Good food overall, but a little pricey; a sandwich, fries, and soda cost roughly $30. They have a nice craft beer selection and a unique wall covered in first responder badges, that is nice to browse. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

Really fun menu with lots of tasty options. You order at the desk and then the food is brought out. We were greeted as we walked in and staff checked in with us during our stay to make sure nothing more was needed. Helpful suggestions with what to order. Sandwiches and burgers were great and perfectly cooked. Great balance of flavors. Crispy fries. Smart to have a small play area for kids. Would definitely return.

I met friends here while visiting family for the weekend. The employee was extremely friendly and explained the menu. I know it is a burger place but I ordered a steak wrap, Parmesan garlic fries and shared the smores bronuts dessert. The steak in the wrap had no flavor and I didn't care for soggy croutons or celery in the wrap. On a positive note, the ingredients were fresh. The bronuts were weird shaped donuts with chocolate syrup, marshmallows and graham crackers thrown on top. It was maybe a dessert that a little kid would like. My friend got one of their hamburgers and he said the burger was average and agreed that his fries were not impressive and flavorless. My fries had some flavor. I will not be returning. The 2 stars are for the friendly service and fresh ingredients.

My wife suggested that we go here tonight for dinner. She heard a few people we know had gone here. Nice place with a friendly helpful staff. Right when we walked in we were welcomed and when we left they made sure to say thanks for coming in tonight. Heck, I thought I was at Cheers (if you remember that TV show). The food was well made and good size dishes. They offer Burgers, Sandwiches and Salads all with a little "Brother Twist". We will definitely be going back.

Finally stopped in to try Brothers and I'm glad I did! Let's get into it... Ambiance - The interior is pretty large with ample seating that can accommodate small or large groups. There's miscellaneous movie posters on the wall, and had some classic rock tunes playing while people dined. It was a nice vibe for a place that specializes in burgers and sandwiches. Service - Service was good. You go up and place your order at the counter then they bring the food out to you. The two ladies I interacted with were both friendly and helpful. Food - I ordered the 0902 sandwich and it was a damn good sandwich! Flavors were popping in each bite. I had no regrets with my order and thoroughly enjoyed my sandwich. Overall, this was a great first impression and I would definitely return to try other things. They have a lot of things on their menu that sound delicious, so I'm excited to see what I else they have to offer. Highly recommend!

This place is simply amazing! The food is consistently delicious, and it's a family-friendly restaurant. My go-to burger is the Two Seventeen, which has bacon, a fried egg, cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, pickles, and mustard instead of their fancy sauce (which is also good). It comes on their milk roll with fries. They always have cold beer on tap, and their service is welcoming and friendly. We usually come here when we are in the mood for a quality burger or on my son's birthday, and they've always treated us like family. Thank you, Brothers, for taking such great care of us every time we visit.

Dined in with my friend the other day, and the food was absolutely delicious! The ambiance was perfect, and the owners and staff were so hospitable and friendly. The food was so fresh and yummy. We tried Brothers out today and I have to say I was very impressed. The dining room was closed but someone came outside right away to greet us and take our order. We had the Thundaa and the 217. The burgers were fantastic and the fries were hot , fresh and crispy. The service was fast and friendly. Will definitely go back. read more

Took a while to realize they were open as the outside looks slightly dark (tint film), I realized it was open while the shelter in place was/is going on so I've only had food to go! I've had the Sierra Echo (blue cheese one!) --- out of this world delicious. My sister brought me here today & I was pleasantly surprised from the minute we walked in the door. So casual, so welcoming and they have a play area for kids! For that reason alone I would come back, but I still want to mention the quality of food which was 5 stars. I've never had a burger with fried cheese but that was awesome & the meat was great & so were the fries. I feel like my review is not doing them justice..go try Brothers for yourself! read more

I am SOO happy that we tried Brothers, couldn't wait till it opened, then the pandemic hit, but they got back on their feet and gave us a great restaurant AND delicious food! The owners are super nice and you can tell by the food, the presentation, they've been in the restaurant business for a long time. Although the menu is limited due to the pandemic, they still produce an amazing menu and with businesses struggling, I am happy to support them and will keep ordering every chance I get. Please try this new restaurant if you're in the mood for great tasting food, they will not disappoint. read more

Our first time here and as a family who loves burgers. I gotta say that we are impressed!!!Up until now Five Guys was our go to place. Portions are huge!!! The owners are very friendly and hospitable. We are located in Modesto but don't mind the drive to Ripon for a delicious meal. Give this family your support and love. The food is very amazing here. I really think everyone for sure should come here and enjoy their great food. It's amazing that a family restaurant still thinks of family and takes off Sundays to be with their family. Their staff is very personable and friendly and even suggested some items when we asked! You have got to try the bee better my honey beer it is off the charts. I also love the fact that they incorporate family into naming their items and also help out with local fundraisers. They also have a very special corner just for kids to play! Will definitely be coming here again in the very near future!! read more

