Come by and have drink at the bar, or have table meal in the courtyard. Brunch was delightful, tasty, and served quickly. Such a great place with a very rich history. Ask for James at the bar, amazing service.

Stopped in here for brunch. What a nice place. We were in seated right away outside. The weather was perfect. Our server was Jaitlynn, she was amazing and very tentative. We had the bottomless mimosas($22/pp) we had the choice of many different juices. We had the Croque madam, big portion and it was delicious. Also ordered the short rib and eggs, meat was so tender, very good! There was a 3 man band and they were good. Nice ambiance.

This restaurant's Jazz Brunch was recommended to me by a foodie friend and I'm so glad it was my first dining experience in New Orleans! I arrived and promptly greeted and seated. I could not get over how beautiful and charming the ambiance was. The staff really made me feel welcome and they gave stellar service. Drinking seems to be encouraged in this city. I only ordered one drink (the Dorothy Lamour, yum!) and when I finished, I was given a complimentary glass of champagne when I didn't order another drink. The Jazz Band started tuning up and playing while I waited for my food to arrive. They are a vibe. They went table to table asking what you'd like to hear. I couldn't stop smiling when they played for me. The Oysters Broussard and Deviled Eggs cane to my table and they were both very delicious! The oysters were the biggest and juiciest that I had my throughout my whole trip. For my entree, I was choosing between Shrimp n Grits and the Blue Crab Sardou. I ordered the Blue Crab Sardou against my server's suggestion... LISTEN TO YOUR SERVER'S SUGGESTIONS! I didn't enjoy the dish I chose and was asked if I wanted something else. I felt so silly I just kept it and faced the consequences. I'm really grateful for the experience at Broussard's especially as my first experience to New Orleans dining. I think about this place often since September. Can't wait to go back on my next trip. Currently, Jazz Brunch is Friday-Sunday 10am-3pm

Great food and bottomless mimosas?! Sign me up! In town for a football game, we were recommended the jazzy brunch for a pre game meal, and now I will be recommending to anyone who will listen! 4 entrees, the breakfast breads starter and countless bottles of champagne later, our party left stuffed and ready to watch some football! Bottomless drinks , can sometimes equate to bottom tier food/ service but that is not the case here! Our server was attentive, and the food was top tier!

We got last-minute reservations on a Friday around 2 p.m., and our friend who booked it said this was the only spot available, which was perfect for brunch after our alligator tour. It was pretty odd because when we arrived, no one was around--I would've thought it would be bustling, but maybe that doesn't happen until later in the day or earlier in the morning? The patio was quite beautiful, but it was way too hot and humid to sit outside comfortably. Although there were a few tables, it felt like we had the place to ourselves, which meant better service, better food, and a wonderful jazz ensemble playing just for my sister--perfect for her bachelorette celebration. We started with and shared the oysters Broussard's. I ordered the duck and alligator sausage gumbo with a side of grits, while a few of the girls had the Josephine, one went for the short ribs, and another had the pork belly benedict. The food was incredible--super flavorful, and we all ate everything--no leftovers, which says a lot, right?! Our server Lionel was fantastic and happy to take pictures of us. Overall, a wonderful spot worth visiting, and we didn't have to wait!

Broussard's was a very interesting experience. It's a very fancy-looking restaurant, and it's not a walk-in, walk-out situation. We were a large group (13) and so of course we had reservations. The food looked very delicious, but at this point, I didn't want to order anything. They had bottomless mimosas ($22.00) and a few (expensive) appetizers. See the image of the menu below for more options if you're wondering what they have. I did LOVE the live music. The band was incredible, and they came up to our table playing the songs we requested. Absolutely loved them! I would also like to give a shoutout to Carnessa, our waitress, who was very nice and dealt with my shenanigans of dealing with splitting our bill. We were 13 girls, and I didn't eat anything, so the bill was for 12 girls. So we split the table in half and did it on two credit cards. Their limit is 4 credit cards, so I thought I was smart about it.

