I waited about 10 minutes. The threading was wonderful. I loved how much effort went into making my eyebrows match again. Over time, EWC has gotten more corporate and less…read morecustomer-focused... it reflects in the way waxing techniques have changed, how the quality and experience of the estheticians has gone down, the the flexibility of any employee (from managers to front desk staff to technicians) to provide customer solutions over sheer profit, and more. I've had to change waxers over and over again because the estheticians are constantly leaving. First, I have to work hard with the actual service providers to build a relationship over several months to get my services "right." In the 15 min appts it is hard to express the exact brow shape you're looking for, in example. Or, sometimes the technique being used is unnecessarily painful compared to another provider I'd worked with prior. Then, after 6 months it's finally right and then the technician leaves, and the cycle begins again. Plus, EWC is constantly selling to you. "Buy a wax pass" or "try this product." I can't tell you how many worthless unused EWC products I have sitting under my sink that aren't effective, or how many times I wish I had never purchased a wax pass... so I wouldn't be locked in to coming back here when it just keeps getting worse. I don't recommend EWC. Here, or at any other location (by the way, there is no manager here, and they canceled an appt once bc the opener missed her alarm clock, and both of my waxers left bc this whole location is a hot mess)! It's time for me to move onto better, more clientele-focused businesses... even if it leaves my money on the table with the wax pass I was stupid enough to purchase.

I ended up with scabs....The brow place is also tricky to find. The address on there is not very accurate. It puts you in the wrong side of the street when you use Google maps. The actual place is next to beauty supply, cricket, and game stop in the shopping complex next to Walmart. There is also no signage above the store. The only sign I saw was a banner hanging at the exit of the shopping complex. The phone number on this Yelp and their fb page seems inaccurate. I accidentally left my keys there and when I called to double check the people were very confused. They said I had the wrong location and had no idea what I was talking about. I went out of my way to go here and give it a shot. Unfortunately it was just not a good experience.
