Hands down the BEST carpet cleaning company out there. As a property manager who manages many single family homes, I know I need to have a good carpet cleaning company and by gosh I found them! We work very closely with Wendy and Jon, the owners. We don't just use their services for our rental properties but also for all of our personal homes as well. We prefer our tenants at each renewal period to clean their carpets as well as at move out and ALWAYS provide them with Extreme Steams information. They really do an amazing job. You can always tell when they have cleaned at a home because of the type of circular cleaning attachment they use, the Rotovac cleans much better than the others. They also use a truck mounted carpet cleaner which we require. The techs I have met are all honest, hard working, on time and they know what they are doing! I had a tenant move out of a townhome and left behind a nice large neon PINK circle stain on the carpet and I was convinced it was not going to come out, after I had Extreme come out I went and checked on the carpet expecting to see the large pink stain but no! They were able to easily get the stain out for me, to the point where I couldn't even remember where the stain originally was. They are always quick to answer their phone or email, they get us on the schedule even if it is last minute and they are so easy to work with! I really enjoy working with Wendy, it is the highlight of my day when I get to chat with her! Wow ... what a gem of a business this is in my little home town! I heard about Extreme Steam from an ad that I saw in The View from Harbour Pointe magazine. I needed the carpets cleaned in my house, so I called them for a quote. I spoke with Wendy, one of the owners. Super nice, asked pertinent questions to help get an accurate quote - and when I accepted, she scheduled me immediately. Four days later, my appointment arrives - and I see the van with the tech sitting in front of my house FIVE MINUTES EARLY - when does that ever happen?! He came to the door at the exact time of my appointment, confirmed it was okay to park in the driveway area closest to my front door, looking very professional with his company polo. He walked the house so I could show him the rooms we were cleaning, and he got to work. He was very careful of my wall corners, my furniture, etc. I have a pet so a little but of pee funk in one corner of a hallway, so he treated that with a product they use after it was cleaned - and the odor is just gone. I had my carpets cleaned about 18 months ago by another company - one who advertises on TV - before I hired Extreme Steam, and this clean was far, far better than that one - my carpets looked brand new! It has now been a month or so since they were here and they still look great. I highly recommend this company - I will absolutely use them again when I need cleaning. Great things to say about this company - amazing customer service, super knowledgeable about stain removal - I had a few really old redish ones - and the result was to die for. They use this machine along with their truck mount that cleans in circles. It is not a wand but another piece of equipment. I am not exaggerating when I say it was beautiful! I have used them before a few years ago, and then just recently when my carpeting needed to be cleaned for the first time since I moved to a different house a year or so ago. The tech arrived within the window of time set forth, and was nice, friendly and focused on his work. My carpet was dry within 3 hours - partly because I did turn up the heat in the rooms cleaned, to aid it along. Count me as very satisfied. I called this company because I saw them in The View magazine delivered in Harbour Pointe and I also went to their website. I recently used this company and was extremely pleased! The tech was super thorough - even put corner protection things on my walls to protect the paint! The end result was amazing - they were able to get up two red stains that the prior cleaning company was unable to remove. The price was unbelievable - about half of what I paid to a national company last time around - and I was far more pleased with Extreme's service. Very high end result for a reasonable price. I have used this company again since my last review and all went extremely well again - these guys know their stuff! They did a treatment to assist with a pet smell I had in my house, and it has not come back. I also had two red wine stains that they were able to remove.
