Went here years ago and had an ok experience for the price I had to pay. I went back and had a wonderful experience! The receptionist is very friendly and they have free wine and mini cupcakes while you wait for service. My eyebrow specialist was Kimberly and she took the time to understand my concerns. I have thin eyebrows that are scarce so shaping them and keeping them neat is all the difference to make them look great! I love my eyebrows and I will be back! read more

I am most certainly not a brow diva but my appointment with Ryan made me feel like one. The shop is oranges, woods and warm tones that make you feel relaxed. There are water and coffee available while you wait. Ryan asked me what my current brow regime is (nothing) and showed me a way to easily maintain and fill them in if I choose. He was quick, kept the conversation going and gave me advice that I'll actually use. Plus, my brows look great! read more

Extremely over-priced. The service took maybe 6 minutes and I paid over $30 including tip. My brows looked okay after the appointment but I was not happy when I went home and realized that there were many strays that had not been removed. I wanted to like you brow diva.. I've seen a couple different people here, but I recently went and saw Ryan, and he was FANTASTIC! He did just enough to give my eyebrows some shape, but kept enough that they didn't look completely drawn on when it came time for powder to fill in the gaps. Was totally patient with my rambling 'leave most of it, I like my eyebrows on the thicker side, but ya know, wax some too' incoherent eyebrow instructions. I'm a student here in Rochester for 4 years and was absolutely terrified to give my brows to anyone other than my trusted brow lady back in Texas. I have thick dark brows and did not want to change their natural shape or look. With Thanksgiving so soon, and no time to get them done in Dallas, I had no choice but to bite the bullet and get my brows done. After reading other reviews I decided brow diva was my best bet. I was not disappointed. Not only did I get fit in last minute, Kimberly was absolutely phenomenal! Deanna even stopped by to give some input and the overall atmosphere was nice. They listened to all my concerns and were so very sweet. The picture attached is post shower when I filled them in myself( Highly recommend their brow powder, will be switching from my Anastasia pencil) so any imperfections are because I'm not the best with makeup. Came here on everyone's suggestion to get my brows done before engagement pictures, gave myself a couple days, obviously didn't wax the day of my pictures. Would rather have bushy eyebrows than the burns/rash all around them that I have now! Guess I'll have to invest in more makeup before tomorrow. read more

Normally, I love coming here but unfortunately I have to submit a bad review. I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, and while the receptionist had no problem interjecting into my conversation with my mother about microblading, she must have ignored the part where we were in a hurry. To make a long story short, she let us sit there for 20 minutes only to let the stylist tell us she was 10-15 minutes behind. I ended up leaving disappointed, without freshly manicured eyebrows, and the coy remark to "reschedule" fell on deaf ears as I only am able to come in when I am visiting family. read more

As a gentleman in my early 40's it was recommended to me by one of my clients who happens to be a Brow Sculptor at Brow Diva that I come in and have my brows sculpted. That it would make me look younger. I had never given it a thought before she mentioned it. I can tell you, that was three years ago and I have been getting them done ever since! She was so right! The receptionist was not very friendly. The message I got is that they are successful enough to not need new business. I made an appointment a week in advance and even called to confirm my time. When I got there I was told that I was late and needed to reschedule! I made it for that time because my husband would have been home then to watch the kids. No way would I have made it an hour earlier. When I said this and pointed out that she was the one I spoke with she didn't even look at me but kept hitting keys on her computer. Wow. It was the last appointment of the day, perhaps she could have checked to see if the Diva would have fit me in at the end but she didn't offer. So she let a customer walk away. I called Del Monte and they got someone to get me in at the last minute. I am a regular customer there and I guess I know why now. They have great customer service. I am sad that I never got to see what the Brow Diva might do to my brows but was so turned off by the service. read more
