This is the WORST company I have ever had to deal with. Not only did they push my pickup time and date three times, but when the OWNER showed up to my house, he verbally fought with me about the pricing. The woman at his office quoted me for one price, and then he tried to say we needed to pay almost TWICE that. When I asked for an explanation he threw the linen at me and said "I'm done" and then sped off in his car. Stay away from this company at all costs. They are extremely unprofessional, and highly aggressive and combative. They clearly don't communicate either since his response as to why I got a different price is because the woman is "shy" and didn't want to tell me the real price. The owner should never be allowed to speak with anyone the way he spoke to me and I will be letting my management team know. Watch out for this aggressive man and company. read more

Awfulllll place!!! Rudeeeee Owner!! I dropped 19 pieces of clothing and the owner was not present then to see what price I was getting and the employee told me he would call me back to discuss the price. He called me on Thursday I returned his call on Monday because I was away for the weekend. He had already done the cleaning and told me I owe $488 if I pay in credit and $400 if I pay in cash. I told him to send me a break down of my prices. When he emailed me, he took back his offer of $400 in cash and said to pay $488 in CASH ONLY! This is given the 30% discount, his employee "APPARENTLY" gave me!! When I called, his exact words were "That $400 offer was on top of my head and I hadn't thought about it" and very rudely shouted at me and said "This is my price, come get your stuff or they will be sold on EBAY" "SORRY YOU CAN'T AFFORD MY PLACE" read more

My husband likes his clothes done weekly if not more nevertheless they always oblige him, quick quality service for a great price as well as close to home. I absolutely love this place. Bob and his team are wonderful and this dry cleaner is a true, rare find. I had purchased a beautiful black dress from a high end Beverly Hills retailer. For some reason, there was an unexplained odor trapped in the garment. I did not notice it in the store but upon first wearing, I could smell it.
