These 2 did such a great job the first time they came, that I assumed all carpet cleaners were this good. Then tried ZeroRez with a coupon, and immediately regretted it. Brooks has tackled the most ridiculous stains at our house, they always show up when scheduled and finish on time, and are honestly really good at what they do. Got our carpets professionally cleaned this week by Brooks Carpet Cleaning! WOW, did they do an amazing job! It was cheap too, I didn't ask in advance how much it would be but I had an estimate in my head based on other carpet cleaning experiences. They cost about half what I thought it would. They got out two tough stains that other cleaners missed. I really, really liked them. They are based in Duvall but I know they do at least Redmond and Woodinville as well. Will be booking them again in the future as we have two dogs and a cat and the carpets take a beating here. read more

Brooks Carpet Cleaning have been my go to carpet cleaners for years. I usually wait too long in-between cleans and so they have their work cut out for them because my three kids, one large dog and cat tend to not be kind to my carpets. I've used Brooks carpet cleaning in the past to clean my carpets, so I called Brooks Carpet Cleaning to clean my couch and all my area rugs. I'm so happy my couch is clean again. I never write reviews...but Greg was AWESOME! I just found his company online and called him in a panic. I had family coming into town the next day and my carpet needed cleaning. He did not have any openings, but he was able to work me in between a few of his clients. He was VERY professional and a great communicator. My carpet is spotless. I'm sorry to say that I'm a little less than satisfied. Unhappy about: In 1 wk since cleaning my carpet looks grungy. 3 rooms was advertised 3 for $109. My 1 small room and hall cost me $99. ( I should've asked for a clear quote when making the appointment) I assumed it would've been cheaper by his surprise of my small area needing cleaning. That's what assuming gets ya. ( my fault). The cleaners were in & out of my home in 20 minutes. While here my husband asked if it was possible to steam a small area (aprox 12inchesx12inches)in my formal living room. (my sick doggie did some unexpected business the night before.) Greg said No, that it's not what he and I had agreed upon. He was correct, it wasn't. But truly I would've hoped for better customer service to accommodate us with such a small request ( I was not looking for a freebie either). Happy about: I was fit into his schedule quicker than originally quoted ( due to my smaller area). All in All- I would not call brooks next time. I have a steam cleaner but also a busy schedule. He saved me a couple hrs of doing it myself but not sure it was worth the quick 20 minutes it took him/$99 loss/poor accommodation of the 12 inch spot I needed additional help with/and return of the grunge 1 week later. I have another family member receiving his service today in fact. I hope their experience is better than mine. I may of suggested going elsewhere but being 1 wk til thank aging it may be difficult. read more
