I am just in love with Lululemon. I love the comfort of their fabrics, the functionality of their products, and their awesome styles. They are continually coming out with different products that tempt me. The only drawback is when I find something I really, really like, and they quit making the product. So frustrating! Lululemon started out as a business geared to the yoga athlete. Then they transcended into other areas, like running, which is what I use their products for. I advise that you try them on first, because I was surprised to find I'm three different sizes, depending on the item. The skirts, shorts/leggings, and sports bras are all different fitting for me, which sounds crazy right? I literally will not run in any other brand. I am completely dedicated and addicted to them. The other drawback, other than discontinuing styles I like, is the price. Lululemon is definitely proud of their gear, and also their prices. They seem to continue to rise, but I can't stop buying. If you are looking for functional, stylish gear with flattering fit, then look no further. They are worth checking out and investing in. read more

I had a great experience at this store. I went in looking for some new leggings or joggers. After browsing a little I found a few that I liked. I was assisted in the fitting room area, to include having my name places on the fitting room door. As I was trying on some joggers, I wanted to try a size smaller. I was initially told they did not have black in a size 2, but they could be ordered. I was given a blue pair to try ok to determine If the size worked for me. As I was trying to blue ones on, they find the last size 2 in black! The checkout process was a breeze. And the staff member that assisted me was friendly. I very much enjoy their active wear but unless you fit a certain demographic, the sales people will not give you the time of day. I went in with my wife and we weren't greeted or even acknowledged, but the sales people on the floor (3) had the time to greet customers coming in right behind us with no problem. We circled the store several times and weren't noticed at all. Me being from a retail background for over 10 years know this is unacceptable for any brand. I was completely turned off by the whole experience and just told my wife I would wait for her outside. As I did that each person walking in was greeted, engaged with, and tended to that fit a certain type of clientele and it's just really unfortunate and unprofessional. I will continue to shop the brand but do it from their ecommerce site. read more

I love the clothes but i do not appreciate their customer service. No they cannot help me find my favorite jacket in a size 6.... and even if i do find it myself at some store in another state I cannot have it sent to me? really? in 2013 t Lululemon cannot do this for me? This location has a great staff and is close to all the stores I like to frequent. CLOTHING The yoga pants are just amazing even though they are stupid expensive. I've bought my share of sport bras here too but I find it kind of funny that the guys who work here will try to help you in the department. The jackets are such good quality and I really can't compare them to anything other than the Zella brand at Nordstrom. YOGA They have yoga classes in the store on Sundays. I haven't been to one but I hear they bring in good instructors to teach. read more

I will never return due to the quality of service provided by the staff. No one greeted me, asked if I needed help, yet I saw them fall over themselves to help another type of demographic. It was appalling to say the least. Only one person greeted me after I had been there at least 10 minutes. I stared at two look me straight in the eye and walk away, an African American male and female. I was looking for a sports bra in my size because apparently everyone is my size so the rack only had huge sizes. However, due to the cold shoulder given by the staff, I decided to leave. I've been treated better in stores that sell much cheaper clothing. At least they smile, greet you, and ask if you need anything. Namaste, rude staff. read more

I really hate to have to update my review, but my last trip to the store was a terrible experience, and judging by someone else's recent review, I don't seem to be alone. I was in not long ago for an event. I had a decent amount of money to spend and wanted to coordinate an outfit. The inventory happened to be a little off, with pants not really matching bras not really matching tops. I was having a hard time and walked around FOREVER trying to put something together. At no time did anyone offer to help. The young associates were too busy trying on outfits and swooning over how awesome they looked. When I asked for some help on sizes or fitting rooms or opinions on how things looked, I felt like a total inconvenience. This is a total 180. I used to be 100% loyal to this store (see my original review), making the drive even though there's another lulu closer to me now. I've since learned that there was a management turnover, which must explain why. Hopefully they get their act back together, but I'm not sure I'll find out because I don't have any desire to go back again. read more

