Over the past few months I've had the opposite of great service, most recently I went on Sunday and the girl who did my threading was sick and had a running nose and was coughing as she hovered over me doing my brows and lip. Now I'm sick. I think for sanitation purposes they should not have sick stylists. She also managed to cut up half of my one brow and did a half effort job. read more

I finally found my threading spot! I used to go to a threading place in leucadia but it was by appointments only and I had to wait at least a week each time I need my brows threaded. I started looking for another threading salon and went to different places in del mar, solana beach, San Marcos but didn't get the eyebrows I wanted. When I found brow experts in Encinitas online I thought I would give them a try. I am very happy the way my eyebrows turned out and will never go anywhere else. Pissed isn't even the word. I had my eyes brows done tonight by Anna who originally I thought was amazing when I first met her and had her first do them but she did my eye brows tonight I thought they looked fine and then when I got home I noticed a chunk of my hair one of my eye brows was cut to much what is not supposed to be looking like that when I examined closely after washing my face I then realized they are not the same eye brows at all the right and left side look nothing alike and I am pissed I tipped You a lot everytime and was nice to you why would you do that and let me walk out of the salon looking like that. And I told you how my work is important because I am an artist and model. I mean really. How do you make one eye brow looking like that and even when I used the eye brow brush to brush it and check if it really was messed it it was! Not even a brush can cover the line and gap you took out of my eye brow hair! FYI Anna it took me over a YEAR to re-grow my hairs back to make them thicker and they once someone messes it up it literally takes forever to grow back and before she also thinned them out to much when I told her to keep it thick and keep it cleaned up she also thinned them out not sure why I didn't notice this in the salon before I left and went home I guess i was tired or something but I wondered why she didn't say anything about it and the fact you messed it up and knew it was off you are beyond wrong I will never be going to you again. You lost my respect and Business permanently. Thanks a lot for the disappointment and bullshit I didn't need. and to the lady Below talking about her complaints how someone took her hairs off and how she was upset I see why! I don't even know if my hair is going to grow back normally and the right way after that and it is extremely noticeable when you see my eye brow. I'm beyond annoyed and pissed. Why work in a place doing peoples eye brows if you don't even have the respect for yourself to fix it. Beyond rude and wrong. Thanks a lot Jerk. It's really hard to find a great threading place in San Diego and North County and I'm so happy I have finally found one! I came here out of convenience as I live right around the block and I was thrilled at the service and the magic they worked on my brows! Meliha (the owner) was great and although I called and rescheduled three times she was super nice about it. While I admittedly am such a baby when it comes to any sort of pain she made the whole process pleasant. We even managed to get a few jokes and laughs in too. I peeked into Brow Experts in Encinitas late yesterday and I'm so glad I did. The place is clean and set-up very nice. I was greeted by Meliha and she was so nice. I had no idea what threading was and she took the time to explain. I then decided to have her thread my chin and around my lip area... she then did my whole face. During the process she was so sweet and professional. My chin is my problem area so I'm excited to see if threading will eliminate or at least allow me to thread every 2 weeks in this area.
