I've always gotten my oil changed there for the past 8 years or so, and put tires on several vehicles at decent prices. Recently the pipe between the catalytic converter and the muffler broke on my 20 year old Ford F250 pickup. I wasn't about to pay for a whole new exhaust system. I dropped by yesterday afternoon to ask what to do. They recommended getting a pipe custom-cut to patch the break and clamps to hold it all together. Gave me an estimate of $80-100. I left it there overnight; it was done at 3:30 this afternoon-- Bill was $77.64. Can't get better serice than that. Plus, everybody's friendly; small-town smiles!

Then tried to cover it up and said they sucked it out. Being patient I let it be and tried to believe them. Later that night my temperature gauge pegged. Notified them and they said if I didn't bring it back to them for a flush they wouldn't pay for it. Would not put me in contact with a higher up. I was not willing to take the car back to some place that messed it up in the first place. They said they would reach out to resolve it after I took it to the dealer and didn't. I had to get ahold of corporate and their insurance to resolve it. They did end up paying for the flush and inspection at the dealership as well as apologized for the negligence and poor handling of the issue. Probably not the best place for an oil change or a place for quality management. Cheap oil changes turn out to not be worth it.

While they so graciously refunded the cost of the oil change, which essentially admitted guilt, they refused to reimburse the cost of the tow, repairs, hotel & Lyft. After calling Valvoline to make a claim, they said I would get a call back. Instead I had to call again after 4 days without hearing back from them.
