Our dinner was all-around amazing! Our waitress and the bartender were very attentive and communicative (letting us know when our food was estimated to come, filling drinks, checking in) and provided exceptional service throughout the meal. The food was AMAZING! Don't expect it to be super speedy, but enjoy a chance to unwind and enjoy a great meal.

The place had a nice ambiance for a town center bar/restaurant and wasn't too loud. We were seated fairly quickly and received great service. I ordered the OMG Burger and the Cream of Chesapeake soup. The burger was delicious! It has a fig jam on it that just bursts with flavor

*Indoor Dining Review*…read more We came here for brunch and wasn't expecting anything special, but we were all pleasantly surprised with the restaurant overall, food and service. Restaurant: 4.5/5 Service: 5/5 Food: 5/5 ~Restaurant~ Just walking in the first impression is this place has a lot of history, the first floor looks like a typical bar/restaurant type setup, with a ton of wall arts. There's also an option to sit upstairs with semi-open air (Can be close using garage doors..yes garage doors), which we chose since it was a really nice day. Everything's clean apart from the sticky tables. ...Also the check they give you at the end is in a book (Shown in the picture). Love the idea. ~Service~ Our waitress is very friendly, attentive and helpful. No complains here. ~Food~ What we order: -Breakfast Burrito (Delicious) -Crab Skillet (Very Delicious, highly recommended) -Crab Toast Breakfast (Delicious) -Smokehouse Skillet (Delicious) Overall all of the food we ordered are cooked nicely and seasoned, and the portion is just perfect. I was a little worry with the price of crab dishes (being a bit low to me) that we would get either intimidation crab or not enough if it is real crab. The crabs are real and plentiful. I was just telling my girlfriend how good the food is, and that we should go back for brunch again soon. Since there are a lot of other stores we can walk around and visit afterwards. I look forward to going back again.

Pancakes w/ scrambled eggs and American cheese w/ bacon. I also ordered a side of bacon as well. I really enjoyed the pancakes! The were so fluffy and soft and sweet. You can tell they have a great batter to start. The scrambled eggs w/ American cheese was not as firm as I would have liked. I would have preferred my eggs be cooked a little longer before the cheese was added. The eggs were not seasoned. I didn't taste salt or pepper, just the cheese. The bacon was regular bacon, not too salty and it was fairly crispy. I would eat from here again. I really didn't have any complaints besides the temperature of my food and that's a quick fix. Try them out yourself!

The veggie omelette was good with plenty of crunchy peppers and onions inside. This time, I use my friend's pro tip and crunched up my bacon into my grits. Omg, what a game changer. Yes, it's definitely your basic diner food. It's nothing crazy creative and it's not a culinary experience. But it's consistent, hearty, and cheap. There's a reason they've been around for over 50 years. I swear, I really am starting to crave their home fries on a regular basis so it's only a matter of time before I'm back again soon.

The menu was basic and not frilly, just 1 page with a front and back. And before I forget, tĥey serve some of the best coffee eveŕ, nice añd smooth, no bitteŕs what so ever. I was in the mòod for Freñch toast with a side of bacon (4 strips) and a boŵl of chicken noodlè soup for my husband. All really good. The decor was 50's style and seats were matchìng all in 50's fasĥion. The only thìñg that would have made it more 1950 style would have the staff dress accordingly to that dècade.

I chose corned beef hash with scrambled cheese eggs and home fries. My bf ordered bacon, scrambled eggs, home fries, and French toast. The meals also come with toast; they let you choose if you want it. My bf got his side of toast. I skipped it because I knew I'd be too full. The home fries weren't my favorite. They cook them with onions which isn't my preference (but easy to pick around and I'm sure I could have asked for them without), and they also just didn't have a lot of flavor to me. The corned beef hash was good, nice and crispy. The eggs were fluffy and had a generous amount of cheesy goodness. I tasted my bf's French toast and bacon, both of those were good. Overall, this is a cool spot to check out and enjoy the classic diner vibe!
