I am writing this review right now as I sit in the lobby. It is being dictated so there may be some grammar issues. place is incredible they get things done quick. I went to Big Bear and had my Splash Shield messed up. I also had brake issues. They fixed my brakes and then they coach me through on how to get my Splash Shield at Honda world. In addition to this they coach me through a how to do it so that way I do not have to pay for the whole Splash Shield I only need a half a splash shield in the plastic part. This alone save me a hundred and seventy dollars. The guy who helped me out was Diego. On top of that when I call to sit in an appointment there's no way to do it, but you let them know that you are coming in and if they have your system ready they will pre-order the parts for you. This place is fantastic I will definitely be coming back. On top of that they're not going out and trying to scare you and trying to upsell you like crazy like other places as well. The people who work here are Straight Shooters. Only thing I hear is a suggestion to keep an eye out for this item or that item. read more

PLEASE READ & DON'T COME HERE this is a very disingenuous company. Last month I recommended my mom go here because i thought they were providing decent service. when she went to get an oil change, they basically cut a hole through the bottom of the engine splash shield to access whatever the needed to for the oil change. The engine splash shield needs to be screwed off every time, they've done this at her mechanic, other oil places etc but this place was just being lazy. now there's a big hole cut out from under her car. the splash shield can't do what it's meant to do anymore. the crazy thing is that they didn't even tell her about it. HER MECHANIC LITERALLY SAW AND TOLD HER!!!! also, she paid for hybrid oil and she burned through it so fast. since going there she went to get her car serviced at another place, payed for the same oil and it's lasted her so long. I honestly feel like they're cheaping out on their customers. lastly, when i went the last time, they left my hand brake on and drove it out like that. that's so insane to me. just putting this warning out for everyone because personally I felt like they were doing great, i came here every time my car needed to be serviced but after they did what they did to my mom's car... i am suspicious to what they're capable of and if my car is now have a bit of problems because I've always came here. I've been coming here for years! They are very honest guys and work with what you got. From oil changes, brake inspections, air pumps, etc, they got you covered. Even after moving 15 minutes further away, I still go here. The pricing is very reasonable. Came here on a whim because I've got a long trip to drive this weekend and it's close to my office. Called ahead but there was no need. It's first come first serve regardless. All three of the guys I interacted with were very polite and helpful. They went above and beyond to help me with my strange Hyundai turn-signal problems. Got a high-mileage blend oil change and a cabin air filter replaced. They took the car immediately, since there was a spot open in the garage, and they got to work right away. Price was better than reasonable and now the car smells nice with the new cabin air filter. My fluids were all topped off for free. They even were going to vacuum my car and wash the exterior for the same price, which I denied since my car has too much junk in it and I needed to get back to work fairly quickly.