Broussard's is one of those French Quarter gems that quietly delivers a standout experience -- especially if you catch their happy hour. The setting is elegant without being stuffy, and the courtyard is pure New Orleans magic. I came for the cocktails, but I stayed for the turtle soup -- rich, savory, and perfectly spiced with just the right hint of sherry. Honestly one of the best bowls I've had in the city. If you're on the fence, don't be -- get the soup. Happy hour here is a low-key delight. Classic drinks, well-made, at very reasonable prices in a city that can get touristy fast. It's the kind of place you end up lingering longer than planned -- and leaving full, happy, and a little more refined. Great service, beautiful atmosphere, and flavors that remind you why New Orleans is a food town first. Broussard's isn't loud about it, but it definitely belongs on your list.

I brought my best friend here for her birthday on Sunday, 4/26/26. Our other friend had recommended this place. We arrived 30mins late on our brunch reservation and they still accepted us. Upon entry the restaurant is beautifully fancy decorated. Chandeliers in each room along with elegant mirrors & drapes. The host was very polite then we were seated. Our waiter came & introduced himself. We started with the bottomless mimosas. Surprisingly the 3 men band comes over & they sung Happy Birthday to the Birthday girl. Then they sang Louis Armstrong "What a Wonderful World." This was one epic moment. The GM walked over & he introduced himself as David. He was a very nice person. He asked if everything was okay & we responded with a big YES.... We felt welcomed upon arrival and special. We discussed the menu changes & we were told to embrace the new options. We ordered the Oysters Broussard which we had tried at the FQ fest. They were to die for. They come seasoned deeply fried on a bed of cream of Spinach. For our entrees we had our minds set on the ribeye steak & eggs but it wasn't available. The waiter recommended the short rib with eggs. The three of us ordered it as it comes. My friend asked for a side salad & I asked for a side of cream of spinach. Best decision ever because everything that came out was perfect. The oysters were delicious & the short ribs were tender & juicy. The GM noticed how excited we were that he added to our experience with complimentary Lagniappe. There was a bottle of champagne sent to our table & just when we thought that was all, we each received a complimentary dessert. This place exceeded our expectations & it has resurrected our faith in fine dining experiences. We will definitely dine here again for any special occasion. Our bill was $220 ( including 3 people with 3 bottomless mimosas) not including the tip but it was worth it! They truly are the Fine Dining Experience!

We visited Broussard's two days in a row for Happy Hour. The bartenders were all super nice, and the drinks were delish! They have great Happy Hour pricing in food and drinks. We shared a cheese dip that was insaaaane. We didn't have time to go back for dinner because it was closed for a special event. We will be back soon! One of the best places we found in New Orleans!

Went to Broussard's during Fest (Quarter Fest) for brunch and didn't even realize it was a jazz brunch, but what a vibe! It was a little loud, but honestly, it didn't take away from the experience at all. Our waiter, Mr. Greer, was spectacular. We never saw the bottom of our champagne glasses, and he made sure we were taken care of from start to finish. I had the short rib and eggs...so good! What I really love about Broussard's is the ambience. It's a stunning French Quarter spot with that classic charm, and the prices are surprisingly reasonable. Overall, an awesome experience. Make sure to check them out!

We were so pleased to be able to walk in on Easter Sunday to be seated at a bar table. There were four of us, and we were just absolutely delighted with our experience. The place itself is beautiful - clean and crisp with small areas for intimate seating and a large courtyard full of lovely people with beautiful Easter outfits. Staff was so wonderful and made sure we were taken care of. We started with the delicious deviled eggs, and oh my, they had a flavor to them that makes them stand out. Shrimp and grits with the perfect flavor and consistency, poached eggs, a redfish meal, and my chicken and waffles were all just wonderful. A couple at the table enjoyed bottomless mimosas (they provide a full glass of bubbles and keep them flowing, you control the juice in them), and a couple of us ordered bloody marys. They were the perfect mix of vodka and tomato - not too much to overpower the flavors. We were allowed to just be at our own pace, and a sweet woman that we called our "Champagne Fairy" appears with a gift for one of our guests - his own complimentary glass. Later, we were telling some others where we landed for brunch, and they got so excited saying it's their go-to as well. I will 100% return!

Carnessia was the best server we had in New Orleans... please request her, you will not regret it. Place is a little chilly on the inside, bring a wrap to cover yourself, would much rather be cold than . One of the quietest places for dinner I experience in NOLA, a lot of places are fun and loud, I guess it depends on the people, but it was nice we could converse without raising our voices in a full restaurant. Food was great, Brussel sprouts were sweet and tangy but crunchy... huge portion! Would recommend 100%

How's the menu for dietary restrictions? Traveling next month and our group has both gluten-free and vegan options needed.