Let me start by saying I've been a registered nurse for 36 years and 25 of those in intensive care units. Having said that, I've been extremely reluctant to dine in anywhere. Imagine my delight when I went to Brothers for lunch and found the perfect set up for social distancing and keeping both patrons and staff safe. Great food, happy servers, very family friendly environment. Highly recommend for some yummy food while still staying safe. Bravo Brothers!!! read more

I have gone to Brothers many times since they opened and have thoroughly enjoyed their service , their food, their facility, and dedication to the people in Ripon. I have also spoken to others who share my enthusiasm for this restaurant. They have a good selection of food, their beers are outstanding, and the owners are good people. I heard tell a person made a comment that they are not welcome in our city. That person obviously does not represent our city because the restaurant is doing well and we love the place. My only comment is, if you are not comfortable with eating there, then don't. No one will blame you. But we love this place and hope to see them here for many years. read more

One word - AMAZING!!!! We tried this restaurant for the first time last night and was not disappointed. The Benson burger and Baby J sandwich were delicious. Due to a mixup . I was not able to get burger plated . So I cannot review that . Very clean establishment, friendly staff, co owner (Chad ) is walking around with a big smile greeting patrons . The fries are your larger cut , fluffy and crispy. The Benson burger is the burger I've been looking for! Good size , fresh ingredients, nice char flavorful but not overwhelming. Pickles are fresh not from manufacturers . A good quality place that I'm looking forward to coming back to again and again read more

We have eaten at Brothers several times before and have been very satisfied with our choices. However, we both ordered salads this week and both of us were disappointed with the way the chicken was prepared (a change from the past). Typically, as shown in a review photo, the breaded piece of chicken is sautéed then sliced in strips before placing on the salad. This time, it appeared that after the chicken was cooked and strips were sliced, they were refried again before putting on the salad. It appeared that the chicken wasn't freshly cooked but held and warmed up before putting on the salad. The rest of the salad was fresh. Hopefully our experience was an exception to Brothers' normal standards as we would like to continue supporting this business. read more

Staff was super friendly, went out of their way to make sure the tables were tidy, and refilled drinks really quick. The restaurant is smaller than you expect it to be, but it is cozy, friendly, and not overly loud. We only had a 10 minute wait when we arrived and they were packed. Our waiter Kyle was on point, introduced himself and dropped the special of the day with gusto. If I hadn't already had a ton of carbs for the day I would have gone with it. Ended up ordering the scallops, and fried zucchini appetizers. Scallops are served almost like a soup. The sauce in the bowl was to die for. I'm thinking white wine, and lemon were the major components. It was phenomenal. Fried zucchini was super tasty and is coming home with us. I'd swear it was enough to feed 4 people. For mains, we ordered pot roast and fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Wife loved the pasta and chicken. Surprisingly enough she ate it all, none to go which is super rare for her. The service was really good. They are very nice and friendly. The restroom was clean. We ended up at a big table and they asked if they could seat someone at the other end. We ended up talking to a man who was awesome. We're looking forward to our next dinner there when we return to Manteca.

Wow! Brenda and Willy absolutely made our experience unforgettable. From the moment we walked in, their energy, professionalism, and genuine kindness set the tone for an incredible meal. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect--attentive without being intrusive, friendly without being over-the-top, and just overall amazing at what they do. And the food? Staff is always so inviting, you feel like family there. The kids area was a WIN for me, kids were happy and we were able to enjoy our meals. The beer selection is top notch for sure. The food always comes out fast and is always delicious. I won't be going anywhere else for a burger. My favorite place by far. Oh, AND it's always super clean in there, even the bathrooms, which are sometimes gross in restaurants. You can tell that they take pride in making the place look good for us all! This review is not about the food, which is probably great. There was some conspiracy theory language about the COVID vaccine at the front entrance, discouraging people from getting vaccinated. As a healthcare provider who saw scores of people die prior to the hard fought availability of this life saving vaccine, such misinformation is disturbing and a disservice to science and public health. Walked up to the door, but wasn't sure it was open because the windows are covered in paper. Perhaps the reason was because the employees don't wear masks and customers are allowed to dine-in, in all spaces. No distancing. No one wears masks in there. It's a case of living in la-la land. I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. There should be NO inside dining with this pandemic going on. Wake up people !!! It's not just going to pack it's bags and walk away. Close down already. That's the only way you'll be getting my coin. How embarrassing to see no masks or social distancing! Do better and be safer. read more

Customer service needs improving. I have never met such an arrogant staff. Food was good except for one item and when told about it they were defensive and less than happy to make it right. I think the worst part is you could hear them talking about us in front of other customers. Seriously!! read more
