They take their time, pay attention to detail, and consistently do an amazing job. My eyebrows always come out exactly how I want them, and waxing is quick, thorough, and as comfortable as possible. One thing I really appreciate is that they may mention other services they offer, but I've never felt pressured in any way. They're simply letting clients know what's available, and I appreciate that. They're always respectful if I decline. My mom and I both got full‑face threading, but the girls who worked on us clearly didn't know what they were doing. I even told her that I didn't feel the hairs being pulled out while she was threading, but she ignored my concerns, same with my mom. When we got home, the hair on my face was still there. It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to.
