I wanted to follow up on my post and change the review. After the below review I left, the Owner reached out directly to me to give her sincere apology for my experience and to remedy the situation. She not only refunded me, but in addition tinted my eyebrows to make them look a bit thicker. More than that, she gave me her information and committed to helping me going forwars until I felt confident about my eyebrows and trusted her business again. This is the definition of caring about your customers!!! . Thank you! (Left for context) If I could give half a star or less I would! This was the MOST terrible experience! I went in with a full set of eyebrows and came out with this!!! I told the lady I wanted Natural just clean up, and she took it upon herself to just destroy my eyebrows! And when I shared my dissatisfaction all i got was a "oh" and then she still charged me! Because I was well taught I layed and even left an indeserved tip! $17 for eyebrow threading. Honestly, my eyebrows turned out the same as when I get them done any other place. The lady who did mine took her time and was careful. But $17...I just can't get behind that price. The price is not listed anywhere and when she rang me up, I politely asked if she was charging me for 4 eyebrows, haha. She said the high price is because they are located downtown, but I think even she knew it was absurd. The location itself is tucked away in a labyrinth of run down looking houses/businesses. The kind of place you fear you may get mauled by a stray dog. This was my fault though, as they are street front, but I entered from the back, which was more desolate. I was about to hop on an airplane and needed my eyebrows done in a pinch, so I got what I needed. This place is a five star when the owner and her sister do the eyebrows but when it's random people you think twice last Friday I went around 1 pm and the lady burned my sister with the string she has burn marks and with mine she didn't clean the way we are used to. This "salon" is an abomination to salons. The quality of the services is even below subpar. Don't go here. Take your money elsewhere. I got my eyebrows tinted and waxed and they came out looking super uneven and very messy. They look like they would be friends rather than sisters- as both of them look completely different from each other. My wax was done terribly and the lady fucked up and got wax in my hair and failed to remove most of said wax. That was the first way they failed to support my expectations. Secondly, while I was getting them tinted (I got them done here before and I would rate my last time 3 stars, since the tint did not match my skin tone or hair color- too dark) the lady who was in charge of the tint left the room to go gossip with her clients or other coworkers. The first time I went here she left me unattended for the dye to permeate for about 5 minutes or so, but this time she was gone for over 15 minutes gossiping. She seemed very rushed due to procrastination and getting out of focus. Lastly, the tint as you can see and the whole job in general was of shitty quality. You wouldn't expect this job from anyone who is known as a "professional". I was about to leave but realized how bad they looked in my car so I went back into the "salon" and asked her to fix them. She got rid of SOME of the bumpiness as you can see in the pic but the eyebrows both still look very poorly done. They are completely different shapes and styles. Never coming back. read more

This is proably the best place you will go to get your eyebrows done. If you have thin eyebrows you will be blessed with an amazing shape. My mom has the thinnest eyebrows and she was impressed with the shape she got and she said that they wont have a difference but they did. As me who had the thickest eyebrows I got truly blessed how they came out and everywhere I went I got so much compliments on my brows. I recently visited Jannat threading salon per recommendation from my sister. She works up the street and went there during her lunch break and loved it. I was very hesitant at first to change my usual eyebrow salon but I loved how her eyebrows turned out and decided to try it. I made an apt online and showed up...The salon was closed...It turns out I made an apt on a day that they we're not opened. I called to confirm that they were closed and the owner not only answered my call but showed up to the salon within 10 minutes and was able to assist me. This place is impeccably clean. The owner took great care of me and made me feel like I knew her for years. During the time of the visit I received an emergency call and had to leave promptly. My head was focused on the phone call I had just received and I almost left without paying. The owner stopped me to remind me that I had not payed her and I apologized but she was very understanding and kind. I have not received this kind of service in years and especially now during covid times. They did an amazing job on my eyebrow threading and tint! I will definitely be a regular customer!