I honestly do not know but they are VERY accommodating! Service is out standing . Perhaps reach out to them…

What days do they offer Jazz Brunch?

    Friday Saturday Sunday morning

Are bottomless mimosas offered during the weekdays? Thank you!

No only on the weekends and when they have drag brunch

I'm coming there with a group for a convention and so we have to have individual checks. Is that possible at Broussards? I really want to eat there. Thank you

    Yes.

Is there a kids menu for brunch?

Not sure but if you call the restaurant they can give you all the answers

Does this restaurant have a good menu/fancy to dine for Christmas eve?

Yes, Broussard's is a beautiful fine dining restaurant with a very good chef. I've seen the holiday menu but can't remember what's on it but it looked great.

Do they have jazz brunch on mondays?

Brunch all week but not jazz in middle of week

    Do they have jazz brunch?

We proudly offer our jazz brunch Friday through Monday!

    How dressy is this place?

White table clothes, but no dress code. Our party of 20 had jeans and t shirts on, the table next to us wore dresses. Anything goes - you can dress up or down and feel appropriate.

Do they have anything for kids at brunch?

There wasn't a separate menu for children at brunch. They did however have French toast that would be good for kids.

She was a bit chatty but still nice. The menu wasn't extensive at all. The waitress did a good job at selling many of the menu options. I initially had the chicken with carrots and brussel sprouts. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and flavored well. The chicken however was very dry. When the waitress asked how it was, I told her how dry it was and she immediately bright me something else, which was the fish and chips. The fish was hot, crispy, and cooked to perfection. It was tender, however it lacked flavor and seasoning. I asked for hot sauce but never received it. I finally decided to ask for a to go box to take the remaining piece home. The chips "fries" were great. They were freshly cut real potato fries. They were hot and seasoned well. My significant other had the shrimp and grits which he thoroughly enjoyed. As an appetizer we had the salad. Seemed simple and basic enough but was actually very good. I'm unsure of the dressing it was tossed in but it was just enough and well flavored. We skipped on dessert. We considered the cookie plate but since nobody could tell us what kind of cookies they were, so we decided to pass. The best part about our dining experience was the ambiance. The music was nice and the decor was vibrant and swanky . I also had a mocktail flavored with pineapple, jalapeno, lime, mint, and cilantro. It was refreshing. I'm glad we had a chance to check it out before closing but I can honestly say there was no "WOW" factor and likely I wouldn't have been in a hurry to come back.

Very dark roux, as I like, and with plenty of seafood flavor, but more depth as well. Definitely one of the best gumbos I've ever enjoyed. I was happy to visit La Petite Grocery at lunch, where they offer up the full menu available for dinner too, of course. Highly recommended, and I can't wait to return to try much much more.

The fried goat was great and savory almost like marrow. Wish the cheese was a little crunchier on outside for some contrast but enjoyed. The rabbit was almost tasteless. The mildest I've had and even the batter lacked flavor. Disappointing. All the accompaniments had all the flavor and were good. Especially the schnitzel noodles. The chocolate tart was a miss. Not like a Twix as someone mentioned. Almost impossible to stick your spoon through and I work out. Seriously shouldn't have to struggle that much. Needs a more flavorful crust, less caramel and more chocolate. They should rename this to caramel tart. The bday ice cream was fantastic and probably saved them from a 3 star review from me so I didn't have to leave on a negative note. The espresso wand was caked with milk froth which should never be. They did clean it but makes me think they don't clean after each pull. Should never see that.

Our table tender was attentive, had a great personality and loved how caring she was when my friend showed discomfort. She noticed immediately and asked if she could do anything to make it better! One of the reasons why I'm coming back. Now, let's get to the food! We ordered the crabcakes and baked feta as our appetizers, a medium rare ribeye and the special which was the lobster radiatore as our entrees. Everything was DELICIOUS. Every bite was savored and felt. My favorite were the crabcakes. It had a kick to it so if you don't like spice, I would opt for a different appetizer. The baked feta was also spicy. Steak was cooked to perfection. We tasted the rosemary w/ garlic and I'm not complaining. Lastly, the lobster radiatore. It was creamy and packed with a punch. It was spicy, had a strong lobster presence and just overall a great entree to pair w the steak!

