Clean clean clean laundromat I've been. Hopefully will be like this. You can tell this is well maintained. Machines are not filthy. No homeless around not like the rest of the laundromat it's like hanging around by homeless. Machines don't smell like mildew..oooops my bad there is one hangin around inside, his quite, backpacks and another came in, I believed due of the restroom. Restroom is available. Better to come around 2pm not too many people, however you can easily spot homeless ones hanging around.

This place is a hidden gem. When I walked in I saw the owner sweeping the floor, there is a bathroom which is important and all the signs are laminated and the machines are clean the floor is clean the walls are clean and it just has an all-around cheery feel. My clothes came out really fluffy with only 40 minutes of dry time And I can't say enough how everything is so well appointed and clean. Nice TVs and music playing it was a very pleasant experience and I will be coming to this laundromat from now on

I wish they would get a security guard. So many homeless men who just stand outside your car and ask for money or just stair at you. I Just feel very uncomfortable especially with the time change, it gets so dark so early And having my young son With me.

I never thought I would ever be impressed enough by a laundromat to write a review. Well, Brothers Coin Laundry in Seal Beach is such a nice facility that it almost makes doing laundry, well, fun. My perception of a laundromat is a small, stuffy storefront filled with half-broken machines and stinky people that don't speak a lick of English. Why does this image come to my head? Simply because that's exactly what I used to experience back in my days of living in Gardena. Now, living near Seal Beach, I get the privilege of washing my threads in a sleepy beach community, and I couldn't be happier. It's located in an inconspicuous strip mall along PCH, and if you blink, you'll probably miss it. I've been there a few times in the early afternoon, and it's perfect. Parking right in front, and maybe 1 other customer. The machines all seem to be newer and work flawlessly. My clothes actually come out clean and dry!! On top of that, it's so quiet and relaxing inside. No kids running around, teenagers blasting their wom-wom dubstep on their iPods, and no armpit-sweat-smelling creepers soaking every garment with Spray n' Wash. The TV (if even turned on) has the volume down very low, and tuned to an English-speaking channel! No more soccer games! So getting to the point, Brothers Coin Laundry is clean, quiet, and the machines work. I will be a regular for sure!

Cleanup crew using customer's cart to dump trash @8:45PM

No frills here. I want to love this place but a few things are preventing it from happening. First, the cleaning crew is extremely rude. I understand you wanting to leave early, but this is a business. They start cleaning at 8:30pm and if you stay pass 9:00, they will often pass by your machine and look at it. The rude lady stood in front of my dryer countless times and at 9:45, looked at me with a stern face and pointed at the clock. She spoke no English so I couldn't communicate how my drying was done in 5 minutes (somehow she didn't seem to notice the time left while staring at my machine) and no folding was necessary. They keep this place relatively tidy but the chemicals they use are rather harsh. This crew will also be redundant and clean the same area over and over again around your area to encourage you to leave I suppose. Again, at 8:30, extremely rude and unnecessary.

The sanitizing machines and consistently clean environment make it stand out. I've watched them wipe down machines as soon as a customer finishes. I have a washer and dryer at home but still come here for comforters and personal items. We have pets, so I prefer a place where I know the machines are thoroughly cleaned. I've been coming for a year and it's my favorite laundromat in Long Beach. Parking is never an issue and machines are always available no matter what time I walk in. They call it Laundry Guys, but I'm the Laundry Girl. Highly recommended.

There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

I started going there once a week the last six months and for a while I thought it was a user error. I would try different soaps I tried different washing machines. I tried less clothes and the washing machine to the point where it wasn't even half a load. My clothes are always dirty. They never get washed. You can smell the perfume still on them after wash and dry, my socks still smell like dirty socks stains, don't come out at all. My white clothes that I bleach do not look like I bleached them. I went to another laundromat the last two or three times and my clothes were clean and I do the exact same thing I do over there. I stopped going there a couple weeks ago because I had to get a refund because one of the washing machine stopped working on me And then I started going somewhere else and came back today and it was the same thing dirty clothes they don't look washed. It's really disappointing. It's so close to my house.

He literally had to come out to me in the parking lot and be rude with his approach. Since the beginning, he was threatening me not to throw my trash here. I responded and told him would you rather have the trash in the parking lot or in a trash can, simple as that. He says he already has enough trash from the people washing, seems to me like he's just lazy and doesn't want to do his job. Second of all, there is no signs in the laundry mat saying you can't throw trash in the trash can if you aren't a customer. Take in mind, I occasionally also do my laundry here at times as well so I'm no stranger to this laundromat. If he would've had a better approach on it maybe things would've went better, however the way he handled himself clearly shows he has an issue with me solely based off my appearance. He put the cherry on top once he came out and basically threw the trash almost inside my car. This guy is clearly miserably and hates his life, so he has to tell put his anger on people and shouldn't be doing this job as he is going to cause issues as he isn't mentally right. As said, if his attitude would've been better I would've had a better understanding with him, but he definitely drove me from not doing laundry here again. Everything was recorded and can be seen as they have cameras all over the parking lot. I will also call the police if he ever tries to approach me again in the manner he did as I do go across the street to eat at the restaurant and also buy from the liquor store.

Called…read morethis place up and the gentleman over the phone was extremely nice, helpful, and answered all my questions. Since I had other errands to run, I opted for the wash and fold service. Price seemed reasonable at $2 a pound. They let you bring your own detergent, which is great as I have many allergies to scents in detergents (they do offer detergent as well for various prices at different amounts and offer a scentless option as well, I just felt better bringing my own detergent). They also offer hypoallergenic dryer sheets options. So I decided to give them a try. When entering, the place is clean. Not just clean, it's spotless. The workers don't sit behind the counter, they are on the floor, sweeping, wiping counters and machines down with disinfectant wipes, etc. And other than soap, there is no odor. They keep it CLEAN. There are some sitting areas, an area where laundry baskets on wheels are kept for use, and a dispenser to buy detergent. Machines all have tap menus to pay--if you have cash, you have to get a tap card at the front. No machines here use coins, everything is modernized. If you need help, staff is there to help you with anything you have questions about. I took my laundry pre-sorted in bags to the counter. The gentleman who answered the phone came over and took my information and then weighed my bags. Just shy of $68 for a little over 33 pounds of laundry. Said they would try to be done by end of day but Sundays are busy, so they give 24 hours (which is stated--laundry done within 24 hours, so if you come late or it's super busy, you may not have your things until next morning). I said it's fine, I can come late, morning, or whatever. They took my clothes and my detergent. I got a text saying I would be notified upon completion. Thanked the guy and left to get everything done I had to rush to do. Got a text message a little over 2 hours later that my clothes were already ready! Drove over to pick them up, was greeted by the same gentleman. Everything was folded very nicely and bagged up. They even saved my bags I used for the clothes and kept them alongside my detergent. Everything was labeled nicely and clearly. All I had to do was come in and pick up my clothes, using a laundry basket to wheel them out to my car. I was so impressed with their work that I returned the next day and had my towels washed because my replacement unit was delayed being delivered. I received the same excellent service. If you have an emergency and need your laundry done, either you have a broken unit or have errands to run but need it all done with no way to wait for it yourself, I HIGHLY recommend this place with their wash and fold service. Just note it gets super busy on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The sooner you arrive to drop off, the sooner it can be done. Rates are different for different types of clothes or bedding, so be aware ahead of time checking the signs or calling in advance to ask. I don't know rates if you stay and wash things yourself since I used the wash and fold services.

You can really tell they pay attention to the little details. The laundromat itself was also spotless, and the representative who helped me was very kind (unfortunately I forgot to ask for her name!)