Bought a couple of hats I liked on the shelf last week. Got them home and they were really big for my head. Anyways I went to return them today with receipts and tags in order. The woman explained that she wouldn't give me my money back because they are hats, and proceeded to explain that the company has a no lice policy? Insinuating that I might have lice I suppose . ?? At any rate I asked her to show me the policy on my receipt or elsewhere, where I couldn't return a hat. She could not . The hats were unworn by the way . I asked to speak with someone else that could help me . She refused . I was a strange combination of embarrassed/ angry with a total stranger looking back at me with such a smug look on her face . She explained that I could swap them for a shirt. " don't you like shirts?" She asked me. Now I'm fuming. If I wanted a shirt I would've bought one. Instead..I bought 2 overpriced, slightly oversized baseball caps and I simply want to return them. What a ridiculous experience. I finally demanded to put the money back on the card I bought them with and she relented . I'll never go in that store again because of that woman. For fear I'd say something I'd regret if I ever saw her again. Pretty intense feelings to have towards a person I don't even know , especially for a mild mannered guy like myself. Strangely I looked up their return policy on line and it clearly stated that there was a 30 day return policy for any item that was unwashed or unworn . This woman just made up this scenario for the sake of being obtuse . Very gross customer service. Shameful really. If I knew her name I'd mention it . But she was evidently the late afternoon MOD 5/25/18. Seriously the most antagonistic customer service I've ever dealt with. Never again will I set foot in that store. read more

I love Lulu and pretty much wear it exclusively at the gym, biking and while at yoga practice. The Perimeter Lulu store is over on the Nordstrom side of the mall and to the right. The store is pretty small and selection isn't as good as the store in Buckhead. So this store is good for a quick buy but not for a more in depth search. Alterations take three or four days. Ugh. The stores in NY and FL do it same day or next day! And it goes without saying that the prices are higher than the average athletic gear but I like Lulu's quality and designs better. read more

Lululemon is the perfect example for yogis in India to cite when speaking out against 'the commercial exploitation of yoga in the West.' Disgusting! This place is super expensive. I cannot imagine the sadhus and yogis understanding why yoga pants or yoga mat has to cost so much. Pitiful New Age borrowing of principles to make money while fooling masses who need direction. We're all lost and expensive pair of yoga pants in psychedelic colors or doing yoga on mats that cost more than what a sadhu's meals cost in a year ain't gonna help a lost soul get found. One of the most disgusting parts of the store: check out the vision boards consisting of the goals of their staff. At the store by Lenox, one woman wrote that she wants to model in NYC. Objectification, shallow goals, and goals for material things - it's fine and all New Age-y, but OFFENSIVE to yoga and to the principles behind yoga. Pathetic. Ladies, we aren't dumb objects that can be fooled. This lululemon location is in Perimeter Mall, near the Apple store. It's got a small store front, so non-descript that I walked right past it the first time I was looking for it. The store has a large logo on the front window. The store itself is pretty small, but very organized with a lot of very helpful store associates who want to help you find the perfect gear for your work-out needs. The store also offers free yoga classes (quality all-level classes) every Sunday, which is a pretty cool thing - they move all the shelves off to the side, and utilize the entire floor. They also have yoga mats for use during the classes. Neat! read more

Ever noticed if you are over 30 you are ignored in Lululemon? I have attempted to purchase something for my wife from their Perimeter Mall location and not once have been asked if I could be helped ... not once. And buying yoga pants for a female is not the easiest of challenges. Yet I'll look up and there will be 4-6 18-22 yr old sales personnel just standing there chatting ... and completely ignoring me. I thought it was just me ... but when my wife, who actually used to buy things there, shared the same experience, I thought it worthy of comment. She is now a customer of Athletica and it is a pleasure to spend money in a store where you are actually valued as a customer. read more

I love clean stores, good customer service, and comfy clothes. Lululemon has it all, especially at this location. Its not too big of a store so not overwhelming, its organized, customer service is great (a lot of people available for the amount of people who were talking in here). And of course, lululemon provides some of the cutest and comfy clothes to work out in at the gym or for a run. I cannot run far unless I am comfortable. I will say though if you are bigger chested like me dont get your bras here as they usually do not have enough support or converage unless you are doing light workouts like lifting for arm or leg day instead of HIT cardio, but everything else is great ^-^. If you are blessed with a smaller bust, the bras are super cute and if your pads go bad, they will replace it for free for you. Def recommend. read more
