live in senior living and have been a customer for 11 yrs! Unfortunately they are a NO SHOW 2nd time in 5 yrs with no call & no response to my messages i have left by email, text SMS, phone so far. They did this to me a few yrs back & i thought they learned their lesson. I am almost 80 & spent a lot of time prepping for them removing heavy things off my floors too. How can you run a business when you cannot even manage your appt schedule or call if you are delayed? They do not use any appt. confirmation system. When they DO arrive they always do an excellent job. I cannot recommend them since this is the 2nd time with a NO SHOW! I am not valued as a customer! read more

He explained "filtration lines" (blackened areas on carpets) to me which I had never heard of b4. Great quick service, really reasonably priced. Great estimate that they then reduced after they saw the furniture. They were also very flexible about scheduling. I didn't realize that they had a hose that they were going to run from a truck and my building guest parking wouldn't accommodate it. They rescheduled on the same day. I gave Morgan's Chem - Dry a 5 star rating and deservedly so!! They left our home about and hour ago after having cleaned our downstairs carpeting ,stairwell and an upholstered sofa , all of which had not been cleaned for 2+ years due to Covid considerations and indeed they were very dirty. I am pleased to report that all of the aforementioned items have been restored to "showroom quality" and we are very pleased with the outcome. Ron and his crew show up promptly as scheduled and are fast, efficient , knowledgeable and no nonsense . In addition, they are priced very fairly. Great/prompt service. After having a baby with reflux, it was definitely time to get the carpets clean. I did notice a bit of cleaning residue in my feet afterwards but all the stains were gone! Also, we had two chairs done and they took a bit longer to dry then we expected. read more

I truly couldn't be happier to find such a fantastic company and service as Morgan's Chem-Dry. Ron makes everything easy and he's extremely responsive to messages. Recently while we were out of town, one of our dogs became ill while under the care of a pet sitter. She had accidents all over the main section of our home - hallway, living room, entry and stairs. Ron received a "help! urgent need for cleaning" message from me and responded within an hour that he would try and fit us in within the next couple of days. He not only did that, he did a spectacular job. He's incredibly trustworthy, compassionate and a dog lover. I will never use anyone else! read more

I called this company to clean my upholstered furniture. I made an appointment to have someone from the company to come by and give me an estimate. I was told a representative would be by later that day but nobody showed. Called back next day and got owner on phone who said he would come by himself. He did and i was happy with the estimate and set am appointment for a Saturday afternoon. Saturday afternoon came and went and once again a no show. Called and left message to which there was never a response. How this company can stay in business is beyond me. I have raised my initial review from 1 star to 3. After rescheduling, they came and did a fine job and did 3 throw rugs at no extra charge. My bill was less than half the price of their local competitor. read more

We've been using these guys to clean our carpets for years. What I love is they're friendly, punctual, and quick. What I love most is that the carpet dries so quickly- usually within 2 hours it is completely dry, so it is not disruptive at all. Highly recommend! read more

Having experience only with home-type carpet shampoo machines and cleaning solutions, we wanted and needed something more effective and frustration-free. After carefully researching various contractors and their methodologies, we decided to give Morgan's Chem-Dry II a shot at resurrecting our light colored berber carpeting which hadn't been cleaned (other than vacuuming) for a number of years. Wise choice! Ron and Derek swooped in and in a couple of hours made that carpeting look almost new. Granted, though several long standing stains originating from leaking plant pot pans were impossible to completely eradicate, the improvement was still notable. We also had a sofa and chair upholstery and three 8 ft long carpet runners cleaned as well. We really appreciate the fast 2 hour drying time. Ron and Derek's efficient thoroughness and effectiveness earned a well-deserved 5 stars and we would use this Chem-Dry outfit again. read more

I found Morgan's Chem Dry through Consumer's Checkbook where they were rated high for quality and price. They did a great job cleaning our carpets for a reasonable price that was cheaper than other highly rated carpet cleaners. It's owner operated so I can only vouch for Morgan's Chem Dry from Kenmore. I think they cover they entire east side and may even come out west. They arrived on time, did what they said they were going to do, the carpets looked great and generally dried within 2 hours as promised. They even said they would come out to do any touch up if we noticed any issues (we haven't seen anything yet). read more

I own a 3200 sq ft., 5 bedroom house with one living room and two large bonus rooms. About 70% of that floor space is carpeted. When I decided to have everything cleaned, I made a random selection and chose these guys. My call was answered in 3 rings. On top of that, the person who answered was the owner himself! I believe his name was Ron. I was pleasantly surprised when he told me that he would come out and give me an estimate the same day. Ron showed up on time the same day and offered an extremely reasonable rate. He came out a few days later to do the job, arrived punctually, and did a fantastic job in record time. Will be coming back to these guys for as long as I live in this area!!! read more

We have hired this company on a handful of times and 2 out of the 4 times they just didn't show. First time we gave them another shot but after the second time we will never use their service again. The owner of the company didn't even return phone calls on the situation. So this tells me that he doesn't care about customer service or spreading good words about them. If you don't really care if they show up or not, take your chances otherwise use a reliable company. If they could score a negative number I would have chosen that. read more

I have used this service twice a year for the last several years--even voted for him on the "Best of Western Washington". However, I had an appointment with him, that I had scheduled three weeks prior, that he never showed for, never called, never returned my calls (3). The voice on the message recorder is a woman (maybe a wife?) and she never called back either. After scrambling to move all of the furniture and vacuuming everything, I finally gave up. It's been a week since--giving him the benefit of the doubt. Then recollecting on my very first appointment with him I had scheduled for what I thought was the first appointment of the day--8:00 AM. At 9:30, I called to make sure I was still on the schedule and he got angry with me saying that I was not the first appointment of the day and some jobs go longer than anticipated. I thought, "oh, okay--my bad". NOT anymore--it is obvious that this is a small outfit run out of the guys house and he does what he pleases. That is why he is self-employed--can't work for anyone other than himself. Don't get me wrong, my husband is self-employed, but he would never forget who the customer is and what they mean to him and his livelihood. While others--it's all about them. I will be looking for another service. If I could give him zero stars, I would. If he reads this review and would like to make it up to me, I am still willing to give him the benefit of the doubt. I will then leave an updated review; otherwise, my comments stand. I like the Chem-Dry product and not all servicers service our area. read more