The…read morerestaurant was practically empty, except for a couple of businessmen who looked like they planned a dinner and meeting combo, lol. But that on top of the emptiness makes sense with the location, hotel, day and time. Pam took care of us and was a joy as our server. She knew the menu very well and was able to answer all our questions on top of being helpful and productive throughout our visit. We had the skirt steak and king Salmon with a side of fries and stuffed potatoes. The skirt steak was cooked to medium and it was amazingg! Pam asked how I'd like it cooked and suggested it to be cooked at medium rare. I couldn't do that since I'm barely starting to get used to my steaks being cooked at medium, but it was still absolutely delicious. The sauce that was glazed on top, as well as the seasoning of the steak killed it!! The salmon was also delicious. Very flavorful. The stuffed potatoes were ok, we liked their side of fries more than that. Drinks were tasty and refreshing. Worth the price. We also got dessert, a chocolate cake and apple pie. I wasn't expecting to like the apple pie, but wow was that good! And the chocolate cake isn't just any boring cake. Once you break the cake, a chocolaty liquid melts out onto your plate, it was perfection. The restaurant itself is beautiful. They're located on the 14th (if I'm not mistaken) floor and have the best location for beautiful views of downtown New Orleans and the waterfront. I'm still thinking about that special sauce on the skirt steak (heart eyes). Thank u for a wonderful dinner!

My wife ordered a steak Frites well well done and half of her portion slices were medium rare. We started with deviled eggs those were tasty I can recommend that and the shrimp cocktail was good enough. The crab salad was bland it needed something else to liven up the flavor a spoon luck of mayo maybe some pepper or salt. Pepper and salt and all the condiments are on the table which I've never a fan of it. The fine dining restaurants think it means they fancy but this food wasn't fancy the place was nice. The Service needs to be retrained. We ate here because we were seeing the old-fashioned Magic show at Eliza Jane next-door and if you wanna come in for some apps or maybe try or the other entrées I didn't find anything. I really wanted to try because I'm not a big fan of French food I guess I should've tried the duck. There may be some good food here, but I won't be back till to find out we were both underwhelmed. Hopefully they fix the problems if somebody else gives a better review, but I cannot. We both agree the french fries were good. Ambience is pretty good with their remodeling so the bathroom was like a 5 to 10 minute wait it's only one person at a time and women kept using the men's room because it's only. So I had to wait two times for women to come out. Single serve bathrooms definitely are not adequate, but they're doing the best they can during remodeling.

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE from the service to the wait and even down to the food. If you want to write…read morea book on how not to run a restaurant, start your thesis here. Trying to make a reservation here is like breaking into Fort Knox, nobody answers the phone and when we finally did get a res two weeks out, they MOVED the res ONE HOUR before we were set to arrive. When we arrived the place actually looked very nice and the hostess was helpful in getting us seated, and those were the last moments of happiness we would experience over the next 2 hours. We ordered bottomless mimosas for around 6/10 people in our party. Every single time our bottle of champagne ran out we had to either ask for more or get up and walk over to the bar to request it. When we finally did order our food we were pretty excited, but little did we know we would have enough time to walk down to the morning parades and catch some beads before it would actually come out. From ordering to when our food arrived was a total of 1.5 HOURS. We were 5 minutes away from just walking out. You would think "wow, this food took so long to arrive! It must be good!" WRONG. They spent the hour and a half making our food to turn our order of french toast into a two sided coin, one side normal looking, the other black as coal. Ahh, who needs the hour and a half long wait for their french toast when you can have the duck and waffles, right? And then they brought us a plate of one waffle and a single duck leg for $30. At this point we started looking around for cameras because we thought we were being pranked. Not a single person in our 10 person party (and that's a lot of chances) found this place even remotely close to mediocre. Others had their chicken sandwiches arrive cold, salads arrive bad, and come on how do you mess a salad up? The worst part was seeing a couple get up and walk out from the wait and realizing we were the poor bastards that stayed. It's a shame because the spot itself looks nice, but I guess if you paint s**t pink, it's still s**t. Don't come here.
