A friendly smiling welcoming face met us as we entered the roadside diner, we were seated promptly and our waitress came to our table side almost immediately. Adjacent tables with local regulars were enjoying lunch on the Tuesday afternoon. Waitresses friendly and busily attending to their needs. Addressing them by name and always with a smile. Our waitress was no different and kept our glasses full and checked on us regularly. The salad bar is one of the freshest I've experienced by far. The soups steaming and flavorful. A great find.

My son, his wife and two daughters and I went for an early dinner. The service was attentive and quick! I ordered the standby I've always loved there- the wings! As delicious as I remember and oh that homemade blue cheese!! So great!! I ordered a beef sandwich that came on a toasted bun with the requested creamy horseradish sauce. It also came with au jus to dip. I think it was top round? The au jus was extremely salty and I could not use it at all- the creamy horseradish spread saved the day! It was a delicious sandwich with lots of meat. We appreciated the quick service and I really enjoyed the food. It was really good! Our server was friendly and efficient and checked up on us numerous times. Why 4 stars? Well there was no toilet paper in the ladies room- that's a big drawback. I brought it to the servers attention and it was immediately fixed. I would definitely come here more often, but I have since moved away. They feature a pasta night which sounds great! My son and his family will return to try it out. I look forward to going back to Ron's when I'm in the area.

The night we were there, sweet pea soup, escargot, pierogis, mussels, arugula salad, filet mignon, John Dory, walleye, and a crab/pasta dish were on the menu. * Pricing is actually rather reasonable, between $14-22 for the app courses, and $32-52 for the 4 mains. It's BYOB, so that's a big savings as well. These sort of small scale restaurants that are a labor of love are getting harder and harder to find. The atmosphere is intimate, casual, and personal (fellow diners overheard that we forgot to bring a wine and they gave us an extra bottle they brought with them!). If you find yourself in Pottstown--as we did, make a point of going to Henry's. And ask Frank why he called his restaurant "Henry's"... (hint: it has to do with doors).

Nice, inviting industrial interior. The Bad: Food was mid at best, inedible at worst. Not hyperbolizing on the inedible. Ordered the kids chicken tenders and these things were fried to oblivion. Cheesesteak was OK. They were out of sweet potato fries the day we visited, but the regular fries were OK. *They comped extra fries since they were out of sweet potato, which was a nice touch.* Ordered the buffalo chicken cheesesteak that came back without cheese and was covered in what had to be taco seasoning. Sent it back thinking we got the wrong order. 2nd one came back with cheese this time, but still tasted like that store bought pouch of taco seasoning. Definitely not your traditional buffalo. Kid liked their smash burger. Verdict: Come for the drinks before and/or after eating elsewhere.

It is a corropolese roll. A pepperoni pizza steak was my go-to in high school. On this cheesesteak, the pepperoni was on top, and the sauce was on/near the bottom. It was 2 different bites, top/bottom. I prefer everything mixed together. This cheesesteak has plenty of flavor. If it is an option, I would save the $3 and get it on a non-garlic roll.

Cucumber "salad" is just pickles in a small cup and sandwiches are trying too hard to be fancy. Spent 30 bucks on two sandwiches, which is a bit steep for a small cafe, in my humble opinion. A sweet scene across the street from the Colebrookdale Rail, we sat outside and enjoyed the quiet view. My husband ordered an Iced Caramel Fluff Coffee and my being on a chai kick lately, tried their small hot variety. Drinks came out quickly considering the line of patrons ordering and most of the indoor seating full. We sat with our number at a table outside. The brisk air was delightful and even more delightful was the rest of our breakfast. My husband ordered an Everything Bagel Sandwich with Cheddar and Sausage. He enjoyed it, said it needed some spice or sauce though. I was delighted in my pick! An Everything Bagel with the lemon-dill cream cheese. This cream cheese should be sold on its own! I'd purchase (or would love to steal the recipe!). The cream cheese was more a like a dip in consistency. Smooth, flavorful and light. This was inspo for me to try to make later and put on bagels, sandwiches and crackers (still thinking about eating it, lololol). What a wonderful start to the weekend! A local gem in Brakeman's!!
