for you". The price quoted over the phone was the exact price I paid when I picked up my car. They even went so far as to mail a thank you note to my home this holiday season. The little details add up and these guys overall have provided a phenomenal service, they clearly take pride in their business. This will definitely be my go-to place to have my vehicle serviced from now on.

We took it to a professional leak detector, who discovered that the windshield was loose. He was able to push it in and out. He showed us where the adhesive had failed and explained why (which had to do with misapplication of adhesives used by Speedy). When I went to Speedy, explained what had happened and asked for a refund, what I heard was "we don't have that invoice in our system anymore" (never mind that my copy was right in front of them); the manager says he doesn't have authority to give a refund and that I could email information to corporate (essentially, not my problem); "you should have brought it to us as soon as you knew there was a leak," even though I didn't know that the leak was related to their faulty windshield installation (once again, making it my fault, not their problem). "If the installation was faulty, it would have been leaking right away" (not true and, again, denial of responsibility). I should have brought it to them to repair as soon as I knew it was leaking so they could make the repair (unrealistic expectation - how would I know that the leak was related to the windshield? So whenever there's a leak, I should just automatically take it to Speedy to find the source instead of to a professional who does leak detection for a living?) The manager was more interested in finding reasons to avoid responsibility than in providing good customer service. They didn't do a good job in the first place, and then expected me to trust them? They pushed back on everything and essentially refused to take responsibility for faulty workmanship, and made it my fault for not following the letter of their warranty rules, which are designed to ensure that they will never be held accountable for shoddy workmanship. The manager did not think that being able to move the windshield in and out when pushed constitutes a failure. They would neither acknowledge nor show concern that their faulty installation caused a SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE - driving down the highway with a loose windshield. Airbags are designed to hit the windshield and curl back to protect you. An airbag deployed with a loose windshield would have been no protection at all. I could have been hurt. Others could have been hurt. And still, they will not stand by their work. Their "lifetime" warranty is meaningless; a faulty installation is a faulty installation and they are looking for any excuse to refuse to make it right. I never agreed to be put in harms' way. Oh, and then there was the employee who pulled the plug on the computer/phone system, disconnecting me from talking to the manager. IRRESPONSIBLE. DISHONORABLE. UNPROFESSIONAL. STAY AWAY. In response to the requirement that I should have brought my vehicle to you to inspect the leak, I repeat - I DID NOT KNOW THAT THE LEAK WAS DUE TO THE WINDSHIELD BEING IMPROPERLY INSTALLED WHEN i HIRED A PROFESSIONAL LEAK DETECTOR. Your website does not mention leak detection, so why would I have brought it to you under these circumstances? Your requirements are onerous and unreasonable. It was obviously a faulty installment or the "lifetime windshield" would not have come loose. You have a copy of the leak detector's invoice with his findings. He is a professional and is not lying. Would you like me to bring you the windshield and glue so you can see where it failed? I'd be happy to do that. The fact is, someone in your shop botched the installation. Whether or not I asked you or someone else to identify the source of the leak, whether or not you will take responsibility, the fact remains that someone in your shop botched the installation.
