I wish there was a little more bbq sauce on it or a side but other than that it was good. The mac n cheese needed to be heated up before i ate it but in all his prices are good and the food is delicious. Sides are $4 and the brisket sandwich was $16.50 way lower than mainstream bbq spots!

I never thought about it much. I just walked up to the truck, looked at the menu, ordered my food, and enjoyed the hell out of it. I am certain I have been getting great food from the truck, El Jacalito, for sometime now and highly recommend it.

They are absolutely delicious. I have tried every kind of shrimp taco at their spot and have LOVED each one. You know it's pretty bad when I look over at their truck every time I get on and off the freeway. Trust me, if you like kind service, fresh food, and beautiful looking plates, come here. The truck is parked in a large parking lot with a couple of covered tables next to it for seating; the whole set up is very casual. We took the food to go and ate it a little bit later, but WOW was it amazing!! I was blown away by the flavor in the asada and carnitas, plus they give you a lot of meat in the taco. My friend absolutely loved his torta as well, and said it was one of the best tortas he's ever had. The bread was super soft and the filling was amazing.
